Scott and Allison stepped into the McCall ho. The scent of sothing faintly floral, likely lissa's candle of the day, filled the air. The living room was warm and inviting, with the soft glow of the television illuminating lissa, who was sprawled on the couch watching a sitcom.

Hearing the door, lissa turned, her expression brightening instantly. She rose from the couch and approached with a smile, her hands reaching out to Allison.

"You must be Allison," lissa said, taking Allison's hand warmly. "How did a dork like Scott trick a beautiful girl like you into being with him?"

Allison laughed, her cheeks tinged pink. "Well, he did trick , didn't he? You must be Scott's sister, right? You're so beautiful."

lissa's laughter echoed in the room. Before she could respond, Allison turned to Scott with mock indignation.

"Scott! Why didn't you tell you had a sister? And why didn't you introduce us earlier? The only friend I have in town is Lydia, and let's be honest, she can be a bit much sotis."

lissa gave Scott an approving look. "Scott, I like your girlfriend very much."

Scott smiled but said nothing, letting the exchange play out.

Allison looked back at lissa, her curiosity evident. "What's your na?"

"lissa." She said with a warm smile.

Allison returned the smile. "Well, lissa, I like you too. I think we're going to be good friends."

As Allison glanced around the cozy living room, a hint of nervousness crept into her expression. She turned back to lissa, her voice slightly shaky. "By the way, lissa... where's your mom? This is my first ti eting her. Do you think she'll like ?"

Scott, who had been leaning casually against the wall, stifled a laugh, his shoulders shaking slightly.

lissa chuckled and pulled Allison into a gentle hug. "I already love you, sweet girl. And by the way, Allison..."

Still in lissa's arms, Allison tilted her head curiously. "What is it?"

lissa grinned mischievously. "I'm not Scott's sister. I'm his mother."

Allison froze, her eyes wide. She quickly broke free from the hug and stamred. "I'm so sorry, Mrs. McCall! I... I didn't an to be rude!"

lissa's laughter was light and genuine as she pulled Allison back into her embrace. "Silly girl, you weren't rude at all. Treat like a friend, okay? And don't call Mrs. McCall. Just lissa."

Allison relaxed, her smile returning. "Okay, lissa. But I have to say, you're so young, you could easily pass as a high school student!"

lissa bead. "Thank you, Allison." Then, turning to Scott with mock disgust, she added, "The only thing making look old is my stupid son. Maybe he should start calling 'sister.'"

Scott crossed his arms, feigning offense. "What's with the look, Mom? And no way am I calling you 'sister.' That's just weird."

lissa snorted. "Hmph! Fine. Now get your butt in the kitchen and make us sothing to eat."

Scott's eyes widened in mock shock. "Wait, you didn't make dinner?"

lissa folded her arms. "And whose fault is that? You didn't tell Allison was coming."

Scott smirked. "Mom, I know you're on vacation, but you're getting way too lazy. Sleeping till noon, spending the day watching TV... You're going to get fat."

lissa's expression darkened as she stord over, grabbed Scott by the ear, and twisted it. "Esto va a doler más a mí que a ti (This will hurt more than it'll hurt you.)"

Scott yelped. "Oh God, no! xican lissa is out! Mom, I was just joking! Mom, are you still in there?! Mom, please, we have company!"

lissa let go with a huff. "I'll spare you this ti, for Allison's sake. Now, go cook sothing!"

Scott rubbed his ear as he shuffled toward the kitchen, mumbling. "xican lissa is so an..."

lissa's voice called after him. "What was that?"

"I said, 'What do you want for dinner?'" Scott shot back quickly.

"Sothing good. We have a guest." lissa replied, her tone smug.

Behind him, Allison burst into laughter, unable to contain herself. Hearing her laugh, Scott quickened his pace to the kitchen, muttering sothing under his breath about the McCall won ganging up on him.

---

As Scott worked in the kitchen, Allison and lissa sat on the couch, their conversation flowing effortlessly. They shared stories and laughter, growing more comfortable with each other by the minute.

But then lissa's expression turned serious. "Allison." She said softly. "You know what he is, don't you?"

Allison nodded. "Yes, I do. He told everything."

lissa reached over, placing a hand on Allison's. "I like you very much, Allison. The only thing that worries is your family. Will you hurt him?"

Allison's smile was reassuring as she rolled up her sleeve, revealing the fresh bite mark on her arm.

lissa's eyes widened slightly. "I see. But what about your family?"

Allison sighed. "My parents aren't as extre as others. Even if they found out Scott's a werewolf, they wouldn't hurt him—well, at least my mom wouldn't. My dad... he's a little different."

"Why do you say that?" lissa asked, tilting her head.

Allison chuckled softly. "It's not because Scott's a werewolf. My dad just hates him because he thinks Scott stole his little girl. And Scott doesn't help his case, he kisses in front of my dad and teases him every ti they et."

lissa smiled, shaking her head. "I see."

"But don't worry," Allison continued firmly. "Even if my parents tried to hurt Scott, he's not the one we should worry about. And I won't let them. As for my aunt and my grandfather, if they're stupid enough to attack him, I will not show them any rcy."

lissa studied her for a mont, then smiled. "Well, let's not dwell on that. And Allison, just so we're clear—I like you a lot, but I don't want grandchildren anyti soon."

Allison's face turned crimson, and she quickly changed the subject. "Can you show what you look like when you shift?"

lissa chuckled, standing up. "Sure."

anwhile, in the kitchen, Scott was fully focused on cooking spaghetti Bolognese, one of his favorite dishes from his previous life. He moved with precision and ease, his hands a blur as he chopped, stirred, and tasted. He also prepared a fresh chicken salad, balancing the al perfectly with a refreshing drink. Every so often, Scott used his enhanced hearing to check on the conversation between lissa and Allison, pleased to hear their laughter. Satisfied that they were getting along, he decided to give them their space.

When Scott finished cooking, he wiped his hands, plated the food, and stepped into the living room. He stopped short, smiling at the sight before him. lissa, still in her wolf form, had her massive head resting in Allison's lap while Allison brushed her fur.

Scott chuckled. "Ladies, I hate to break up whatever this is, but dinner's ready."

Allison smiled warmly, and lissa growled playfully. "Finally! I'm starving."

lissa shifted back into her human form and joined them at the table, where they enjoyed a lively dinner filled with laughter and shared stories.

After dinner, Scott and Allison prepared to leave, but lissa stopped them at the door. She hugged Allison warmly. "If he ever bullies you or anything, just tell . I'll beat his ass for you."

Allison giggled, while Scott groaned. "Mom, seriously? I'm your son!"

lissa turned to Scott, her tone firm. "I don't want any other girl as my daughter-in-law. So don't screw this up."

Scott saluted with mock seriousness. "Yes, ma'am."

lissa smiled at Allison. "You're welco here anyti. Don't be a stranger, okay?"

Allison returned the smile. "Thank you, lissa. I will."

On the drive back to Allison's house, she looked at Scott with a big grin. "Your mom is amazing. She's so much fun."

Scott chuckled. "Yeah, she's one of a kind. What were you two talking about, anyway?"

Allison smirked. "Girls' talk. Not telling." She stuck her tongue out at him teasingly.

Scott laughed, shaking his head.

Allison's smile softened as she gazed out the window. "You and your mom are so close. I envy that. You know how my mom is... and Kate, who I used to be close to, turned out to be a murderer."

Scott's voice was calm. "It was always just and my mom, that's why we're close. And your mom's not that bad; she's just a bit tense. Try getting closer to her. Maybe invite her shopping or to do girly stuff together."

"Yeah, I should try that."

When they arrived at Allison's house, Scott handed her the large white teddy bear she'd left in his car and walked her to the door.

Allison hugged the bear tightly and smiled up at him. "Thank you for today, Scott. It was perfect."

Scott leaned in, pressing a soft kiss to her forehead. "Anything for you, love."
