Looking at the line on the enchanted mission paper, Leo nodded his head as he stored it in his storage ring.
Leo didn’t know that Zen had already started doubting Leo’s hero rank and talents; however, even if Leo knew about it, he could not care much about it as he had already prepared a backup plan.
‘Since 18 Iron ore cares are cleared, I will get 1800 Hero coins which were nowhere near enough to bid for an item in the premium auction.’
While returning to the Iron ore cave in which Julia was sleeping, Leo calculated how much he had earned today.
Obviously, he was not satisfied with his earnings.
‘Should I just hunt a rank 7 and rank 8 beasts or monsters?’
Leo thought of hunting powerful mutated beasts and the monsters because selling their carcasses would fetch a good price.
Moreover, their inner cores could be sold or auctioned off in the premium auction to get an astronomical price.
‘But, by doing so, I will be openly disclosing my strength, and my plans of taking revenge might beco more difficult.’
Leo cancelled his thoughts of hunting the powerful mutated beasts and the monsters.-.
‘I need to hide my strength until I enter the ‘God ruins’. Chances of finding a solution for Evan and Emily’s problem are relatively high in the ‘God ruins’.’
Previously, Leo just wanted to enter the ‘God ruins’ to get so treasures; however, now, he had another reason, and it was to find an item that would help Evan and Emily.
‘Looks like I can only rely on the ‘Mountain bandits’.’
The main reason Leo picked the ‘Greedy mountain bandits’ mission was not for justice; instead, it was a highly rewarded mission that gave 10 Hero coins for killing a single mountain bandit.
If there were 100 mountain bandits, then it would be 1000 coins and killing the leader of the mountain bandits would give another 100 hero coins.
However, what Leo really after was the things Mountain Bandits had accumulated over the years.
‘Not only do I have to kill them all, but I have to find their hideout to get their treasures.’
Leo silently thought in his head as he returned to the cave.
“Vladimir, it looks like you have finished cleaning up everything just like always.”
While walking into the cave, Leo saw not a single drop of blood on the ground. So, he praised the shadow vampire.
“Hehe…it’s not much. Moreover, thanks to my master, I was finally able to enjoy the blood of a rank 7 hero after a month of waiting.”
Vladimir was delighted with his al, and he thanked Leo with a polite smile on his face.
“By the way, did you collect all the valuable things from the assassins?”
Before leaving the cave, Leo had ordered Vladimir to retrieve all the items from the corpses before making them disappear.
So, he asked about the spoils to see how rich Clens and his squad were.
“Compared to our regular spoils, they are less, master.”
Vladimir shook his head in disappointnt as he walked towards Leo with a ring in his hand.
“I transferred all the items and Hero coins I collected into this storage ring.”
While giving the storage ring to Leo, Vladimir inford him that he had stored all the spoils of the battle in it.
“Okay. Since you have consud a lot of blood, go and rest for now. Before that, summon a few of your minions and go.”
Nodding his head, Leo asked Vladimir to take a rest, and the latter respectfully bowed before summoning a dozen black-coloured bats.
‘Follow his orders without any hesitation.’
After summoning them, Vladimir ordered them to follow Leo’s order and went back into Julia’s shadow to sleep.
The shadow vampire needs a lot of sleep, and the more they sleep, the more powerful they beco.
‘System, project the data from the storage ring.’
Since he had the system, Leo didn’t waste his energy going through each item stored in the storage ring.

Soon, a list of items appeared in front of Leo; however, it was not enough to excite Leo as he had much better items and more money in the past.

Leo was not surprised that Clens’ rcenary squad had 25000 hero coins because advanced heroes earn so much.
For elite missions in the mission hall, the minimum reward for a single mission was at least 100 hero coins; however, the minimum reward for the least dangerous mission was at least 1000 hero coins for advanced missions.
Moreover, Clens was an assassin and hiring an assassin costs a fortune.
‘Stamina recovery fruits are nothing special or valuable for heroes as they only cost one hero coin each.’
‘However, surprisingly, he had a rank 7 beast core which could be sold for a fortune along with other beast cores.’
‘The sa goes for the rank 7 dagger and the rank 5 daggers.’
Once he returned to the city, Leo planned to sell them all. Of course, he would hide his identity.
‘Even though a rank 7 beast core and a rank 7 weapon might attract a little attention, I don’t think it will be a problem.’
It might be a problem for others to hide his identity; however, Leo was an expert when it ca to that.
Nevertheless, even if he was good at it, he didn’t want to attract too much attention.
So, he was not planning to sell many high-level beast cores or weapons.
‘Now, I am on a mission for you, Shadow bats.’
Once he sorted out the spoils he gained, Leo looked at the dozen black-coloured bats and gave a mission to them.
