Then he reached his hand through the lowered window, unlocked the car door from inside, opened it, and crouched down to get in.
With the car door closed again, the atmosphere inside instantly tensed up.
Cheng Dongyuan offered him a naan, and when it wasn’t accepted, he placed it by the handbrake and then said, “She really likes eating this, you should try it.”
