Not everyone was lucky to find people who cared about them. The majority of marriages were simply based on mutual benefits and respect. Love was tossed out the window.
She t the person who changed her life just a few months before she was supposed to be sent to her groom’s house, a widowed man twice her age.
He was in a lot of pain and hurt. She couldn’t leave him alone, so she began nursing him back to health.
She received the beating of her life after sneaking into the mountain.
She was imprisoned, but her wounds didn’t bother her because all she could think about was the young man who still needed her assistance.
After being locked up for two days and nearly being sent to her alleged husband, he appeared like a knight in shining armor and asked her, "do you want to leave here with ?"
As soone who was dissatisfied with her life, there was nothing she desired in that location, so she agreed without hesitation, and this is how her life changed.
She learned a lot by following this young man, whom she called Master, over ti. Her master was a womanizer, a rogue, and a powerful man.
She gradually began to fall for him; at first, it bothered her that the person she loved flirted with every skirt he saw, but she eventually ca to accept it.
The girls ca and went, but she was the only one who stuck by him. She worked as a qualified maid and follower until one day when an evil girl drugged her master with an aphrodisiac.
It was also the day she witnessed her master rcilessly killing soone for the first ti, and before she could shake the fear that gripped her, she lost her chastity to him.
She beca one of her Master’s won from that day forward, and serving him was the best thing that ever happened to her.
She stayed by her master’s side for three years, during which ti she was blessed and conceived.
The ability to beco pregnant unexpectedly ca as a surprise. She was overjoyed to hear the news, but she was also worried that her master would force her to abort the child.
However, because good news always cos in pairs, he didn’t order her to abort it but instead made sure everything was fine and even introduced her to his family.
It was at this point that she t the legendary Alayna West, who had taken the world by storm. Lara had no idea her master’s foster mother was Alayna; it was simply incredible.
And Lara was the first woman Donald, Alayna’s fifth adoptive child, brought ho. She was also the first woman to give birth to Alayna’s first grandchild and grandson, whom Alayna nad Carn.
Because Donald travels a lot, Lara settled down in West Town, and her job was to raise Carn well with the help of the various nannies and caretakers that Alayna bestowed on her.
Although Donald didn’t have much ti to spend with her because he was so focused on his training, his brothers and sisters would always drop by to check on her and Carn.
Alayna was the busiest and also her role model. Lara wanted to be known for sothing other than being Donald’s servant, lover, and baby mama.
She wanted to contribute financially and do good in the community, so she enrolled in school and is still a student.
Her wish is to assist future girls in breaking free from the enslavent that they face under the guise of familial ties.
She desired for girls from remote areas, such as her previous village, to be like this kingdom, where girls pursued their own dreams while standing side by side with n and sharing their ideas.
Her greatest wish is to be seen as sothing other than a baby-making machine, dowry bringer, or field slave.
And she believes that if she continues to learn from those who have done it and succeeded, she will be able to do so one day. Alayna did it and demonstrated to the ladies that they can accomplish things that others would not believe possible.
Even if one is unable to beco a cultivator, one can strive in other areas, and she aspired to be like that.
She also fantasizes about her beloved son, Carn West, becoming soone others idolize not because of his na but because of the wonderful deeds he will perform.
And it was only a matter of ti before that happened, and hopefully, it will continue in that manner.
************
Carn being just one year and so months old, he was already clever for his young age. he started crawling very early and now he was walking like a pro.
Carn is a good talker and his childish charm always attracts even the elders to swarm at him. He is a very popular child in town and as a mother she is very proud of him.
The institution in West town has facilities such as the preschool to the college. So, infants like Carn can also attend school and be part of the preschool, and he was one of the young students in the nursery departnt.
And as the first grandchild of Alayna, everyone loves him and always spoils him; if it wasn’t for the strict personnel that attends him, Lara will be helpless.
Her life was pretty normal, every single morning both the mother and son will leave for school and when her studies are done, she will go and pick Carn from the nursery.
Just because there are nannies and the nursery to take care of her child, it didn’t an that she shouldn’t spend ti with him. There should always be that bond between mother and child, and nothing was going to stop her from getting that.
She didn’t want to be the sort of mother who will be blinded by the glitters that is surrounding her or the fa of the West family and forget about her own ambitions as well.
She was going to show the world that she can do it. She was going to try to follow into Alayna’s footsteps and beco a great woman and the best mother ever.
Her love for Donald was genuine, however she wasn’t going to be selfish and try to hold him down simply because she gave birth to his child. She was going to be there, rooting up for him and supporting him in whatever he does.
He has already given her the greatest gift and there is nothing more that she can ever ask for.
