Alayna finally was able to find the platform where rita signed her first book and when she read the book, she couldn’t help but tear up.

She just didn’t think that rita will write a child’s book of all genres out there but the story was simply too great she cried a few tis.

It is a story about a black rabbit that was born among white ones like the ugly duckling that was out of place when hatched from the egg.

As each chapter was 1,000 words long, rita had only written five chapters yet and the story has reached the part where the black rabbit was born and every other rabbit found it more different and unique.

To be honest she didn’t know what the future entails but she had a feeling that it was going to be a rollercoaster and she couldn’t wait to read more about the story.

Alayna went back to her preparation for the seminar and she didn’t slack off.

The registered cooperative groups ca in numbers to register for the seminar and the day before the seminar when they closed the registration process, thirty-five groups had registered and they ranged from three people to ten people per group.

With the exact number of people attending, the people responsible for the garden began to set everything the morning of the day of the seminar. As the seminar was going to be held in the morning at around ten, there was a lot of ti for them to prepare everything.

Alayna also picked this ti as she wanted everyone to eat at their hos before coming, she wasn’t providing any free food as this seminar was for free again.

She wasn’t even providing water from the shop as the garden has several taps where people can get water.

On this day, the supermarket was being tended by the second group of the employees she hired as the first group just happened to have created their own cooperative so they were attending, you can imagine the shock that

Alayna received when she saw that but she was happy with this developnt.

By ten in the morning, everyone was seated and they were all just waiting for Alayna to start. On this day, Alayna was using the projector as she was going to be writing a lot of things and drawing to make other people understand.

When she appeared, those gathered gave her applause and she smiled brightly at them. Alayna was wearing a white suit consisting of pants and a jacket.

To be honest dressing in robes and all complicated clothes was starting to get to her, since she was already using modern things and living like a modern person, what was stopping her from dressing the way she used to like?

This is the reason why before she went to bed, she bought a suit for herself and decided to let everyone die in shock after seeing her.

The shock was quite serious because for others who have not ventured far, to see soone wearing these strange clothes, not many could understand but Alayna wasn’t planning on letting anyone understand her at all.

She was protected and she was going to run loose, "thank you everyone for coming to this special seminar. You have left your jobs and families to just attend this and for that I am grateful and I promise you that you won’t regret coming this ti.

I wanted to talk more about cooperatives as I believe that many of us still don’t understand what is happening which is why I will elaborate further and also give you a list of projects that you can do as a group.

Being cooperative ans, you are cooperating together as a group and as a family if I can say that. You are all partners who are bringing sothing to the table to achieve one goal whatever goal it is.

A will bring capital, B will bring the labor, and so on. In so cases, all of you can just contribute capital and whatever you agreed upon but at the end of the day, you are still working towards achieving that one goal, which is mostly to make money," Alayna explained as she drew on the board to make things clearer for others.

"Before starting a cooperative, you need to sit down and discuss what you expect from each other. You need to make it very clear from the beginning so that you will avoid having misunderstandings in the future.

There are so many cases where partners will fight over profits and other things like that and we need to make sure that the sa problem will not happen. So, make sure that you all have written contracts as verbal ones are barely legal and not trustworthy.

I guess that you understand all this as I explained it before the last ti. Today I ca to talk more about the projects that you can do as groups. Sotis what we can do can be limited but as long as we receive so external help, all problems can be solved.

I have noticed that most of the cooperatives ford are for carpentry, embroidery, fishing, construction, hunting, and so on. This is why I am here to give you a list where you can find sothing more unique to do.

It’s not all about receiving short-term profits but we need to think about the long term as well.

There are so many villages around and what they don’t lack are land and rivers. Commoners and cultivators are different as cultivators can just live by cultivating and becoming warriors, mages, and so forth.

All they need is to fight so magic beasts and make so pills and they can earn a living. Another can work for another and the world will just go as normal.

Commoners if you don’t use your land wisely, you will die working for others which isn’t bad exactly but becoming slaves can be the last straw and I don’t want sothing like that to happen to any of you.

For so ti, I also lived as a commoner, farming and hunting with my godfather beca a norm and it is thanks that I managed to survive living by myself in this forest.

Anyway, we aren’t here to talk about but the projects, as I said, what we don’t lack is land which ans that we can have cooperatives that are related to farming.

Instead of just farming to pay taxes and fill our coffers to survive, you can do comrcial farming. What you farm can be sold to those that want it but to do that, you need to find what the market wants.

Rice, maize, wheat, vegetables, and many other things are in high demand and as long as you find the right channel, I believe that you can make it big and change your lives.

The rest you can think about it, I believe that most of us here know so much about farming so you don’t need too much explaining.

The second idea is livestock rearing, you can keep chickens, goats, and any other animals you can think of and sell them. I also believe that this is a normal thing in many villages as people sell their eggs usually for a living.

You can also do that to the livestock and see where you can go from there. The other one is carpentry and I have seen a lot of people are already involved in this which is not bad.

But what I want to talk about right now is that since so of the jobs we do are crowded with many it is recomnded that we have a competitive advantage over others.

Instead of making furniture that is ordinary in everyone’s eyes, you can make yours in a way that the whole world will know that this is a product of THE RISING PHOENIX.

Make your products unique or concentrate on one thing that you are good at, for example, you can just make beds, chairs, and desks or whatever you do best instead of wasting ti doing other irrelevant things.

For carpentry, there is sothing that we call sofas and it’s quite comfortable to sit on, please take a look at this," Alayna slowed down as the projector showed several sofas where wood could be seen.

[Ohhh, those chairs are quite good!]

[Are those sofas?]

[I also want sothing like this.]

[How can those be made?]

[…]

Alayna let them talk among themselves as the slide kept on showing several different sofas to the population. There was no need to hide this kind of information, she wanted people to live in comfort and was going to do her best in helping in that direction.

"For those that are interested and are in the carpentry industry, I shall post a notice soti in the future and continue with the topic.

There is also pottery, many of us here or back ho is good at playing with clay that they can make anything out of it, and is very beautiful. You can also start a business on that and make sure to just produce sothing of quality and you can earn money with it."
