"Aargh!" Jane woke up having her fever subside but the headache was still there. She dazed for a minute before realizing she was in a strange room.

’Huh?’ She looked around and the place carried a touch of masculinity. A man’s house!

She imdiately lifted the comforter to check on her clothes and realized everything was intact. "Phew! Thank Heavens. I should leave this place imdiately."

She did not know who her saviour was but she knew better than to sit relaxed in a man’s house.

Before her feet could touch the ground, the door was opened and a deep but gentle voice was heard,

"It is good you are awake and you might want to put your feet back in bed. You are not fit to start walking around aimlessly."

Liam ca in with a tray of food, having the foods recomnded by Dr Su.

Jane was startled before looking up. "Mr Yang? How.. "

She did not finish her sentence when Liam cut her off.

"We will talk about what happened after you have a al. Put your feet back in bed."

He told her as he positioned the tray on the bedside table.

Jane found herself obeying his orders but before she could even speak, a sweet aroma assaulted her nose making her stomach grumble loudly.

Her face turned a few shades bright, making Liam chuckle lightly.

On tray sat a bowl of congee. There was also another bowl of sweet slling instant noodles. On the left sat another bowl of lamb chops, served with Lemon potatoes and stead kale. On the furthest side of the tray sat a glass of what seed like beetroot juice and a bottle of water.

"Wow! This slls so divine! Is this all for ?" She asked her eyes completely lit up.

Liam felt so good seeing her reaction. He had to get up early in the morning to prepare it for her and seeing her reaction, this alone was enough to make his day.

He nodded his head and Jane imdiately dug in. She did not need to wait for an invitation. She is not the type to shy before food.

She finished her bowl of congee within minutes and rushed for the lamb chops which are apparently her favourite!

"Mmmh! This tastes so good! Who made this? " She asked as she slowly felt how the ingredients blended so well.

"I had to wake up to make it for you, I don’t trust delivery." Liam finally spoke making the girl co to a sudden stop, her eyes widening in shock.

"You made this? Wow! You are the kind of n won like need. You can make money, you are handso and can cook!, Your future wife will be so lucky!"

She still replied with the sa excitent in her voice. Right now she did not care about her nobility, all she cared is how she was going to finish the food before her.

She had skipped lunch the day before and blacked out in the evening. Of course she has to be super hungry.

Liam on the other hand was smiling widely listen to her words.

’She praised ! She praised !’ His inner self was in the ninth cloud and he found himself speaking what he did not intend to say loudly, "If you like my cooking skills then give the honour to feed you for the rest of your life.. "

Jane was startled hearing so mumbling, "You said sothing Mr Yang?"

"Huh? Nothing at all just so few thoughts."

Liam imdiately replied, afraid that she might have heard him and lash out on him.

After the amazing al Jane laid back on the bed satisfied but suddenly rembered this was not her house.

"Right, thank you for the care Mr Yang, I have to rush to the company." She said as she picked up her blazer and jewelry.

"Get back to bed this instant Jane Lu!" Liam said in a cold and intimidating voice that even scared Jane a little. She quietly sat back wondering why he was doing that and why she was even following his orders.

"You do not take care of your health, you are stressed up, you lack sleep and you lack enough blood in your body and you are telling about going to the company?? You scared yesterday that I had to call a doctor over. In fact, you are not supposed to leave that bed for the next two days."

Liam stared at her, giving her a serious look as he spoke.
