The car window was rolled down, letting the night wind blow in, stirring her hair strands and dispersing her scent all around him.
The incoming wind was a bit strong, drowning out his voice.
"Hmm? What did you say?"

It really didn’t match her inner thoughts.
Wen Yu shifted his gaze away, "It’s nothing, I was just saying thanks Miss Ruan for the ride."

The driver was skilled, managing to swerve and smoothly narrowly avoid the oncoming car, but tragically, that car seed to lose control, ultimately crashing and flipping over at the curb.
It was a false alarm.
But it’s inevitable to say that Ruan Yiyi’s delicate face turned even paler, her hair ssy, seemingly still shaken.
Rarely seeing her this way, not her usually dust-free, ethereal self, exposed a fragile side that evoked a surge of compassion from within.

"It’s okay, no worries, you did really well," she said as she glanced outside:
"Let’s leave the rest to the traffic police."
The driver looked at the overturned car outside and shook his head; if it were an accident, it would be okay, but if it was found to be sothing else, this matter was far from over.
Yet as the car continued to move, the atmosphere in the back of the car seed to have changed subtly.

One sat on one side, the masked man looking forward, while she looked out the car window, silent.
