Mother Lu seed to be completely lost because according to her, whoever had been plotting this had taken their ti to do everything perfectly, to a point of even having plastic surgery that clearly resembled her.
The pair of mother and daughter was starting to worry the rest of the people in the room because they could see one was in a stupor, seriously thinking, while the others seed to be going into labor anyti soon due to complete stress and panic.
"Liam... Liam...I don’t feel. I don’t feel goo..."
Jane’s voice turned incoherent towards the end, beca extrely soft, and that is when everyone in the room realized that she had just fainted, at the sa ti going into labor.
The doctor in Ryan was imdiately alard as he started ringing the bell to call in so nurses so that his sister could be taken into the labor room imdiately. It was not a glorious or good thing for a mother in labor to suddenly faint because who was going to push their babies out, but again, they opted to perform a CS on her because they could not revive her from a her unconscious state.
The happy atmosphere that had been created with the coming of the three babies was imdiately shattered with the situation that had just occurred in Jane, Liam looking so confused and equally panicked because his woman was about to give birth but had equally fainted and according to what the nurses and the doctors were saying, they could not revive her because it felt like her own consciousness was fighting against her own decision to wake up. In short, it was up to her to wake up.
"It’s Okay, I concent."
Liam finally signed the form that he was given to consent the cesarean birth, but he couldn’t help but feel so broken and feel so down looking at the woman who was clearly in high spirits because she wanted to see and she wanted to feel the process of giving birth only for her to be unconscious when her babies were coming into this world, and only for her to have been perford as a caeserian birth on.
"Take heart Liam, brother take heart."
They all comforted Liam as his mother was by his side 24/7, holding his hands, ruffling his hair, doing little things that would make the man’s nerves calm down because she could understand the panic, the pain and what he was feeling seeing his one and only woman lying unconscious, not even... like she won’t even be able to hear the first cry of her babies. Poor thing!
If not for the fact that he respected the process that was happening inside that room and that he wanted to see his wife imdiately after the process was done, then Liam could have already left the hospital and rushed to his base because he really wanted to co to the bottom of everything.
"Why do I feel so uneasy? Like sothing is happening or sothing is about to happen."
The quiet Grandma Lu imdiately spoke, and the rest could even see her hands shaking and this is an act that they could absolutely not ignore, because sowhere, deep down, they could equally sll the atmosphere of sothing that shouldn’t be around, more like a storm that was slowly approaching, a storm that was ant to put them down.

Liam ruffled his head up in anger as he just couldn’t have a calm and still mont because he felt like sothing was about to happen to either him, his wife, or their children. But of course he believed that they were going to be all right. But again, ignoring instinct was sothing that he does not do, and neither does he indulge in it. Instead, he takes each and every word and each and every feeling that he has seriously.
"No problem. There are guards everywhere inside the room. The personal guards of the lu family, the yang family, they’re all there, so at least we know that they are keeping a very strong eye on everything that is happening inside there."
Father Yang’s words imdiately made the crowd calm down a little bit, because indeed they had their eyes everywhere and if there was a small slip up then they would be able to perfectly detect it.
Despite the fact that he had just beco a father, Ryan chose to go into the operating room to stand by his sister, even if he was not going to be part of the team that was going to perform the operation on her, but at least he was going to be part of the team. They knew they had to extract the babies imdiately due to the dangers that were coming from the mother, and they wouldn’t risk losing both of them or one of them. Instead, they decided to save all of them, both the mother and the children.
The whole process was done so quick and for the first ti the uncle was the one who was able to see the children before even the father and the mother, sothing that Ryan felt guilty of but these were his beautiful nephews.
Yes, Jane was carrying a pair of twin boys, one that made Ryan imdiately water up because they highly resembled Liam, but he could tell there is an underlying gene belonging to his sister sowhere.
The rest outside couldn’t help but imdiately stand the mont they heard two simultaneous cries and Liam imdiately went on his knees because his children ca out safe. He still didn’t know whether they were a pair of boys or a pair of girls, or even maybe a boy and a girl, but still, he was grateful that they ca out alive. It is now ti to check out on the mother, according to him.
As the doctors were sewing up her body and putting back everything in place, one of the nurses imdiately left the room as she spoke to the family and told them that the delivery was successful and that the patient was just sleeping, indicating that she was heading to pick sothing as instructed by a doctor.
The rest of the family just nodded thankfully, and Liam looked relieved until one of the shadow guards imdiately ran outside, looking so distressed and looking so uncalm.
The family was imdiately alerted on seeing a shadow guard rush outside, while this guard did not even bother with them, but instead ran after the nurse, pulling her by her hair and dragging her back to where the room was.
"Speak up! What did you inject on Mrs. Yang?"
"I have my rights! Why are you manhandling ? Let go.!!"
This action imdiately put everyone in an extre alert mode and the mont they heard injected and Mrs Yang in the sa statent, Liam felt as if soone shot him directly on his head and that he was just about to leave this world because what did they an by inject?
"You better speak up before I call them out and seal your whole family off in the next 5-4. 3. 2..."
"Fine, fine, I’ll speak. I don’t know. I was paid by a woman who told she is her mother and that I should just inject it into her. That’s it."
The rest heard a cup falling onto the ground and shattering, spilling all over the liquid that was in it, making them turn their attention to Mother Lu only to find the woman shaking uncontrollably as she pointed at the nurse.
The nurse looked at madam Lu as if she was trying to understand sothing, only to finally realize that the woman who gave her the drug and the woman before her had the sa face, but at the sa ti they looked so different.
"What is the antidote? Give the antidote imdiately!!"
One could see Mother Lu shaking in fear, in anger and in nervousness, while Liam stood still to the ground, tears streaming down his eyes, his face red from anger, and the rest of the family shocked to a point that they couldn’t even speak.
"I don’t have it. I was just given the drug. Simple, and money. Look, just release I’m not of any help..."
The nurse didn’t finish when sothing poked her neck, imdiately killing her on the spot and because the area was sealed, no one was able to witness this action but the shadow guard was equally so disappointed in himself and his brothers because they let their boss get poisoned right before their eyes and they felt like they deserved death at this point.
Inside the room, the doctors had equally spotted that sothing was not right with Jane’s body as the machine was jamming up, the signals going up and down in a very chaotic manner, imdiately alerting each one of them as they tried detecting what was wrong with Jane’s body, only for everything to go flat, scaring the heck out of Ryan.
"No. No! You’ve got to be kidding !!"
"Step aside. Step aside!"
Ryan imdiately pushed all the doctors aside as he tried looking at the machines, tried finding his sister’s pulse, only to equally see that their heartbeat machine lay on a flat level, indicating that they had just lost her life.
"Jane? Sis? Look, you’re hearing ... You’re hearing ? No, it’s not your ti. Look at you. You’ve just you...You have two beautiful boys. Your husband is out there. Your family. Jane! Please...Please, baby girl, just show us the signs that you still around..."
Ryan constantly patted her cheeks in distress as if asking for a sign from her and as if Heavens was on their side, there seed to be a little response on the side of the machine as they imdiately detected a very, very weak heartbeat making all the doctors in their rooms sigh in relief, but not enough to actually put them at ease.
