"Awoo... awu..."

Tang Tang hugged a slice of waterlon, and like a little pig, buried her head and nuzzled around, leaving her cheeks covered in red waterlon juice, along with a few black waterlon seeds.

"Han~, big winter lon, so tasty..." She grinned foolishly at Taozi.

"It’s waterlon, not winter lon, forget it, when Shen Siyuan returns, let her correct you." Taozi said helplessly.

Tang Tang’s language mix-up was really serious; she had corrected her nurous tis these days, but unfortunately, Tang Tang couldn’t hear and didn’t recognize characters, so it was basically pointless.

Taozi got tired, gave up, and decided to wait for Shen Siyuan to co back.

In her heart, there was nothing Shen Siyuan couldn’t handle.

Just then, Mao Sani ca out with a fruit plate, inside were waterlon pieces cut into chunks.

She placed the fruit plate on the table beside them and used a towel to wipe Tang Tang’s little face.

But it seed Tang Tang wasn’t very willing, her little head kept moving around as if she enjoyed being ssy like this.

"Hmm~"

After being cleaned, she huffed angrily at Mao Sani.

Mao Sani laughed and gently pinched her little face.

Then she turned to give Taozi a gesture of thanks for taking care of Tang Tang.

Taozi waved her hand and made a heart gesture, expressing that she really liked Tang Tang and told her to get on with her own work.

Mao Sani nodded and went back inside to tidy up.

Even though Shen Siyuan and Ruan Hongzhuang were not ho, she cleaned the house every day, making sure there was no dust.

Since she cleaned daily, it wasn’t too much work, but because of Tang Tang, the workload increased considerably.

This little one tossed her toys everywhere, ran around with food in her hands, crawling and rolling all over the place, it’d be weird if it wasn’t ssy.

But Mao Sani wasn’t resentful; she loved tidying up for her daughter, perhaps as compensation for all the lost years.

The waterlon rind, which had been gnawed pits, was taken away by mom, only then did Tang Tang turn to look at the fruit plate on the nearby table.

She reached out directly to grab it, but just as her little hand reached halfway, it was tapped on the back.

Looking up, it was Sister Taozi.

She glanced down at the back of her hand, hurried to blow on it twice with her mouth, then gazed at Taozi with a face full of grievance.

Taozi was rendered speechless by her act; I only tapped lightly, was this really necessary?

"Use a fork." Taozi picked up the small plastic fork next to her to demonstrate.

Tang Tang showed a look of realization, understood, and then used the fork to pierce a piece of waterlon.

But before she could put the waterlon in her mouth, it plopped to the ground.

Taozi was just about to speak when Tang Tang bent down and grabbed it, stuffing it into her mouth.

"Han~"

Taozi: ...

"You..."

Taozi was just about to speak when Tang Tang suddenly looked up at the sky.

"What’s wrong?"

Taozi, curious, followed her gaze into the clear blue sky, seemingly a plane flying past, but nothing else was there.

"Brother~" Tang Tang exclaid excitedly.

Then she stood up from the small stool and ran to the balcony edge, peering out over the railing.

"Have Shen Siyuan and the others returned?" Taozi also sounded excited.

She stood and joined Taozi at the window, peering downstairs together.

But after a thorough look, aside from an old man walking his dog, not a soul was in sight.

"Are you fibbing?" Taozi reached out and tugged at her little ear.

Tang Tang blinked her big eyes, looking at her in puzzlent.

"Where’s the brother? There isn’t..." Taozi said while making gestures.

Tang Tang understood and pointed in a direction.

"Brother..."

Taozi looked over, seeing only overlapping buildings; where was Shen Siyuan supposed to be?

Could Shen Siyuan be in the heavens?

"Woo woo woo~"

At that mont, Tang Tang puffed up her cheeks and blew hard into the sky, a gust of wind erged, flapping around the two’s hair.

"Why’s there a waterlon aroma..." Taozi muttered under her breath with squinted eyes.

The wind turned around on the balcony before soaring upward, heading in the direction Tang Tang had pointed to just monts before.

-----------------

Dou Dou was still at odds with the bird in the sky, when suddenly a fierce wind blew, flipping her over, spinning a few tis before she fell headfirst.

Her head got stuck in the ground; good thing she was a ghost, not a human. Otherwise, her head would likely have sunk into her stomach with that blow.

With her butt in the air, she pulled her head out of the ground, looking around in confusion, completely clueless about what had happened.

"Haha..." Duoduo laughed heartily.

Xiao Yue pursed her lips, silently chuckling.

Shen Siyuan also couldn’t help but smile, but he focused much more on the wind blowing at them.

The gentle breeze brushed past his hair, swirling lightly around his ear, as if whispering softly.

Then it gently swirled around Ruan Hongzhuang’s back before flying off into the distance again.

"Was that you?"

Having co back to her senses, Dou Dou imdiately lunged at Duoduo.

Duoduo quickly dashed behind Shen Siyuan to hide.

"Wasn’t , don’t wrongly accuse ."

"Then who was it?"

"The wind did it." Duoduo peeked out from behind Shen Siyuan.

Dou Dou looked up, eting Shen Siyuan’s gaze directly.

She ekly asked, "Was it you, Potato?"

Shen Siyuan directly knocked on her little head.

Dou Dou, clutching her head, complained with grievance, "If it was you, it’s... it’s fine; I... I won’t mind you. Why hit people?"

Probably because of Shen Siyuan’s action, it woke up the sleeping Ruan Hongzhuang.

She yawned, opening her eyes and asking, "Where are we now?"

"Almost ho; you can sleep a bit longer."

"No need, really sorry, didn’t expect to fall asleep, how long was I asleep? You must be tired, put down quickly."

Saying that, she struggled to get down from Shen Siyuan’s back.

But Shen Siyuan tightened his hold on her bottom and didn’t let her get down.

"Do you see any sweat on ? And if you get down here, are you sure you can walk?"

Ruan Hongzhuang looked at the narrow ridge and wide riverbank beside them and fell silent.

"Alright, stop fussing, we’re almost ho." Shen Siyuan continued walking forward with Ruan Hongzhuang on his back.

Dou Dou and Duoduo spun a Yin Wind and soared into the sky again.

However, Dou Dou kept trying to sneak closer to Duoduo quietly.

Duoduo was very alert; as soon as she got close, she’d imdiately evade to the side.

"Why are you avoiding ?" Dou Dou was displeased.

"Hmph, you’re definitely up to no good."

Duoduo indicated that she was quite clever and could guess right away.

"You must’ve done it just now, that’s why you’re avoiding , right?" Dou Dou said with certainty.

"I don’t want to talk to idiots." Duoduo huffed.

"Where, where..."

Dou Dou turned her head, curiously searching for where the idiot was.

Then her gaze landed on Sister Xiao Yue next to her, instinctively resting her eyes on her.

Xiao Yue: ...
