"Baby. How are you feeling, my love?"
Liam gently questioned his woman as she had beco sick just after their wedding night and he couldn’t help but worry because she was in her early stage of pregnancy and therefore he had to rush her to the hospital on the morning after their wedding.
"Doctor.... So painful."
Anyone that looked at her at that mont could mistake her for soone who is supposed to give birth, except that her tummy is not that big enough. But the kind of pain she felt was the kind of pain that was just so so, so bad.
"Doctor, how is my wife?"
"You... Mr. Yang. Did you two sleep together yesterday? Or of late?"
The doctor imdiately corrected himself, but he stated the yesterday because he knew it was their wedding night and therefore in his mind he had stuck with the yesterday one but just had to add of late in case he offended the couple.
"Umm, yes Doctor, we did."
"It looks like you went into it a little bit more than you should and therefore that is what caused your wife to start feeling so discomfort rather."
"Oh....I am sorry my love."
Liam wore an apologetic look as he looked at his wife, apologizing with his eyes and mouth as his hands gently massaged her as the guilt imdiately sipped in, because at that mont, he had forgotten that they had a life that they should be taking care of, and therefore, both of them went into it like nobody’s business.
"But it is okay Mr. Yang. Uh, we are going to give her so injections and of course so dicines that are going to help her. But uh, you should be careful, at least at the mont. You shouldn’t touch her for a couple of months until the pregnancy stabilizes."
The normal, stubborn Liam was nowhere to be seen at this mont as the man nodded his head dutifully, listening to each and every word that Doctor was saying, and Jane on the other hand had just ended up blacking out due to the injection that she was given, and Liam could see the look of relief on her face after she imdiately went into a deep sleep making his guilt grow.
"Thank you, Doctor."
Liam thanked the doctor as he decided to stay beside her for a little more until she woke up when he was going to take her back to their house, or rather to his parents house.
"My love, I’m so sorry. I forgot. But can you bla ? Do you know how sweet you are?"
"Liam! Can you ever be serious, even for a mont?"
Jane, who had just woken up, got to hear the statent coming out of her husband’s mouth and she couldn’t help but want to knock him senseless because this man could never be serious. She is sure even in a life death situation he was going to crack an inappropriate joke anyti, anywhere.
The couple was about to converse on sothing else when the TV in their room imdiately changed what it was displaying and only then did they realize that the content was their wedding.
The wedding was still sweeping social dia all over as everything about their wedding was just so extravagant. And of course, the fact that the bride could be noted on several occasions not taking wine had imdiately brought in so questions as the public was contemplating on whether they should speak their hearts out or withhold their thoughts. But of course, so of them went out with all of it as they were 100% sure that she is pregnant.
Well, they also congratulated Liam because they felt like his actions had set a new bar and new standards, especially for those who had money to afford each and everything that was in their wedding.
"Look, baby, I told you I was going to take you to another level, I told you I was going to make you the talk of the country, the talk of the world. Look at them now, talking about our wedding as if it’s a very serious piece of news. Well, it is. I an, why not?"
"Yes, you did, and I’m thankful to my husband."
"Oh, can you say that again?"
"Yes, you did."
"No, no, that last bit."
"And I’m thankful to my husband...?"
"Baby there is a way you pronounce the word husband that makes want to pounce on you right at this mont. But the mont I rember the doctor’s words every single feeling is distinguished!"
"As it should be, failure to which you are going to imdiately throw on the bed and tear apart, acting as if this is the first ti that I am knowing you in bed."
"Haha! Baby are you praising ?"
"Aheem...Mr and Mrs Yang....."
A cough interrupted the couple and the mont they turned towards the door, Jane’s face beca beetroot red when she realized that it was on not only a doctor Who was standing there, but he was accompanied by two nurses whose faces were equally read because apparently they got to hear eating everything that they were talking about.
As usual, the shaless Liam did not have any look on his face as he just studied the doctor up and down as the nurses did their work and after the two had been cleared, Liam did not even bother about her walking as he imdiately carried her bright style towards their car and imdiately they got there, he ignited the car as he took them back ho.
"Uh-huh. Why are you back this early?"
"Mom, her stomach hurts a bit."
Liam did not go into detail about the whole situation as he just stated that it was a normal ache because he knows if he were to go into detail then maybe he was going to be disowned as a mber of the yang family.
"Oh, how are feeling now daughter? Is it still appropriate for you to go on a honeymoon?"
"I am feeling better mom. Thank you for asking."
"Well, we can just go in a place within the country, one that is not so far because I don’t want to cause any discomfort to our little fairy and of course, my beautiful wife."
The mont Liam spouted this, Mrs. Yang imdiately rushed for her tablet as she started looking at the best honeymoon places around them because they had initially booked a honeymoon outside the country, but of course, due to the situation with the pregnancy and for her safety, they were unable to leave for their honeymoon and therefore had to cancel and compensate the hotel in advance.
"And I think, I think this place works. Hmm. Oh, this one. Also, it’s a good temperature for a pregnant lady. Hmm..."
"Ah! there is also this. What do you think?"
By now Jane had closed her eyes in the na of being tired because she knew how energetic her mother-in-law could be, leaving everything to Liam as the man just looked at his excited mother and did not want to distinguish her excitent as he took the tablet and carefully looked at them, and when he looked at Jane, she just nodded at him, a silent conversation, telling him that whatever he picks then she is okay with it.
His heart ward looking at how his woman trusted him and he couldn’t help but peck her forehead before responding to his mother.
"Then I’m going to pick this."
What they ended up picking is one of the best tourist attraction sites in the country.
Country X is known for its various wildlife tourist attractions and therefore the couple decided that for their honeymoon they were going to go sowhere wildlife based and they were going to be in the middle of the jungle. Together with the wild animals. That’s where they were going to stay. Away from all drama, away from people and surrounded by animals.
Imdiately, Mother Yang called for the chopper as she was determined to throw these two out of the house, making the rest of the people look at Liam and Jane with weird looks as if asking them what they did wrong to this woman.
"We will head tomorrow mom. My stomach..."
"Oh that’s right my dear. Forgive mom! And this stinky son for not reminding !"
Liam "..."
"Well, they sure are beautiful."
Jane spoke to her husband as she leaned on him as they were watching the Savannah from their house, and they couldn’t help but marvel at how beautiful the wild is, even though the animals were not restrained, they still had had their own beauty.
"Indeed, no one can compare to your beauty."
"Liam, we’re focusing on the animals."
"My love, you should know that you cannot stop the eye from looking at what attracts it. You attract , you make feel happy, and therefore, I will look at you. You will look at what you want to look at, but you cannot change the fact that my line of sight will remain on you."
"Oh, of course, Mr. Sweet talker."
Liam burst out laughing as he wrapped his hands around her, taking a couple more selfies as they continuously looked at the wild animals from their high position and once they spotted a leopard, Jane couldn’t help but look at Liam with a look that carried a lot of questions.
"Doesn’t that thing climb high?"
"What if it climbs? Yeah, look at the way it is looking at us. No, it is looking at you. It knows its food."
Jane couldn’t help but laugh because indeed, the way the leopard was looking at Liam was as if it is looking at a prey that seed so far, but so near at the sa ti.
"They can’t climb here specifically. There’s a reason as to why the people were brave enough to build this here and of course, there is a reason as to why this place is mostly accessed by the rich. Do you think they would risk the lives of people who have money? People who are able to sue them just for animals?"
