Now that I have enough ntal energy to initiate a new contract, I moved to Fina's side. She was no longer screaming in pain; unlike earlier, however, her consciousness was already faint.
"Fina, can you still hear ?"
I asked just in case, but Fina didn't even move her eyes in my direction. I checked her body just now, but she's still far from death. At least her important organs were still safe.
She was still conscious, but her senses were already useless.
"No choice!"
Without asking for her confirmation, I quickly ford the contract in my head before sending it to Fina. However, it didn't imdiately get transmitted.
"What's going on...? Isn't she a monster now?"
I tried once more, but it ended with the sa result. The transmission failed as if getting slapped away by sothing halfway.
I tried one last ti, and this ti, I observed everything closely. The clump of energy that I sent properly entered her head. However, after entering, the shockwaves of the three energies fighting erased a part of it before it could properly be transmitted, rendering it useless.
"Damn!"
I cursed as I tried to think of a way to bypass this.
"The distance is the problem! I should just make it so that the energy waves can't destroy my telepathic ssage!"
I gently lifted Fina's body, now almost still and unmoving. I lifted her face, placing my forehead on top of hers. Then, I built the contract one last ti before sending it to her.
"It connected!"
I quickly focused on the ssage, sending a small burst of energy to block the incoming shockwaves of the rampaging energy inside her. It was all precise work, so I needed all the focus I could muster.
"Fina... accept it quickly!"
A few seconds passed, but there was still no response. Fina's mind was still awake, but for so reason, she still hadn't confird the contract.
Is the damage she received affecting her thoughts? But she can't take a potion now, given that her body is no longer responsive.
I took out a full-restore potion, one of the few that I have, and poured it over her lips. However, as expected, she didn't even ingest it, as the liquid only overflowed out of her mouth.
"No choice!"
I placed all the contents of the potion in my mouth before throwing the empty bottle away. I pulled her face in and placed my mouth over hers, letting the contents of the potion slowly pour down her mouth.
"Hmm..."
A moan escaped Fina as her throat started moving. Slowly swallowing the potion that filled her mouth. With each gulp, I could feel that her consciousness was returning.
After all the contents of the potion were passed to her, I moved my head away. Fina's golden eyes, with a tinge of pink, stared back at mine. Her mouth, still with traces of the potion dripping from the corner of her lips, was opening slightly, trying to say sothing.I think you should take a look at
"Shh."
I placed my forehead on top of hers once more, redoing the contract one last ti.
"Now."
I whispered lightly. Fina gulped loudly before nodding her head. A blinding white light covered her body.
I took a few steps backward, leaving Fina, who glowed brightly for a good few seconds. Watching the energy inside her, the foreign red energy quickly got driven out.
The unknown pink energy inside her, for so reason, devoured the gold energy and beca several levels stronger. A mont later, it settled down, completely sucking out the gold energy that Fina used to possess.
The light finally faded, revealing Fina's new appearance for all to see. Fina's golden-brown hair was now tinted with a slight pinkish hue. Her golden eyes were affected too, turning completely rosy pink. The horns on top of her head beca a bit longer but more curved, like a sheep's.
Fina blinked her eyes, looking at her own body's changes. She slowly stood up, stretching her limbs. The ebony-colored wings on her back stretched to both sides, displaying their feathery appearance, completely unlike the bat-like wings that Julia had.
Each ti she moved to stretch her arms and legs, her chest moved and bounced like they were alive. Now, she was completely unrivaled in terms of size among the girls around us. If I were told that Julia's portion got passed to her instead, then I'd probably nod my head in agreent.
At this mont, the feedback finally ca to . Although, unlike usual taming, Fina doesn't have skills of her own, other than the boost in physical and ntal strength, I received nothing else. The feedback ended quickly, as I didn't need ti to sort out mories of new skills.
Fina, after she finished her stretch, scanned the room with a sharp gaze. Then, when her eyes landed on , her face turned into a rebellious smile. She jumped forward, covering the distance between us in one leap. Her arms wrapped around my neck as her face hovered closer. Her chest acted as a cushion, slowing down her approach.
"That was unfair."
She muttered in a playful tone.
"Payback~"
As she said, she suddenly leaned in, taking my lips in a forceful and wild kiss. Her tongue played inside my mouth almost unhindered as my body beca stiff from the sweet surprise.
Although I couldn't see the others' expressions, as Fina's face was covering my entire view, I could feel Ember and Ying Yue's envy through our link.
A few seconds later, Fina distanced her face as she licked her lips lightly. She showed an impish smile as she giggled before hopping back to her previous position.
Ember and Ying Yue had cute frowns as they glared at , but when my gaze passed Ying Yue, she still turned her eyes away. Still the sa as before.
"It seems like you're fine now, given that you have enough energy to play around."
I said as I heaved an exasperated sigh.
At that mont, a splitting headache attacked . I fell to my knees as I held my temples, groaning in pain. As I endured, a phantom-like seductive voice of an adult woman echoed inside my head.
