Alayna never expected that soone will co and look for her for sothing like this. Alayna’s recent idea required a lot of money and though she was feeling more charitable it wasn’t nice to dish out the money by herself.
So, she looked at Madam Gibson with a friendly smile and said, "I can give you an idea but you need to pay for it. Can you, do it?"
Madam Gibson didn’t care about anything else, as long as she gets sothing she was willing to pay anything, "I will pay, just tell ."
"Co to the shop tomorrow and I will give you sothing. Just give 1 gold coin and you can pay it in five installnts starting from tomorrow and whatever you earn from that, everything will be yours," Alayna slowly spoke without any hint of shalessness on her face.
Madam Gibson didn’t expect that Alayna will charge her so much. She currently didn’t have that kind of money at the mont but since it was installnts, she can manage it; at the sa ti, she also hopes that the idea was worth the money.
"Okay, I will bring the money tomorrow and we can talk more," she sighed as she agreed, she was going to bleed much this ti.

The ladies spoke about other things on their way and Alayna was dropped at the T-junction that goes to her house and the shop. No one was allowed to go to her house so she walked on foot.
Madam Gibson couldn’t stop wondering what idea could cost such a lot of money and at the sa ti, she was thinking of where to get the rest of the money.

While Madam Gibson was busy thinking about the money, Alayna was holding her tablet and was currently on the trading platform looking for sothing that she can sell to Madam Gibson and earn that pot of gold.
After browsing for a while, she found sothing that she thought was very suitable and could benefit many people.
There was a recipe for a body cream and it can be manufactured by anyone as long as the person has money. She used a few points to buy the recipe and lanted her loss.
She was no traditional doctor before she transmigrated so she didn’t know any recipes that could make the world go around. She wrote the recipe down in a simple manner and hoped that in the future, she will be able to buy it.

She took out a drawing pad and a pencil and began to sketch the plan, as she was not a professional, it was a bit ssy but the professionals will be able to see what she wants to be done.
When Elena returned from wherever she was that day, she found Alayna done with cooking already and busy watching so romantic movie.
The next day they were back to work and the day was much busier than the other days. The queues were getting longer and so people only ca to register for the stokvel program.
Alayna decided that it was ti for her to find a bookkeeper to deal with this. When the shop was closed, Madam Gibson sat down with her and the two ladies began to discuss business inside the shop.
"I wrote down a recipe for making a special body cream here. As long as you follow the recipe, you will make it. You will make more money in the future and I believe you," Alayna said as she passed the paper where she wrote the recipe over to Madam Gibson.
Madam Gibson wasn’t expecting a body cream recipe but nevertheless, she was very excited. They weren’t many rchants capable of making their own body creams and if she really succeeds in making this, she will really beco a rich woman.
"Thank you, I will not forget you when the ti cos," Madam Gibson excitedly took the recipe and handed over one silver note.
Alayna picked it up and smiled happily, money was a good thing to have. The madam didn’t stay for long and left soon after that. Alayna returned back to her ho and spent so ti with Elena.
Days flew by very fast and on another off day, Alayna left for the council. She wanted to buy so land and going there was a must. When she arrived, she politely greeted the guards who returned the favor.
When she entered inside, the place didn’t have a lot of people so she was served quickly. The person who was in charge of selling land in the town t her and she was very surprised to see that it was a face that she recognized.
The man was one of her custors, he wasn’t a regular one but he was soone she could rember.
"I can’t believe that you are here in my office. It’s my great pleasure to serve you," the man excitedly spoke as he shook hands with Alayna.
"The pleasure is all mine, sir."
In this world, the strong were respected, although Alayna was a woman, she was a cultivator and considered a very strong one. So, for mortal human beings, it wasn’t wise for them to provoke cultivators as being killed was an easy thing to do.
"What can I help you with today?" the man nervously asked.
To be honest it wasn’t every day that one ets a woman who was this strong and also filled with wisdom. Working as a small official earned him so respect and he was able to feed his family and take care of them.

When he heard about the stokvel program he was a skeptic but when he heard his wife talking about how that other woman managed to buy this and that after receiving her share, she saw the value of it.
In the end, he sent all of his wives to join as the money when grouped together can bring sothing into the house.
So, he was very grateful to Alayna for everything that she was doing in society. Draak had beco a popular town and business was doing well. There was even an increase of people migrating to the town and all of this was all thanks to the lady sitting in front of him.
"I want to buy a huge piece of land; I want to build sothing. Is there any land available?" she hated beating around the bush so she asked directly.
The man wasn’t expecting this but he quickly cald down and answered, "yes, we have. Please wait a mont and let show you."
The man hurried to his feet and brought the map of the town. He began to explain to Alayna what the map ans and all that. After looking for a while she found a spot that she thought was good and pointed at it.
After that, she went to see the plot of land as she will be irresponsible if she just buys sothing without seeing it first.
The piece of land was perfect as it was big and could fit everything that she wanted. she also loved the trees as they can be used to construct the place at the sa ti.
"I will take it," satisfied with it, she agreed to take the piece of land.
They returned and signed the contract. Alayna spent 1 gold for the piece of land and it was worth it. After that, she left the council office and went to search for soone with connections, a certain inn’s manager.
After talking for a good ti with her, she was able to get the nas of a few respectable and trustable builders around. She decided to use them for this project.
As she was building a lot of things, she wanted a lot of teams and get the buildings done in a short period.
