Light.

Luo Yuan had no idea Hop had mistaken him for a fearless hero throwing himself into danger.

By now, he had reached the top of the tower.

Eternatus's massive body hovered above, eclipsing nearly the entire sky.

A torrent of Galar particles spiraled toward it like a vortex, drawn in as if Eternatus was using [Giga Drain], and absorbed into its glowing core.

Even just standing there, Luo Yuan could feel Eternatus's aura intensifying—rapidly, visibly, by the second.

Of course, Eternatus noticed Luo Yuan and Dragapult's arrival.

But it didn't consider him a threat.

Back in the era before it was defeated and sealed away by Zacian and Zamazenta, humans were nothing more than insects to it—hardly worth its attention.

The only ones it rembered were those two who had once bested it.

And since it hadn't yet sensed their presence… it wasn't concerned.

Luo Yuan, sensing Eternatus's emotions through the power of the [Viridian Power], could more or less guess what it was thinking.

And really, you couldn't bla it.

Thousands of years ago, humans didn't even have Poké Balls, let alone the ans to challenge a being like Eternatus. Back then, legendary Pokémon were viewed as gods or natural disasters.

But now, Luo Yuan thought, the tis have changed.

Snap.

He flicked his fingers, and five Master Balls sprang from his belt, snapping open midair.

Blinding white light flared atop the tower.

And before Eternatus could even react, five new figures materialized in the sky—looming, radiant, and radiating an overwhelming presence that instantly crushed Eternatus's aura beneath theirs.

Down below, Hop—who had just started climbing the tower, hoping to help—froze in place.

"What… what's going on?"

Trainers who hadn't yet evacuated from Motostoke and journalists risking their lives to chase headlines all gasped in disbelief as they looked up at the tower.

Those five figures... were familiar.

Familiar because they'd seen them in videos, photos, or old battle footage.

Unbelievable because no one had ever imagined they'd see them here, in Galar.

"That green one—that's Rayquaza!"

"And those blue and white ones—Dialga and Palkia!"

"Is that wtwo? The one Team Rocket made?"

"Could he be with Team Rocket?"

"Wait… isn't that Deoxys? The sa one that appeared at the tournant last week? Could that guy be Luo Yuan—the Johto Elite Four mber?"

"You didn't hear? Team Rocket's tech hunter also has a Deoxys!"

Viewers watching the live broadcast online exploded in chatter.

They were starting to notice a pattern:

Every ti there was a major crisis—Hoenn, Sinnoh… and now Galar—Team Rocket showed up.

What was their role this ti?

Speculation ran wild.

Back on the tower, Luo Yuan had already begun issuing silent orders to his Pokémon, preparing to launch a full-scale assault on Eternatus.

He couldn't give it any more ti to absorb energy.

If it reached full power, its base stats in its Eternamax form—1,125—would be a nightmare to deal with.

Through a ntal link, Luo Yuan coordinated the five legendary Pokémon in the sky.

Each knew its role in an instant.

Rayquaza, master of the skies, coiled above with sharp, piercing eyes locked onto Eternatus, cutting off its aerial escape.

Dialga and Palkia, guardians of ti and space, flanked Eternatus from left and right.

Their glowing markings shimred, and the gems on their shoulders and chests glead with radiant light.

With their powers, they sealed off both ti and space—isolating the tower from the surrounding world, preventing the shockwaves of the coming battle from spilling into Motostoke.

wtwo stood at the front, spoon in hand, encased in a glimring psychic shield.

As the primary attacker, the psychic powerhouse faced Eternatus head-on.

Last was Deoxys, standing protectively before Luo Yuan, transford into its [Defense For].

It would guard Luo Yuan while serving as his rapid-response support.

The five Pokémon hovered in midair, surrounding Eternatus on all sides.

A mont ago, Eternatus's aura had been suffocating—dominant and oppressive.

But now, under the pressure of these five legendaries, its overwhelming presence was completely smothered.

Even Eternatus was montarily stunned—more confused than the Trainers down below.

What the hell is going on?

Where am I? Who are these guys? What was I doing again?

It had just been calmly siphoning energy—then in the blink of an eye, five gods showed up around it.

Even it couldn't process what was happening right away.

And then—just like that—it was trapped in a formation.

Still, Eternatus reacted quickly.

Faced with a coordinated encirclent and open hostility, it let out a low, guttural roar—a warning, demanding that these invaders back off its territory.

Among the five, it recognized three of them.
