A big reason behind why he chose to administer a region as a Baron prior to this announcent was because becoming a regional administrator was one of the best ways to leave a lasting legacy within the ga, as now his guild could literally paint and entire Barony in its own colors, impacting the culture of the place forever.
Also with the demon war undoubtedly reaching his door-steps within the coming months, Cervantez knew that he would have plenty of chances to gain big rits, establishing himself as one of the most impactful players in the ga.
However, what he felt unsure about this ti around was how the influx of new players was going to impact this equation, as if there were two big changes within the world of Terra Nova this ti compared to his past life, it was
1)The rise of the anti-establishnt ‘uprising’ faction, which was gaining more and more support every passing day.
2)The influx of new players which significantly complicated things compared to before.

Everything was finally lining up perfectly for ChaosBringer, who recognised the criteria for the ‘Third Evaluation’ as his biggest opportunity for expansion.
If his guild offered anything at all to the common players, it was a promise of greatness, and hence with the influx of new players and the new evaluation criteria being announced, ChaosBringer finally felt like he could gather enough mbers needed to officially launch his rebellion movent.
With the insane amount of money that he made during the grand tournant and the way he had set-up his core team over the past months, his uprising guild was now too deep-rooted within the fabric of society for any governnt establishnt to be able to weed them out easily.
On every street of the capital they owned a business, in the basent of whom they operated an armory or a secret hideout.
His guild mbers were well paid, well stocked and had now gained significant experience evading the law since many of them were infamous players wanted for their many cris.
Up-till now, ChaosBringer only made passive moves and never tried to make a big-splash as he feared the backlash of the establishnt, however, after months of preparation, he now finally felt prepared to launch an official rebellion movent.
