"Everyone is at ease; the shop will be opened again today and the changes will benefit everyone. Just like before, I hope that everyone will cooperate and not cause any trouble!" Alayna kindly reminded everyone as she didn’t want any chaos now that the shop has been expanded.

Alayna smiled seeing how well-behaved most of the people were. As for those that held malicious thoughts, she didn’t care about them at all. She had nothing to fear and if anyone tries anything funny when she isn’t in the protected village, she will unleash all her beasts and let them suffer the consequences of bullying soone like her.
Alayna then instructed all the eight employees to follow her and with a wave of her hand, the fog vanished revealing the upgraded shop to everyone.
On this day, a certain group of people had joined in the fun. As the news of the wonderful and magical village spread throughout the kingdom, the royal family decided to go and check as well.
An idle prince was sent on this mission and he ca dressed as a noble young man and not as a prince. So, most people didn’t even know who he is and in such a remote place like this, no one will even know who he is.
His purpose wasn’t to cause trouble but investigate the place and if possible, find the people who were backing the village owner. Everyone didn’t think that Alayna was truly a superpower but they also knew that she couldn’t be underestimated.
So, when the idle prince saw the amazing building that appeared right in front of his eyes and recalled how small this building was before, he couldn’t help but shrink his eyes.

When the eight employees entered the shop and saw what it looked like, they were all shocked and wowed. Most of them have seen the old shop, so the huge difference could be seen imdiately.
Alayna gathered the eight of them and gave them the final instructions, "there are four tills that you will be using in the future, and during this ti, until you are used to this, you will work from eight in the morning to eight in the evening. After one week or two, you will start doing shifts and working fewer hours. So the sooner you get used to your job, the sooner you work less ti. Alayna only trusts what her eyes see now, especially after Nancy’s disappointing behavior.
Alayna assigned the employees to their tills and she went outside to officially welco the custors. The security guards were already doing their job properly and everyone was currently in order.
Everyone was amazed by the new shop and couldn’t stop praising Alayna and those behind her. Alayna took this opportunity to check on the cashiers and how they were doing.
They were getting used to it and there weren’t many mistakes.
With everything going so well, Alayna decided to deal with another issue, she has received visitors and it will be rude of her if she doesn’t et with them.
To her surprise, the one that wanted to see her was a prince and the young man wanted a collaboration with her. Dealing with royalty wasn’t a new thing for her, back in the Iwarim kingdom, she already has a partnership with the royal family.
So, she was completely at ease as she listened to what the young prince had to offer. In this world, the strong rules so she didn’t need to fear the royal family at all.
With such a backing she has, why should she worry about so family that can be replaced at any ti considering how greedy for power most huge clans were?
The idle prince was shocked when he saw how calm Alayna was, it was as if he wasn’t anything in her eyes but to sit down with soone and be treated fairly like this, he couldn’t help but warm up.
He was tired of having people fawn at him, bootlick him and treat him highly. He hated politics the most and this is why he decided to beco a freeloader and just enjoy life and this status of his made him the perfect envoy to send to Athalia village.
They talked about the village, cooperation, and so forth. Since a prince was in her house, Alayna didn’t mind laying out her cards for the young prince and after a long talk, the two reached an agreent.
The young prince ca prepared and Alayna was quite glad that the other didn’t try to make things difficult for her. Getting soone like that getting punished wasn’t sothing that she wanted to see.
big families have their own backings and it was better to beco acquaintances and not enemies.
The young prince on behalf of the royal family wanted her to supply so food items to the palace and since this concerns money and spirit stones, she gladly agreed. She wasn’t doing a charity and providing food items for free anyway.
Apart from that, the young prince also asked about opening another shop in the royal city but this is sothing that she can’t do on her own. With so many shops to operate, she didn’t have ti to open another one.
Besides she didn’t want to get involved with any royal family sches, staying far away from the city was her best choice, so she politely declined that request.
Another issue they talked about was about the residency issue, the young man was planning on enjoying more of this wonderful environnt so he wanted to register as a resident.
Alayna wouldn’t say no to a big shot like him, so she agreed. The young man also has a villa in mind, so she gladly accepted the rent money.
Alayna also talked about the most depressing issue that was making her headache, staff for the administrative and law enforcent block, the prince was happy to lend a hand.
This was only the beginning of it, in the following days, she received more people who wanted to beco villagers and she gladly registered them and issued them with their I. D’s.
Apart from receiving residents who were renting all sorts of houses, she also started receiving resus for professional posts like teachers, doctors, nurses, law enforcers, and so on.
These sectors were more sensitive so she was taking her ti to scrutinize and calmly investigate the candidates. She wasn’t worried about employing spies. She didn’t believe that they will sell her out once they experience the goodness of her village.
At the sa ti, she didn’t mind if they also sell her secrets. It’s not like they can completely replicate what is in her place and even if they manage, this will also benefit others and it was a good thing. So how can she be calculative about this?
While resus were pouring in, Alayna officially opened the post office and the third branch of PHOENIX Magazine. All the staff was now equipped and their heads were filled with the relevant information and knowledge regarding their jobs.
As for the employees she brought from Dark Forest, she sent them back. They still have families back there and as much as being leaders fascinates them, they still longed for Dark Forest.
In the end, Alayna decided to pick managers from the group of people who were currently dropping their resus or pick quick-witted people from the current employees.
She checked on the kids and all establishnts before returning to the village. Since she has not appointed soone to be the manager, she was the only person who can open and close the shop at the mont.
Alayna finally picked three quick-witted managers from the list of new candidates. The three had rich experience in the managerial departnt and they looked very professional.
After appointing these people and showing them the ropes and what was expected from them, she was finally at ease to leave the village to go on her escapades to do so things on her own.
And the first place she went to was Astrid since she had not been there for a while. It was quite a pity that so staff grew an ego of unimaginable size and she was forced to let go of these people.
She spent so ti there to employ more people who looked more loyal than the last ones and left them to the old ones for more training.
When she was done, she returned back to the village to continue with the recruitnt business and expansion of the village.
She was greatly looking forward to seeing a full village.
