In the Temple Master's Abode,
"What are you telling? So killed our gatekeeper but the life stone didn't capture the face of the killer?"
A middle-aged man looked at the old man with a serious look on his face.
"Yes, master."
The first elder of the Temple replied with an anxious look on his face.
"Are you sure it was a young man and not a middle-aged man?"
The middle-aged man asked while maintaining a serious look on his face.
This middle-aged man was none other than the Temple Master of the Beast Tar God's Temple which was located in the outskirts of the Storm City.
"Are you asking whether it was Valerian Stormrider who killed our gatekeeper?"
The first elder guessed what the Temple Master wanted to know and replied, "Worry not, Temple Master, it is definitely not him."
"Moreover, didn't you say that you killed him 15 years ago in Death's Embrace Canyon? Why are you still afraid of him, master?"
The First Elder asked the Temple Master Mortis.
"Even though I killed him, he had a smile on his face as though he would be coming back to life after so ti and even now, I see him in my dreams."
Mortis rubbed his forehead and said, "Also, didn't you witness how powerful he was? At that ti, if not for Sir Apostle injuring him, our entire temple would have been destroyed by him."
"If not for Sir Apostle who had personally burnt his body, I would have doubted that he was still alive. Anyway, let's co to the main issue now."
Soon, Mortis shook the unnecessary thoughts away as he asked for the killer's image captured by the Life Stone.
"Here, Temple Master."
The First Elder hurriedly gave a piece of beast skin in which a young man without a face could be seen.
"It looks like he is related to that b*stard Valerian. Maybe it's his son. He has a son, right?"
The Temple Master looked at the young man on the beast's skin; however, he was unable to guess the exact identity of the young man or any clues related to it.
However, he had thought that it should be soone related to Valerian Stormrider because 20 years back, the Life Stones in the temples were unable to capture his face and now a similar thing is happening.
Since Valerian was no longer alive, the Temple Master directly thought of Valerian's son.
"Temple Master, even though Valerian has a son I am very sure that his son is not capable of achieving such a feat."
Even the First Elder also witnessed how dangerous Valerian was and he always kept an eye on the Stormrider Family, especially on Valerian's son.
However, from the information he had collected, Valerian's son was only 15 years old and completed the Awakening Ceremony a few days back.
"What's more, his son only awakened a low-level talent but was lucky enough to form a contract with a high-level beast."
The First Elder didn't wait for the Temple Master as he asked, "So, does the Temple Master believe that a newly beca Beast Tar could kill a peak Purple Grade Beast Tar like Orion?"

The Temple Master Mortis didn't say anything for a mont and gave an order to the First Elder after thinking for so ti, "Use the authority of the Temple and check out the whereabouts of every single mber of the Stormrider at the ti of murder…I an everyone including won and the old n."
"O-okay, master."
The First Elder didn't expect that the Temple Master Mortis was still afraid of Valerian now.
Nevertheless, he would still follow the order to find the killer as soon as possible.
'Thinking of Valerian from back then, if there is a second Valerian, we should capture him and kill him as soon as possible.'
With that thought in mind, the First Elder was about to leave the Temple Master's Abode.
"Let's go. I will personally co with you to the Stormrider Family."
Suddenly, Mortis spoke and at the sa ti, he asked the First Elder, "Get all the Temple Elders and 100 Guardians with us."I think you should take a look at
"You personally want to co with , Temple Master?"
The First Elder was shocked by the Temple Master's words; however, he hurriedly nodded his head, "Yes, Master."
"et in an hour at the Beast Sanctuary. Also, appoint a new gatekeeper for the Beast Sanctuary."
After finishing his words, the Temple Master closed the doors of his abode.
'It looks like that Valerian has beco an inner demon for the Temple Master. No wonder he was unable to break through in his rank despite having such great potential.'
Looking at the closed door of the abode, the First Elder could not help but shake his head with a face full of pity.
Soon, he stopped thinking about other things and started gathering the Elders and the Guardians.

In Leo's Courtyard,

With a flash, Leo appeared in his room and then went to shower.
When going to the Blood Valley, it took six hours for Leo to reach the Blood Valley; however, while coming back, he rode the Bloodfire Dragon King whose speed was so fast that it only took him less than an hour to reach the Storm City.
Of course, Leo sent the Bloodfire Dragon into his Tar's Space before using the [Teleport] to silently enter his courtyard.
Leo didn't know that the entire top echelon of the Storm City's Beast Tar God's Temple was on their way to the Stormrider Family to find the killer of their gatekeeper and he was happily taking a shower.
'The gains from this trip to Blood Valley are massive.'
After wearing night clothes, Leo rested on his bed before counting his gains from the trip to the Blood Valley.
The first thing is the system fragnt which helped him awaken the System and gain his [Talent Swallowing Ability].
Three of his contracted beasts beca Purple Grade Beasts and awakened powerful bloodlines that let them temporarily beco the Diamond Grade Beasts.
Not only did Leo break through to Purple Grade but he even beca a Diamond Grade Beast Tar.
All his other beasts beca Gold Grade Beasts and dozens of Gold Grade and Purple Grade Beast Essence Orbs and Tar's Essence Orbs.
Other than this, there were many other small gains on his trip and thinking about all these, Leo beca excited.
"For now, I will just have a good sleep and start my preparations to destroy the Beast Tar God's Temples from tomorrow."
Even though Leo was not tired much, he wanted to sleep for a while because once he started his [Ascending Mission], he didn't know when he could have a good sleep.
Hence, he summoned the [Nightmare Butterfly] and asked it to cast its skill [Deep Sleep - Good Dreams].

"Young Master Leo, are you sleeping?"
Just as the Nightmare Butterfly was able to cast its skill, soone knocked on his door.
"Huh? Didn't I ask no one to disturb for an entire week?"
Leo frowned when he heard a servant calling him from the outside.
Nevertheless, he still opened the door and asked the reason.
"I am sorry to disturb you, young master."
The young servant apologized to Leo before saying, "The Family Head Grey is summoning you to the Main Family Hall as soon as possible and et the Temple Master."
