Wolbach walked toward the warehouse door, her probing gaze falling deep into the dark staircase.
"Lady Wolbach, there's a weapon called 'Mage Killer' inside. It's said to have been created by the long-destroyed magic nation of Noice and naturally counters all mages!"
Silvia bowed and stepped aside, her face full of flattering smiles.
"That Doppelganger's original intention was probably for to fuse with the Mage Killer to destroy the Crimson Demon Clan!"
"Just a single weapon can nullify even my magic?"
"I'm not sure about that... But since the Doppelganger was unwilling to tell you about the Mage Killer before, there might be that possibility."
If Wolbach found out, she might seize the weapon out of fear for its power. That thing was crucial for destroying the Crimson Demon Clan, so of course the Doppelganger couldn't tell her about it.
"I'm going in to take a look."
After pondering for a mont, Wolbach entered the dark interior of the warehouse.
"Boss, you really have so many busty beauties under you!"
Kazuma glanced left at Silvia, then right at Wolbach, his face full of envy.

Overwheld by intense frustration, she collapsed to the ground with a thud.

Kazuma was utterly stunned, his brain short-circuiting from the abrupt turn of events.
Shortly after, hurried footsteps echoed as gumin, Darkness, Yunyun, and Aqua rushed into the underground hall.
"Don't worry, I've already taken out the officer who was holding Kazuma hostage!"
Eiji pointed at the motionless Sylvia on the ground, declaring with righteous conviction.
"It's true!"
Yunyun exclaid, her eyes filled with admiration as she looked at Eiji.
"As expected of Mr. Nangou! To single-handedly defeat a Demon Lord Army officer without any of us knowing!"
Truly worthy of respect and admiration!
"It's good that you're safe."
Darkness breathed a sigh of relief.
"My… my title as Officer Slayer…"
gumin swayed dizzily, her face full of resentnt.

Curious, gumin walked toward the door.

Eiji suddenly rembered and was about to warn gumin.
But it was too late.
A red-haired, cat-eyed beauty erged from inside, followed by a massive tallic object with a silver snake-like tail floating behind her. She bumped right into gumin at the entrance.
"Y-you are…?"
gumin stared at the red-haired beauty, her expression dazed at first, then suddenly bursting with excitent.
"Big sister—no, do you rember ? It's ! That child you saved seven years ago in the Sealed Graveyard! All these years, I've devoted myself to the path of Explosion, hoping that one day you could witness my Explosion…!"

Even after so many years, Wolbach recognized the girl at first glance.

Suddenly, she sensed an intense pressure.
She glanced toward Eiji and caught a strong, threatening vibe from his eyes.

Wolbach guiltily lowered her head, feigning a confused expression.
The smile on gumin's face instantly froze.
She remained speechless for a long mont.
"I'll be taking the Mage Killer with . Our battle isn't over yet - you'll just have to keep waiting!"
Wolbach shifted her gaze away with so remorse. Though she felt terribly sorry for this child, she had no choice but to make her suffer temporarily to reclaim her other half!
