Chapter 319: Chapter 314 What Will You Do

Here is the requested translation:

The Frost Giant warlord was bold, but not bold enough to the point of recklessness; such audacity wouldn’t have let him live this long.

The Frost Giant warlord wanted to retreat, but it seed impossible now—the reason being the Red Dragon had him locked in its sights.

The Red Dragon fighting the Silver Dragon; why are you getting involved? The Frost Giant warlord felt like crying, though no tears ca.

At the sa ti, Leon never expected that bullying a “child” would result in a third party intervening.

“I advise you not to act rashly; otherwise, my sword will show no rcy,” Leon warned Isily, making it clear that should she insist on escaping, he wouldn’t hesitate to use his Sword Control Technique to knock the Silver Dragon out of the sky. Whether she lived or died wouldn’t be his concern. He then turned his gaze to the Frost Giant warlord, descending slowly on his White Dragon.

“What brings you here?” Leon questioned. Solem’s chosen scion, a frost deity kin with a challenge rating of 24, might give him a decent fight, but a re Frost Giant warlord wasn’t even worth a second glance from him.

The Frost Giant warlord was still quite formidable; otherwise, he wouldn’t have managed to rule over such a significant city. Yet under Leon’s nacing presence, he shuddered, though not to the extent of fleeing. Stamring, he replied, “N-no reason.”

“Fully ard and with troops in tow, you co here to tell there’s ‘no reason’…” Leon squinted, curling his lips. “Do you think I’m stupid?”

“Do I look like a fool?” Leon mocked. “I’m a Red Dragon, not so dimwitted White Dragon.”

The Frost Giant glanced around nervously. He was good in battle but lacked eloquence, so he helplessly turned to the Frost Wind Witch for support.

Facing such a terrifying Red Dragon, the Frost Wind Witch had no desire to provoke him. Bracing herself, she stepped forward and said, “Mighty Red Dragon, Your Excellency…”

Leon cut her off bluntly, saying, “I’ve established a Dragon Country, and I am its King. You should address as ‘Your Majesty.’

“Y-yes, mighty Red Dragon, Your Majesty,” the Frost Wind Witch responded quickly, not daring to dispute his claim. She noticed the hostility between the Red Dragon and Silver Dragon—not unusual considering Red Dragons and Silver Dragons were inherently incompatible. Hastily, she added, “We’re here to assist you in dealing with the Silver Dragon.”

“Surely you aren’t under the delusion that I, a mighty Red Dragon, would need your help to deal with such a feeble Silver Dragon?” Leon casually tapped Isily’s head with the flat of his sword. “Are you insulting ?”

“N-no, absolutely not,” the Frost Wind Witch shrieked in panic. “We ant no such thing.”

“Initially, I had no intention of paying you any attention, but you’ve brought this upon yourselves,” Leon said, sniffing the air. “Hand over one hundred thousand Gold Coins… ivory, gemstones, fur—anything of equivalent value will suffice, and we’ll call it even.”

As a leader, the Frost Giant warlord knew the worth of Gold Coins and didn’t dismiss them as re round, useless trinkets. One hundred thousand Gold Coins could buy countless livestock and slaves from humans or procure tals and liquor. Yet he adamantly refused to pay, knowing such an action would severely undermine his authority.

“Red Dragon, I’ve shown you courtesy—don’t disrespect !” The Frost Giant warlord raised his colossal axe. “We Giants aren’t ones to be bullied.”

“He doesn’t seem to think highly of you,” Isily interjected.

“You wouldn’t be hoping to sow discord between and the Frost Giant, leaving us both wounded, and thereby find your chance to escape, would you?” Leon retorted. “One minute.”

Leon turned back to the Frost Giant warlord and said, “Since you refuse to pay for your life, then prepare to die.”

Upon hearing this, the Frost Giant warlord imdiately raised his axe, bracing himself for battle.

As an Ice Sculptor, the Frost Giant warlord wielded mastery over Rune Magic, adept at harnessing primal energy and water elents. With a wave of his hand, he enveloped himself in ice, forming Frost Ice Armor around his body. Extending his hand, he summoned a pack of wolves ford from frost and ice, aid at the Red Dragon atop the mountain, and prepared to unleash a Rapid Freeze Beam—only to realize the Red Dragon had disappeared.

“Looking for ? I’m behind you,” Leon had utilized Gathering Form and Scattering Energy and appeared behind the Frost Giant warlord within re seconds. With one strike, he shattered the Frost Ice Armor; every stroke that followed left long, deep gashes on the warlord’s body.

By the ti the Frost Giant warlord reacted, Leon had already lunged in for a bite, sinking his teeth into the warlord’s shoulder and yanking him off the White Dragon, slamming him into the ground. A Red Dragon with Three Heads and Six Arms—who could say whether there was any connection to Tiamat—however, the fully grown White Dragon dared not move before Leon, rely cowering on the ground, trembling.

Six arms gripped swords, leaving no room to spare. Three heads lent themselves to control and attack. With one head biting the Frost Giant warlord’s arm, pinning him against the ground, the central head inhaled deeply, then exhaled Samadhi True Fire, unceasing and relentless.

Less than a minute passed before the once mighty Frost Giant warlord, Ice Sculptor, was reduced to nothing but charred remains.

“Now, can you bring out the one hundred thousand Gold Coins?” Leon turned to the Frost Wind Witch, then shifted his gaze to the two White Dragon Knights. Being able to ride White Dragons spoke to their high status, likely second only to the Frost Giant warlord.

“Certainly,” the Frost Wind Witch stamred in terror, “I’ll imdiately prepare them for the mighty Red Dragon, Your Majesty.”

Leon suddenly considered demanding two hundred thousand Gold Coins, given the audacity of the Frost Giant warlord to raise a weapon against him. After thinking it over, he decided against it—for a King’s word is not to be frivolously retracted. Later, he could simply scrutinize the Frost Giants’ offering, questioning the worth of certain items—ivory deed undervalued, pelts dismissed as inferior.

Done dealing with the Frost Giants for now, Leon flew back to the mountain, casting a sideways glance at Isily and asking, “You actually didn’t use the opportunity to escape.”

“I wouldn’t dare,” Isily said, lowering her head.

“Has it been over a minute?”

“I didn’t count.”

“Do you now believe I defeated the Storm Predecessor and drove away the Kraken?”

“I believe you,” Isily answered, not daring to ask why the Red Dragon was suddenly wielding a sword.

Just as Leon was about to speak, he caught sight of the Frost Giants attempting to take the Frost Giant warlord’s corpse. Realizing the body likely contained a wealth of valuable alchemy materials, he declared, “Are you all looking to die? That’s my spoils of war; nobody is allowed to take it.”

The Frost Giants imdiately abandoned the corpse, prompting Leon to look away in satisfaction. He said, “I’ll give you a chance: summon your uncle, call all your elders in Bern.”

“You must be that monster’s chosen one.” Isily, resigned to her fate, bitterly accused, “Why have you co to the Belen Kingdom? To spread evil and terror?”

“No, you’re misunderstanding —I’m no one’s chosen one… My strength doesn’t rely on blessings; it’s all earned through hard work… Hahaha… My Three Heads and Six Arms are just a spell. I don’t actually have extra heads or limbs growing out of .” Leon withdrew his Dharma Body, transforming back into a seemingly ordinary Red Dragon.

“You think I’d believe that?” Isily scoffed, bias evident in her tone.

Leon shrugged. “Believe it or not, that’s your choice.”

“So what’s your objective in targeting ?” Isily asked. “I’m just a plain Silver Dragon.”

“I didn’t target you—you latched onto ,” Leon reminded her, “Back at the adventurer’s guild in Iron Port, I rejected your teammates’ proposal, yet you insisted I join you, even resorting to threats.”

Isily faltered, speechless.

“Anyway, what are you planning now?” Isily pressed. “Use to draw out my elders and initiate a massacre? I’ll tell you this: forget it.”

Leon wasn’t Tiamat’s chosen one and had no interest in serving her or enhancing her influence. Unsure how to handle Isily, he considered extorting a hefty sum of money and said, “No, I’m not interested in killing anyone. If those Frost Giants hadn’t co looking for trouble, I wouldn’t have demanded reparations. If the Frost Giant warlord hadn’t provoked , I wouldn’t have killed him.”

“I won’t kill you, nor will I kill your elders—unless they antagonize ,” Leon said. “I’ll just take you to et the tal Knight.”

“Stop overthinking it—I’m not targeting you, nor do I have any malicious intent toward you,” Leon laughed heartily. “From start to finish, this is all for fun, for entertainnt… I’m just here as a playful, joy-seeking dragon.”

“How about this—work for for ten years, and I’ll let you go?” Leon mused. Extorting the tal Dragons wasn’t a bad idea. By treating them relatively well, he hoped to dispel prejudice, to prove he wasn’t a malevolent Red Dragon—but rather a Red Dragon capable of kindness, even toward a rival Silver Dragon, let alone others. Cue applause.

This would also help him distance himself from Tiamat, avoiding suspicions of being her minion and thereby shielding him from unnecessary trouble. He’d clarify his independence from Tiamat; any collaboration with her was strictly business.

With this thought, Leon glanced down at the Silver Dragon and said, “Tell , what will you do?”

Leon, a vigorous young dragon, couldn’t help but tease her, giving the Silver Dragon a lick and joking, “Warm bedmaid?”

Isily nearly died of fright.
