This is Shen Siyuan’s first ti coming to Ruan Hongzhuang’s company.

Right out of the elevator, one is greeted by the golden letters "Red Hearts International".

These are a few stylized characters, with a red heart logo embedded among them.

Shen Siyuan is not unfamiliar with these stylized characters, as Ruan Hongzhuang’s business card features them.

The previously serene and gentle Ruan Hongzhuang, upon exiting the elevator, instantly turned cold, cradling a rose in one arm, her aura fully unleashed.

Seeing Shen Siyuan’s surprised gaze, she raised her eyebrows.

"Rember, address by my title," she said, striding into the company.

Shen Siyuan felt sowhat amused but still hurriedly followed her inside.

Two girls imdiately stood up and greeted respectfully.

"Good morning, President Ruan."

Then they curiously turned their gaze towards Ruan Hongzhuang’s back.

Ruan Hongzhuang simply nodded slightly, then told them, "This is Shen Siyuan, she’s starting at the network maintenance departnt today. Take her to complete the necessary procedures."

"Yes, President Ruan," the two replied in unison.

With an expressionless face, Ruan Hongzhuang glanced at Shen Siyuan and then turned around, marching valiantly toward the office.

Shen Siyuan: ...

"Hello, my na is Sun Rou." The girl with the round face was the first to greet Shen Siyuan.

"Hello, my na is Shen Siyuan, starting my first day, thanks for your assistance," said Shen Siyuan.

The girl with the square face took out an employnt application form, handed it to Shen Siyuan, and said, "Please fill this out, and bring two 1-inch photos tomorrow for the creation of your file and work badge."

"Okay, got it."

Shen Siyuan took the form, glanced over it quickly, noting it wasn’t complicated.

"Write here." The girl with the square face led Shen Siyuan to a nearby reception table with pens on it.

"If you have any questions, feel free to ask , Han Qiuyun."

"Thank you for your help."

At this mont, Sun Rou poured a glass of water and placed it on the table.

"Thank you." Shen Siyuan quickly expressed her gratitude.

Their attitudes are truly comndable, clearly reflecting Ruan Hongzhuang’s managerial competence.

Because employee quality can mirror a company’s level of managent.

In companies with low standards, employees beco slack and undisciplined, whereas in companies with high standards, employees are self-motivated and continually seek to improve themselves without needing direction.

The Guanghui Animation Company where Shen Siyuan was previously employed belonged to the forr category – everyone was slacking off, though the work atmosphere was indeed pleasant.

Yet employees could see the limited future prospects; what the company was like five years ago was the sa as it would likely be five years from now, with no room for advancent, just muddling through the days.

Shen Siyuan quickly jotted down her personal resu.

Sun Rou and Han Qiuyun were both curious, taking a glance, but found Shen Siyuan’s resu to be quite ordinary. Although she studied computer science in college, she hadn’t engaged in related work post-graduation but had instead worked in operations at a gaming company, hardly a glamorous background.

With such qualifications, it’s generally impossible to join their company, yet sohow she did.

Sun Rou, more naive, couldn’t help but ask curiously after looking it over, "Do you know our President Ruan?"

"Not personally, just t in the elevator," Shen Siyuan replied with a smile.

But clearly, neither believed her, though they did not pursue the matter further.

Sun Rou took up the form, taking initiative to lead Shen Siyuan to the network maintenance departnt.

Along the way, Sun Rou introduced her to several other departnts and their heads.

The head of the marketing sales departnt is Wang Weiheng.

The head of custor service is Le Yunxi.

The head of the network maintenance departnt is Zhang Hicheng.

Beyond these, there were also the administrative departnt, legal departnt, external relations departnt, finance departnt, and so on.

In short, Red Hearts International is not at all the simple freight company Ruan Hongzhuang ntioned.

"Our office is on the 24th floor, with a company cafeteria downstairs. You can eat there or go out for lunch, with work ending at 11:30 a.m. and resuming at 2:00 p.m. The company also provides a lunch subsidy every month. Once you have finished your entry procedures, find , and I’ll take you to get the al card..."

Sun Rou is quite extroverted, very lively, and she doesn’t stop talking as she leads Shen Siyuan toward the Network Maintenance Departnt.

However, it is precisely because of this that Shen Siyuan gains a clearer understanding of Ruan Hongzhuang’s company.

"Here we are, this is it."

Sun Rou knocks on the door, and a voice from inside responds.

"Co in."

Then Sun Rou pushes the door open and leads Shen Siyuan inside.

The space inside isn’t large, housing only four or five people, including one woman.

"Manager Zhang, this is Shen Siyuan, the new employee in your departnt."

One of the n, who is tall and burly, stands up. He looks quite young, about the sa age as Shen Siyuan, and he curiously sizes up Shen Siyuan.

"I know, Secretary Jiang has already told about him."

Zhang Hicheng smiles and extends a hand to Shen Siyuan.

"Welco to the Network Maintenance Departnt." He says with a smile.

Shen Siyuan shakes hands with him.

Zhang Hicheng then points to a position by the window and says, "That’s your workstation. Secretary Jiang personally ca to arrange it for you. Let know if you need anything else."

This is the second ti Zhang Hicheng has ntioned Secretary Jiang, making Sun Rou curious about the relationship between Shen Siyuan and Jiang Taoshi.

"Thank you." Shen Siyuan walks over to his workstation.

In addition to a computer for office use, there are also two potted plants, one a succulent and the other green radish, which seem to have just been watered, looking vibrant.

Furthermore, under the monitor, there are several playful Shin-chan toys, which are quite cute.

"Manager Zhang, I’ll leave him in your care. Please sign this docunt so I can submit it to the Administrative Departnt," Sun Rou hands the form that Shen Siyuan had just filled out to the manager.

Zhang Hicheng carefully reads it over but doesn’t find anything particularly noteworthy.

However, since Shen Siyuan was personally arranged by Secretary Jiang, even if his departnt isn’t short-staffed, it would be difficult to refuse him.

After all, Secretary Jiang is not just a secretary, but also a shareholder of the company, and as close as sisters with President Ruan, she holds considerable power within the company.

So, he just pulls out a pen and signs it, officially making Shen Siyuan an employee of Red Hearts International.

"Shen Siyuan, I’m going to get back to work now."

Sun Rou takes the signed docunt, greets Shen Siyuan again, and then leaves.

Zhang Hicheng approaches Shen Siyuan.

"Shen Siyuan, let introduce the other people to you. You’ll be working together, so please cooperate with each other."

"Sure, Manager Zhang." Shen Siyuan also courteously stands up.

The plump Long Shihai and the rather handso Guan Yanping are mainly in charge of the company’s computer and network maintenance; usually, anyone with computer issues goes to them.

The bespectacled Zhao Guangcai and the bulging-eyed Ge Changsheng handle ship dispatching and the coordination and monitoring of cargo tracking systems.

The only female in the office, Wei Suhua, is mainly responsible for new dia; beside operating the company’s official account, she’s also in charge of shooting short videos.

Wei Suhua is quite attractive and dresses fashionably, standing out in the Network Maintenance Departnt with a seemingly out-of-place style.

But she appears to be a very approachable girl, smiling and waving at Shen Siyuan when Zhang Hicheng introduces him.

Everyone is friendly and, during the introductions, they all greet Shen Siyuan warmly, assuring him that they’re available to help with any work-related issues.

Nobody is a fool; since Shen Siyuan’s arrival, Accountant Jiang had arranged his workstation, thoughtfully decorated with plants and playful ornants, indicating an extraordinary relationship.

After introducing Shen Siyuan, Zhang Hicheng laughs and asks, "The Network Maintenance Departnt consists of these three sections, which one would you like to work on?"

Shen Siyuan responds without hesitation, "I think I’ll work with Long Shihai on the company’s network maintenance, to get accustod to the environnt."

"Alright," Zhang Hicheng readily agrees.

He then informs Long Shihai and Guan Yanping to show Shen Siyuan the ropes during work, and then he returns to his own seat.

Shen Siyuan turns on the computer, and Zhang Hicheng sends over a PDF about the company’s network maintenance for him to read through first.

The PDF details the company’s network layout, the computer configurations in each departnt, and there’s quite a lot; a thorough read will give a good overview of the company’s entire network.

But before Shen Siyuan has a chance to read much, Wei Suhua approaches him with a mobile phone in hand.

"What’s up?"

"Can I take a picture of you?" Wei Suhua asks.

"Eh? Of ?" Shen Siyuan is sowhat surprised.
