All the gods were surprised with the objective of the second round because compared to killing the monsters, getting their acknowledgent was much harder.
Moreover, all the monsters that co out of the portal are affected by so kind of mysterious energy that makes them go temporarily crazy.
What's more, the effects would last for a few years to centuries before they were capable of thinking straight.
So, it was almost impossible for Leo to subdue them because those monsters, in their current state, would not be able to listen to Leo's words and if Leo let down his guard while trying to subdue them, they would kill him.
[Wait a second…I think I know why there is such a round]
Suddenly, one of the old gods thought of sothing and inford the other gods.
[Since that human killed all the natives of the Grade 1 Dragon World, it needs new native beings. And the easiest way to get natives for this world was to subdue a few monster races that co out of the portal].
[Moreover, that human was capable of completing the first round in less than a day. Therefore, it is normal for 'Him' to announce such a round in this grade 1 Re: World Assessnt]

The remaining gods agreed with the old god's explanation regarding the second round's objective.

Most of the Gods silently thought that it would be a little difficult for Leo to complete the second round.

Hence he wondered about the number of monster races because if there were more monster races, the more easily it would be for Leo to complete the second round.

Soon, portals started opening in the distance as both humanoid beings and the beasts walked out of them.
From each portal, only one monster walked out and there were 100 portals which ans hundred of different monsters ca out of the portals.
'Huh? 100 different races?'
Leo raised his eyebrows when he saw the single monster each from 100 different races walk out of the portal and thought, 'Among these 100 monsters, I just have to get the acknowledgent from three monsters, right?'
After coming to that conclusion, Leo felt that the second round was not as hard as he thought it was.
Suddenly, the Ancient Voice resounded in the world again, explaining a few more things about the second round.
Nevertheless, Leo got clarity after hearing the announcents from the Ancient Voice.
'Interesting…so, just by subduing a single monster, I can gain control over his entire tribe.'
Suddenly, Leo felt the second round of the Re: World Assessnt turned into an exciting test for him and he was determined to subdue as many monster kings as possible.
'Roar'

After walking out of the portals, these 100 monsters looked around and the mont their eyes fell on Leo, they beca excited before rushing towards him.
'Void, Sutin, I will summon you when I require you.'
Seeing the 100 monsters, Leo didn't waste any ti and hurriedly sent his two official beasts into the Beast Space that was unlocked when he turned Void and Sutin into his official tad beasts.
Since the objective of this round was not to kill them, Leo didn't need them and by letting them stay out, they would be hindering his plans.
Therefore, he sent them into Beast Space before ordering the system.
'System, analyze the strengths of these 100 monsters and show .'

At the sa ti, Leo maintained his distance from the 100 monsters while waiting for the system's report on their strength.

Level 9 supre-ranked monsters: 10.
Level 8 supre-ranked monsters: 30.
Level 7 supre-ranked monsters: 60.

All 100 monsters are king-type monsters. So, they would be more powerful than the regular monsters with the sa strength.
'Since this world is empty, I should fill it with so powerful races for the upcoming World Assessnts.'
The grade 1 world assessnt was just a beginning because there would be higher grade world assessnts in the future. To pass them, Leo requires powerful natives for his world.
