Wind release: Rasenshuriken
This is an extended version of the Rasengan developed by Naruto in the original book which is S-rank.
Adding Wind release's Chakra Nature Transformation to the Rasengan, the lethality of the Rasengan increases by a lot.
But this technique has a major side effect, it hurts the user almost as much as the target.
