Nancy spoke as she checked out her long nails.
"Make sure everything goes well Nancy. Being in-laws with the Yangs will an everything to us my daughter." The man on the other side of the phone replied as he chuckled lightly imagining life being in laws with the Yangs.
The pair did not know that their actions on that specific day will open doors to different situations no one ever expected.
In the Chen mansion, Mother Chen was reading a book when the butler told her that Anna Lu was there to visit her. She rolled her eyes but instructed him to let her in.
"How are you auntie? I promised you to get rid of the negative news and I did it. My fans are even praising !" Anna said as she bowed down to her.
Mother Chen’s eyes imdiately lit up as she stared at Anna, signaling her to continue.
"I got rid of them auntie and soon, you will realize that I deserve to be your daughter-in-law." She said happily, earning a pat from mother Chen.
"Good good! I can now happily attend those upper class parties without feeling ashad!"
The woman said wearing a smile on her face.
Anna on the other hand gritted her teeth in annoyance, ’So she only cares about herself, I thought she cares about her son! Tsk.. such a shaless woman!’
She was wearing a smile on the outside but had mocking expressions in the inside as she stared at Mother Chen but she never expected the sa to be for mother Chen.
’Humph! After losing that wretched girl as a potential daughter-in-law, I am stuck with soone who has to be even reminded to clean after her own ss! What a joke! Anyway, I can always use her and throw her aside.’ Mother Chen’s mind had the sa negative thoughts about Anna but both of them were smiling on the outside, ’genuinely.’
No one knew what the two won were planning against each other but whatever it was, they were out to ruin each other.
"Auntie, I just ca to check on you and also to thank you for giving a chance with Edward, as I said earlier, I will prove my worth to you." She said as she left the Chen mansion.
In a remote area, the southern part of Country X stood what seed like an abandoned building. The sa could not be said for the interior of the building. It was filled with luxurious items and the interior design could easily attract one’s attention.
The building is designed to look old and abandoned on the outside but the interior scread riches.
On one of the chairs sat a man who seed to be around 40 years and gave off so gangstar vibes. He had a cigar in his mouth and the surrounding had smoke from his cigar.
Opposite him sat yet another man who stared at him intently as he seed to be waiting for an answer.

"According to the information provided, each of them had a hand and I must make them pay! I lost her, I lost everything damn it!! But I tell you Rick, it is not yet ti but once it is.... Hahaha...."
The man who was calmly smoking stool up and started destroying so items, laughing like a maniac.
Rick looked at him and shook his head, "This is going to be tough." He silently said to himself, still looking at his friend.
