After hanging up the call with Giovanni, Luo Yuan settled onto the sofa.

"How's the situation on Rose's end?" Luo Yuan asked casually, reaching an arm around her shoulders.
Since Luo Yuan had been busy overseeing Macro Cosmos and maintaining psychic control over Oleana, the task of monitoring Rose had been handed to Sabrina.
Her return clearly ant she had news.
Sabrina gave Luo Yuan a side-eye and toyed with the ends of her hair.
"According to the informants we planted in the underground energy plant beneath Hamrlocke, Rose has already begun initiating the plan to capture Eternatus."
"Also, based on data sent from the observation unit at HQ, the Galar particle concentration around Hamrlocke is rising at an abnormal rate. That confirms the intel."
"So, Rose just couldn't wait, huh?"
According to the latest reports, the plane carrying Leon had barely cleared Galar airspace when Rose launched his plan—he must've been holding himself back for a long ti.
"In that case, as planned, I'm leaving things here to you." Luo Yuan stood up and nodded at Sabrina.
To Luo Yuan, Rose's strength wasn't anything noteworthy.
But given the limited Team Rocket presence in Galar, if they wanted to take Rose out, Luo Yuan would have to handle it himself.
Naturally, he entrusted the continued manipulation of Oleana to Sabrina.

"Leave it to ." Sabrina straightened Luo Yuan's collar with practiced ease.
Luo Yuan smiled faintly. With their level of unspoken understanding, no words were necessary. He brushed his fingers through Sabrina's silky hair and placed a light kiss on her forehead.
The next mont, his body shimred and vanished—wrapped in a cocoon of psychic energy.

With Raihan having accompanied Leon to Kanto, the Hamrlocke Gym was temporarily closed.
Without the Gym's regular exhibition matches, the city felt like it had lost so of its usual energy. The atmosphere wasn't as lively as it used to be.
Thankfully, the recent release of Silph Co.'s holographic communication devices had sparked a craze. Residents with ti on their hands were lining up outside stores, hoping to snag the trending gadget before it sold out.
So people weren't entirely idle.
Luo Yuan was more than pleased by the sight. The deeper Silph Co. embedded itself in Galarian daily life, the more it signified Team Rocket's successful infiltration.
It was a key indicator of future control over the region.
He made his way toward Team Rocket's temporary base—established to monitor Rose's actions.
By now, his elite ga Unit had fully geared up. Luo Yuan turned to the squad captain.
"What's the situation?" he asked.
"Galar energy levels are still climbing. They're about to hit the critical threshold," the subordinate reported.
This threshold referred to the energy plant's maximum design capacity when it was originally constructed.
Exceeding that limit ant total loss of control. High concentrations of Galar particles would escape the containnt systems, affecting wild Pokémon in the area and triggering involuntary [Dynamax] transformations.
And due to the particle overload, those [Dynamaxed] Pokémon would beco increasingly aggressive.
A swarm of berserk, [Dynamaxed] wild Pokémon... the consequences were obvious.
"Rose really is playing with fire." Luo Yuan shook his head as he felt the rising intensity of Galar particles saturating the air—showing no signs of slowing down.
Then he turned to his team. "Begin the operation."
With that, he strode straight toward the energy plant.
His team imdiately followed, though one of them couldn't help voicing his confusion.
"Sir, weren't we supposed to wait until Rose caused a major public disturbance before making our move...?"
