The whole lobby was in an uproar as they watched the prestigious madam Chen murder her own grandchild.

There was alot of commotion as so tried figuring out what exactly was happening, so making sure they captured enough accurate videos and pictures and so throwing shade at the Chen’s, Anna’s cheating scandal long forgotten.

If only he knew it he would have imdiately tried to call the ambulance instead of defending his mother as this was going to paint his image pitch black as a rciless father who defended his murderer mother instead of worrying about the baby.
Anna didn’t have ti to reply him as she suddenly collapsed, just as the ambulance arrived. Imdiately after the ambulance left, reporters and paparazzi imdiately took their leave since they had hot tea for the neitizens but not before throwing disgusting looks at the mother son pair whilst calling them nas.
"Mom.. relax let’s head to the office as I find a way to deal with this issue." Edward tried convincing his mother but the woman refused moving an inch because of the panic that hit her.

The woman in question frantically shouted at her son making the remaining people around the lobby throw dirty looks at her, this ti harsher than before. The woman didn’t seem concerned about her grand child but her reputation!! Of course they were disgusted at such a vile creature. Edward tried dispersing the remaining reporters while dragging his mother and calling the PR team at the sa ti. The man felt like he had aged twenty tis faster.
In barely twenty minutes, fresh articles splashed the internet about the incident, alongside videos, imdiately replacing the cheating scandal.

It didn’t matter how bad Anna is but even she deserved being a mother according to the neitizens who had officially chosen to back up Anna against the whole Chen family. In just a matter of minutes #BOYCOTT CHEN ENTERPRISE! once again dominated the top searches as the neitizens didn’t seem to be bluffing because the stocks indeed started dropping at an alarming speed, afterall no one wanted to be associated with a murderer.
In his office, Edward had resigned to his fate as there was nothing he could do at the mont apart from watching his company sink. His parents didn’t have any energy to speak further but one could sll the lingering sll of fear surrounding the three.
It didn’t take long for Anna to wake up and imdiately the girl regained consciousness, she asked her assistant to set up a live stream. While her assistant was preparing for the live stream, she looked down at her flat stomach and was hit with a wave of different emotions. From hatred to pain to sadness to anger, to so little happiness. Yes.. Happiness. After analyzing matters she felt that this miscarriage was for the best as it has just given her a leverage over the Chen and the public.
Imdiately the live stream was properly set up, Anna presented herself as being very weak and extrely heartbroken garnering the pity of the neitizens.
"Hello everyone. Today had been a sad day for and probably for my in laws but I believe all is going to be well." She took a dramatic pause before she proceeded. "In regards to losing my baby through an accident, I have decided not to press any charges against my mother in law but instead embrace her since it was an accident.."
She proceeded to thank her fans for the support, her seemingly ’generous’ nature towards her mother in law fooled the citizens but her heart was complety full of happiness and glee at the mont! She decided to use her miscarriage to get whatever she wants and especially being Mrs Chen. Her live stream received alot of support and sympathy from the neitizens as mother Chen’s reputation improved just a little bit but as for Edward, he was still being shunned off as a careless, irresponsible and not deserving dad.
As Edward watched the live stream he couldn’t help but frown on seeing the insults directed towards him but to him, at least the company’s shares stopped dropping and his mother’s reputation has a chance of being recovered. He sighed as he rubbed his temple, imdiately convincing his parents to
visit Anna and boost their reputation a bit. The Chen parents couldn’t say no as the guilt of killing a foetus was so heavy.
"I am so sorry Anna.." These were the very first words Mother Chen said to Anna imdiately she stepped into her hospital room. Anna looked at the people before her and as she looked at Edward, her mind imdiately went to Jane.
She couldn’t help but grit her teeth when she realized all this was causes by Jane. In all the bla ga, she forgot about how it was her idea to kidnap Jane, how no one forced her to go to the bar and everything that happened. The bla was imdiately pinned on an innocent Jane .
’Jane... Jane... Jane... next ti I promise to hit harder with absolute zero rcy and 100% brutality.’ Anna silently promised herself, still observing The Chens. Mother Chen had to cough a little to break the little ’bubble’ and bring back her attention.
