Currently, the Dragon God was asking for his permission to let him bless a few things to soone in the gradeless world.
However, there are rules that no God is allowed to bless the natives of a gradeless world and they have to wait until that world successfully completes the world assessnt.
Moreover, The Ancient Unknown God didn't want humans to beco more powerful. So, he didn't even bother to listen to Dragon God's words before rejecting his request.

The Dragon God hurriedly ca up with an excuse and seeing that the Ancient Unknown God remained silent, he continued to speak because he knew the other party wouldn't give him any ti to speak soon.

The Ancient Unknown God rejected the Dragon God's request.

As an Administrator, the Ancient Unknown God could not openly collude with the Dragon God; however, he indirectly said that the Dragon God has a couple of hours to take care of whatever he is planning to do.

The Dragon God revealed an evil chuckle as he guided his projection to watch over that gradeless world.
In most cases, the Gods use either projection or avatars while watching over the specific world because the main bodies would be busy increasing their strength and Godly Prowess.
Another reason why they use their projection and avatars was that they consu less energy and they could travel much faster in endless space than their real bodies.
Nevertheless, these projections and avatars had their partial Godly Prowess that could watch over the world, make apostles and bless the natives of that world as long as they were close to that world.

With that thought in his head, the Dragon God's projection released the golden energy from its body to surround a specific region and that region is where the Void Dragon King's current Location is.

Since Leo had already known that the Dragon God was using the Void Dragon King to plan sothing for him, he was not surprised that the Dragon God had returned to watch him again.
'It looks like he had already convinced that unknown god who is responsible for his world.'
From the Abyssal Demon God in the [Treasure Land], Leo learned that no gods could watch or bless them.
Since the Dragon God kept on coming to watch him, Leo could only conclude that the Ancient Unknown God was also in cahoots with the Dragon God.
"I saw you have taken the Dragon Summoner's storage ring. According to what I know, there is a world ticket to my grade 2 world. I hope you can activate it and send back."
The Void Dragon King saw that Leo was calm and composed, it thought Leo had believed its story and said how Leo could help it.
"As long as you send back, I will give you a God Stone and a dozen fragnts of the God Stones that I have stored in my treasure cave."
The Void Dragon King was indirectly asking Leo to enter the grade 2 world with it. So that, it could properly repay him with the God Stone and a dozen fragnts of the God Stones.
"What? You have a God Stone and a dozen fragnts of the God Stones?"
Leo knew what the Void Dragon King was trying to do; however, he was tempted by the items ntioned by the Void Dragon King.
"Yes, I do have them and I was originally planning to use the God Stone when I beco a level 8 supre rank to beco a level 9 supre rank; however, right now, I only care about going back."
The Void Dragon King nodded its head heavily and in order to make Leo not get suspicious regarding why it was storing such a valuable item, it even gave the reason.
'As expected of the humans, they are just as greedy as us, the dragons. Even though I really have the God Stones and the fragnts of the God Stones, there is no way I am planning to give it to them.'
At the sa ti, the Void Dragon King silently thought in his head which was, of course, heard by Leo with his super special talent [Godly Beast Tar].
