These two recruitnt notices were enough to make noise in all nearby cities, especially among the employees in the entertainnt industry who never got a chance to climb the ladder.
People weren’t fools and could tell that Alayna was a bigshot and being associated with her would bring huge benefits.
Alayna had no idea about the noise she caused as several agencies started to get impatient while others were doing their very best to keep their employees in place.
She was currently busy talking with the owner of *** construction company, the sa company that built the second staff house back then.
As she wanted to get the building, she bought renovated so that she may open her post office, she needed the builders to do their job and at the sa ti follow the designs that she has.
Of course, she could seek the system’s help to renovate the building but she didn’t want to cause panic among the people, so letting the builders do their job was of greater importance.
The owner was very impressed again for the second ti when he saw the designs that Alayna brought with her. Because of the house that he built for her last ti, he made so money as he used that idea to build so houses and of course, he improvised at the sa ti.
"Can you, do it?" Alayna asked after explaining her designs for so ti.
The man looked at Alayna with idolizing eyes and nodded his head heavily, "just leave this to , I will not disappoint you."
He was very sure that he will do a good job, he didn’t want to lose this bigshot of a custor.
"Okay then, I will leave this to you."
Alayna paid the deposit and left after ensuring that the man will do his job perfectly.
After leaving the man, she was in no hurry to leave so she began to tour the town while she talked with the townsfolk people.
As the news of her recruitnt notices has spread, several people stopped her to kindly ask her about the requirents that will be needed and she explained patiently.
Not all people were learned and although life wasn’t fair, it didn’t hurt to give others a chance to seek a brighter future.
"Most of the posts that I create, not everyone will have adequate experience or knowledge of them. which is why anyone who thinks he/she can do it, is eligible to co and try his/her luck."
[If it’s like this then we will co and try.]
[Yes, that is true.]
[I hope that I can learn sothing too.]
Because she was currently in the middle of recruiting more people, this also ans that for the next magazine to be published the following month, she had to do it herself once more.
So instead of checking the shops or her village, she began to busy herself once more. Looking for content that was helpful for society.
This ant that Alayna who had not traveled much in a long ti, found herself driving to nearby villages and interesting places to gather so information for the next magazine.
Ti quickly flew, and Sunday finally arrived and it was the day when Alayna was going to be holding interviews for the respective positions she ntioned earlier.
She was very shocked by the huge crowd that ca to try their luck, she just couldn’t send them away, so she braced herself to see them but as fast as she can.
So instead of a one-to-one interview, she practically had twenty people sent in at once. And all of them were asked the sa questions that determined their fate.
With their resus in hand, all she needed to do was either put a tick or a cross to determine if the person will qualify for the next round.
It was a tiring day, she rested throughout the day for a water break or a light al. At the end of the day, she failed to interview all of them but still managed to find around one hundred that she was satisfied with.
The interviews resud the following day and luckily it was just for half a day and she got around twenty people, making them one hundred and twenty candidates.
Alayna needed a lot of them employees but at the sa ti, she was soone who favors quality over quantity. So, she had to carefully pick only the best among the candidates.
For the magazine, she decided to hire around ten reporters, writers were very scarce but luckily, she found around three of them during the process, photographers, she was going to pick a few from the old ones and train around five more to fill in the gaps.
As for editors, those were tricky which is why she was going to train one or hire one when she finds one and do most of the job herself or seek rita if the workload is high.
As for assistants, these were many and there was no need for her to trouble herself.
Among the one hundred and twenty candidates, only around thirty people at the mont can be hired. The rest has potential and can be hired and be placed in other areas as well.
She didn’t host the second round of interviews for the magazines and concentrated on the post office one.
For this one, she needed cultivators strictly, especially for the postn, mortal beings didn’t have what it takes to travel long distances to post letters in just a short ti.
As for the administrative positions, it was open to everyone as well. This one went very smoothly and she didn’t even flatter the rest of the people that ca late and closed the interviews on the sa day.
For the post office, she needed at least ten postn for the mont, and the other posts didn’t need a lot of people but in the end, she still picked around thirty again.
Everyone was quite anxious, especially when waiting for the news of who was out and who was going for the second round of interviews.
Alayna didn’t let them wait for long and posted those that qualified on the notice board as well as the date for the next interview which was also the last.
The magazines were officially sold out and people were still looking for more, seeing that the demand was high and it was also going to take a while before the second edition cos out, she decided to print more copies again.
At the sa ti, the renovations of the post office building were going perfectly and Alayna bought another building again. Sohow, she had forgotten that the magazine needed its own office which was an error on her part.
The second round of interviews finally arrived and everyone was very anxious but when Alayna said these words, they all relaxed, "each one of you here today is eligible for a post in one of my establishnts. You have the potential, so keep it up!"
At the end of the day, sixty people were chosen and one hundred didn’t manage to get the jobs, they were quite sad but when they rembered what Alayna told them they all cheered up.
"As I said before, all of you are eligible for a position in my establishnts, which is why in the future when I am done with all of this, you will be the first ones to be called in if there is an opening. So, keep an eye on the noticeboard or magazine."
It was quite tiring to keep on hiring people like this, in the future she was going to have her own human resource departnt that will be in charge of such tiring things. Maybe she should start exploring big cities and see if she can successfully poach soone there.
That idea was quite refreshing and she was looking forward to the adventures waiting for her ahead.
Looking at the sixty people that had passed the final round, she wore a faint smile and looked at them with firm eyes.
"Don’t be complacent simply because you have passed this round. You shall all go under training and those that pass will stay and those that can’t keep up will be replaced. I don’t keep lazy people around!"
"I will be holding several training sessions and attend at least two so that you may have choices in the future. This month, you shall all be interning and there will be no remuneration for you. You will ...…"
