Leo fell to the ground as he looked at the level 1 supre-ranked undead tal-clawed vulture standing in front of him, waiting for his order.
‘I think taking a break of nearly 24 hours helped successfully refine the corpse.’
It was Leo’s first corpse refinent after waking up today, and it took him a little more than three hours to finish it.
Before he could start the corpse refinent, Leo already felt that he would succeed in the first attempt, and just like he guessed, he succeeded.
‘I think I was rushing things with the corpse refinent.’
Finally, Leo understood why he was repeatedly failing despite doing everything right.
It was just that he needed a good rest between the corpse refinents; however, he assud one hour was enough ti to rest because of the system.
‘I need to put more effort into thinking.’
Leo didn’t bla the system for his failure because the system only said about the cooldown of the [Call of the Undead- corpse refinent] being an hour.
However, he forgot that he was refining the supre-ranked beast corpses, which were different from the corpses he had refined before.
Nevertheless, he decided to think more before following the system’s words.

The system detected that the host’s connection with the newly refined undead being was not stable.

Please sever the connection with the host’s other undead beings to gain full control over the supre-ranked undead being.
As Leo was waiting for the upgrade notifications for the [Call of the Undead], he received the system notifications for a different thing, making him frown a bit disappointed.
‘Huh? Sever the connection with the other undead beings? All of them?’
Leo frowned when he saw those system notifications; however, he didn’t think much and decided to sever his connection with the other undead beings still farming for [Promote Points] in the Solitary Forest.
For a level 9 human hero, controlling a supre-ranked undead being was already an achievent. So, he didn’t hesitate to sever the connection with the low-level undead beings.
‘I can raise my supre-ranked undead beasts and monsters after the [Call of the Undead] is upgraded to the supre class.’
This was the thought in Leo’s head.
‘Ding,
The host can keep one rank 9 undead being along with the level 1 supre-ranked undead beast.
Leo started severing his connection with rank 7 and rank 8 undead beings. Just when he was about to sever his connection with the rank 9 undead beings, he received a system notification, making him reveal a slight smile.
‘I will keep the Ancient Goliath King then.’
Among his 10 rank 9 undead beings, the Ancient Goliath King was the strongest one who easily killed the Frost Devil in the [Treasure Land].
Also, he had a special connection with that undead being because it was the first rank 9 beast corpse he refined into an undead being. To kill him, Leo had ford a team with two shadow vampires, Dominic, and 19 more young heroes who beca rank 7 heroes recently then.
After that, Leo didn’t struggle much in corpse refinent of the rank 9 beings because his Ancient Goliath King took care of his problems.
‘If only I could upgrade his strength to supre rank, I would have kept him with forever.’
Leo silently muttered to himself as he severed his connection with the remaining rank 9 undead beings.
‘Ding,
The connection between the host and the level 1 supre-ranked undead being has strengthened.
‘Ding,
Requirents for [Call of the Undead] to beco a supre class talent have been completed.
1) Raise at least ten undead beings with rank 9 strength, (Completed).
2) Use the talent for an entire day, (Completed).
3) Raise at least one undead supre-ranked being, (Completed).
‘Ding,
Do you want to upgrade the [Call of the Undead] to the Supre Class?
Leo received a series of system notifications as soon as he severed the connection with the undead beings except for the Ancient Goliath King, making him clench his fist in excitent.
‘Yes.’
Why would he not agree to upgrade the talent? He had been working on it for the last few days.
Therefore, Leo didn’t hesitate to nod at the last system notification.
‘Ding,
Upgrading the special talent [Call of the Undead] to Supre Class.
‘Ding,
The system detected a problem…Error…Error.
‘Ding,
The system detected an inner demon inside the host’s body. Please clear that inner demon for a safe ascension to the supre rank.
‘What? An inner demon?’
As Leo was waiting for the good news about his upgrade, he received the bad news that made him frown.
Leo knew what an inner demon was.
It was sothing that was ford inside a Human hero or a Beast hero who was obsessing or struggling with sothing.
They were not noticed until they were ford in your heart, and Leo was the sa. He didn’t have a single clue that he had an inner demon in his heart all along.
‘What am I obsessed with? Is it because of my revenge on the City Leader Theodore?’
Leo started thinking about it and found the reason for his inner demon within no ti.
Even though he struggled with the Forbidden Curse, Leo was not at all bothered with it as he knew it would be dissolved when he beca a Supre hero.
On the other hand, even though Leo didn’t show his obsession for revenge much, he could not wait to kill the City Leader Theodore for killing his adoptive parents and making him suffer so much as an enslaved person for the manticores.
‘Ding,
An inner demon is related to the host’s revenge. Therefore, please complete the revenge and clear the inner demon in the host’s heart.
‘I knew I could finish the revenge after becoming a supre-rank hero; however, my obsession might be overpowering that thought.’
After seeing the system notification, Leo could not help but shake his head in disappointnt.
‘It looks like I have to delay my ascension for a few more days.’
Since his own obsession was stopping him from becoming a supre-rank hero, there was nothing much for Leo to do other than clearing that obsession by completing his revenge.
‘Anyway, it’s just 15 days in the Beastnet and only five days in the human world.’
Leo had been waiting to take revenge for his adoptive parents for the last 10 years. So, waiting for another 15 days was nothing for Leo.
He was not worried about failing to take revenge because he now had a level 6 supre rank beast hero as his follower.
‘Moreover, I can kill the level 1 supre rank heroes without any problem.’
Theodore was a level 1 supre rank hero. So, even without the help of the Terra Bull Tyrant, Leo was confident in taking his revenge.
However, having soone like Terra Bull Tyrant beside him would stop him from worrying about unnecessary things.
“Since I delayed the visit to the Zephyr Mountains, I better go now.”
Soon, Leo left his den and visited the Flaming Lion King before they travelled to the Zephyr Mountains.
