Alayna had been in a daze for almost a week now, especially after everything that happened when she was exploring that forest that day during her live stream.
It felt as if it was a dream and for days she has been waiting and her neck kept on stretching and looking toward the door to see if a surprise will fall on her but alas there was nothing.
In the end, to distract herself, she could only drown herself with more work on her personal side as the convenience store was always busy on any day.
The word of mouth was very dangerous and more and more people beca aware of the shop. So, she received more custors who were very generous and for those that caused trouble, they were dealt with dangerously.
And since the lightning didn’t damage any building or the other people, Alayna was at ease with everything.
Alayna gave Nancy the next ten chapters and forgot about it as she wasn’t worried about her not doing a good job.
As for the first fifty copies she gave them to Susan who was doing a good job as she saw what she did to the first book. Susan still couldn’t open her shop at the mont as the furniture was still being made and placed.
While dealing with Alayna’s books, she also didn’t forget about collecting more books and buying so rare books as well. as money was a problem, she didn’t hesitate to borrow so from Alayna.
Alayna was busy actually, when work was done, she would do so research on several things as knowledge is power.
On one of the days, she t with Claire the restaurant owner and the other needed so help. As Alayna was busy, she didn’t have any ti to spare so she kindly asked Claire to wait until she was less busy so that she can concentrate on her.
Of course, Alayna didn’t wait for that but used so of her free ti before going to sleep to look into restaurants. She wanted Claire to change the outlay of the restaurant first as the atmosphere itself was a great influence on the diners.
Apart from that, recipes were very important and Alayna wanted Claire to prepare so dishes she used to eat in her own world. That will reduce her need to cook, the ingredients in this world were very good and she didn’t mind eating them.
After all, buying online was very expensive, and saving so money is a very good thing to practice and do.
There weren’t many things that Alayna could do especially in Belshoy as her ideas needed places like Gilsi or villages with more land and hardworking people.
But as things couldn’t be done with haste, Alayna decided to observe for so ti first before seeing whether she can implent her ideas and start another project.
Since she had already opened another shop here, Belshoy can be considered another ho but this ho was different from her first ho as there are already other powerful houses that she didn’t want to offend by overreaching her hands.
Soon, the day for her off finally arrived and Alayna wasn’t in any mood to go and explore anywhere. Since she had promised Claire before, she decided to go and check the restaurant out.
She placed all the relevant information she prepared in her storage ring and went to the restaurant. Claire was very happy to see Alayna as after seeing how Susan’s bookshop has changed for the better, she also wanted to tap into this anointing.
"I am very sorry for taking much of your ti," Claire couldn’t help but apologize.
She knew how little ti Alayna has to herself as she was always working and a day like this was the ti that she can only rest but now she was with her and helping her, so she could only feel apologetic and grateful at the sa ti.
"It’s okay, I have nothing to do today and it won’t take a lot of ti," Alayna said softly since she didn’t feel as if she was making a loss or getting her ti wasted.
"Thank you very much, I will definitely repay you for this," Claire knew that Susan paid a price for receiving Alayna’s help and she didn’t care about that.
As long as she receives the help that she needs, she didn’t care about paying any price.
"We will talk about that later when I think about it. Let’s see how big your shop is!"
Claire didn’t dilly dally and began to show Alayna what she wanted to see. Although Alayna had been in the restaurant the last ti, it was different when she is observing it seriously without any distractions.
She didn’t take a long ti before she was done and she sat down on one of the chairs. Claire also joined her and waited for her to speak.
Alayna took out the several designs she had printed in black and white before and began to go through them. Claire didn’t have a clue what Alayna was doing but seeing all those beautiful designs drawn strangely, she couldn’t help but salivate.
Alayna seriously went through the designs as not all of them were suitable for the shop. In the end, she ca up with two and decided to leave the choice to the owner.
"Don’t ask where I got them, these two are suitable for your restaurant. Check and pick which design you want and we will go from there," Alayna stated as she placed the two photos on the table.
Claire’s hands trembled as she looked at the beautiful image on the table, "this is so beautiful. Can I really pick from these two?"
Alayna smiled seeing how affected Claire was and she nodded her head, "yes, so be sure and don’t be hasty."
Claire nodded her head excitedly; her eyes had sohow beco red and teary. She didn’t think that Alayna was this godly, she couldn’t help but put Alayna on another level.
Alayna waited patiently as Claire looked at each photo and remained undecisive for a very long ti. It was very difficult for Claire but in the end, she still made a choice, it was very bad to be greedy after all.
Alayna took the one that wasn’t chosen and returned it to her storage ring.
"Since you have picked this one, I will explain it to you further. For this...….." Alayna patiently explained the design in total to Claire as she truly wanted to see the best outco and a beautiful restaurant when everything was done.
Claire asked questions that she didn’t understand and she received answers which made her happy in return.
Claire was bewildered by everything that she had just learned and recalled the amount of savings she currently has at the mont, she felt her headache.
"This…. Do you still have money to lend?"
Alayna flashed a beautiful smile at Claire and answered, "yes, the money will always be there. Do you want so?"
"Yes, I need so but I need to get a quotation first and see how much I need to borrow before coming back to you," Claire answered.
"That’s okay, whenever you want it just co and find . I will be there."
Alayna and Claire talked for a short while before Claire respectfully escorted Alayna out.
Alayna didn’t return to the shop imdiately as she was called by Susan who has been waiting for her for a while now.
After exchanging warm greetings, Susan took Alayna inside the bookshop and what she saw made her eyes shine with stars, "the bookshop looks complete!"
Susan was very excited seeing how happy the other was despite the place being not hers, "yes, it’s finally done. Put the last shelves earlier this morning."
"So, when will you be opening?"
"After one week, I still need to arrange the books and finish the books that you gave . I am going to make them the highlight of the bookshop!"
Alayna found the young lady very wonderful to listen to. Susan simply poured out her dreams and goals to her and Alayna listened patiently and with a smile on her face all the ti.
The books were almost done and Alayna was very happy about it. After seeing Susan, Alayna began to go back to her shop when she was stopped by the blacksmith.
Alayna ended up visiting the blacksmith shop for so talk. Although she couldn’t help the man with anything since she wasn’t interested in blacksmithing and knew nothing about this industry, she could only listen.
The man wanted so money and Alayna was very happy to lend him so. She returned to the shop, drafted a contract, and get the man to sign before giving him the money that he needed.
She didn’t know why he needed the money but she was happy to help, at the sa ti, she decided to check if there is anything that she can give the man, so designs that can make him create sothing new and unique.
By the ti she was done dealing with all of these people, a lot of ti has already passed. Alayna went to her upstairs house for so lunch. She had left so leftovers so there was no need for her to cook.
After lunch, she went to the living room to watch so series while she communicates with the children. The children were not online so Alayna was forced to do sothing else.
She couldn’t help but think of the girl she t the day she was doing a live stream last week, the person who made her stressed the whole week. She wondered how she was doing.
