After that, Elphimia-sensei’s lecture took place.

She demonstrated various spells like [Ice Blow] and two light-based spells, [Light] and [Torch], along with [Night Vision], [Magic Search], and [Preserve Item], emphasizing that relying solely on [Ice Frost] is inadequate.

Concerned about her excessive generosity, I got scolded for “underestimating [Multiple Chanting]”.

Maybe she’s right, but I think it goes both ways.

Because of the vast number of spells I have morized, Elphimia, too, tended to undervalue the worth of magic.

Helena’s lectures cover similar topics, but she focuses more on the variety and tendencies of magic. Obscure spells like [Ice Frost] don’t even get ntioned and magical demonstrations are summarized with a simple “It’s like this.”.

Compared to Helena, Professor Elphimia was much more ticulous.

She should beco a teacher already.

Next, my lecture on [Multiple Chanting] took place, but it ended quickly.

Using examples of launch platforms that I had discussed with Danil, I demonstrated the training thods I had used in my childhood.

With our lectures concluded, we began practicing in the living room, groaning as we did so.

“It’s surprisingly difficult… Oh, it disappeared again.”

Attempting to activate [Flint] with my left hand, the fire in my right hand went out.

I interrupted my practice and, like so powered suit, activated nurous [Flint] in the center of both hands.

Instantly, my eyes were overwheld by the [Light].

“My eyes!”

I exclaid like an old-fashioned villain, but it didn’t seem to register.

A bit lonely.

Continuing our practice, sowhat off track, I sensed a presence outside.

It was Lily.

Straight toward , she ca.

Dana was at work, and Nails was not around.

So, it must be sothing for – but I could only imagine unpleasant things.

“Has sothing happened to Lily recently?”

“Oh, the first-year girl? I haven’t heard anything special.”

Saying that, Elphimia tilted her head.

It’s either not a significant issue or entirely unrelated.

After waiting for a while, I stood up and opened the front door with a knock as a signal.

The usual polite greetings and bows, and upon noticing Elphimia, the two exchanged smiles.

“Did she do sothing?”

To my inquiry, Lily shook her head.

“No, nothing in particular. We occasionally et and exchange greetings. Today, I brought this for you.”

Lily handed a leather bag with a smile.

“Oh, General Tea. I was running low on that.”

I noticed it when I brewed it earlier – it was running low.

Too many things to do, and I tend to forget the small details.

While I examined the contents, Elphimia and Lily began chatting.

Interestingly, the three, including Lora, get along well.

In front of such a lively conversation, I opened the leather bag to check.

No issues with quality or handling. It’s good-quality General Grass.

All that’s left is to dry it on the second floor –

While thinking about that, I felt soone’s gaze and turned my eyes.

Lily was offering another leather bag.

“Lord Alter, could you also take a look at this?”

Taking it and checking inside, it was also General Grass.

However, the quality was lower than the previous one.

“Who collected this?”

“Well, actually…”

It was collected by refugee children whom Lily and the others are close to.

Ted and Jema are established adventurers, and Lily’s work in the garden has started to settle.

Therefore, they wanted to entrust the General Tea delivery job to them.

“I know they’re inexperienced, but we’ll guide them. Could you consider it?”

Lily bowed her head, and I said nothing in response.

It’s not a matter of quality.

Asking Ted and the others was not only for mutual benefit but also because I wanted to support them.

If it’s unnecessary, that’s fine, but I don’t want to easily let it go.

“Do they know it’s for ?”

“Indirectly, yes.”

She must have checked my feelings first.

Being a refugee is not a reason to help.

If I were overflowing with philanthropy, I would have long abandoned my current life and devoted myself to charity.

“Lead the way. Let’s decide after eting them.”

“Yes!”

Smiling, Lily stood up.

They know well.

Let’s see what they’re up to.
