Without anyone’s knowledge, a month quickly went by with Ian still away for the mission as the rest of the country had not recovered from the news of Mary and Ian’s sudden marriage.
Because she was now the wife of the major general, Mary couldn’t continue working as a receptionist and she therefore had to resign. In the Xi mansion, things were not good as father Xi and Derick were busy planning on how to regain their position. "Cynthia, I forbid you from being Anna’s lacky from today onwards, that girl isn’t useful anymore and you therefore have to befriend both Rose and that Lisa girl."
Derick spoke and the girl imdiately nodded since she knew better that to joke around because their family was sinking and if the don’t save it soon, they were going to live being sorry.
Cynthia stood up and grabbed her purse as she headed for the JL entertainnt. She got to the company’s parking lot where she ca across Anna who seed to be flexing her pregnancy. Cynthia wanted to go past her when Anna stopped her. "Hey Cynthia. I have a task for you." Cynthia gave her a disgusting look but being Anna, she is always too dumb to notice things. "This bitch..She only thinks about herself.." Cynthia inwardly cursed as she fixed herself and wore a fake smile.
"I am sorry Anna, I am busy." she gave back a simple reply and was about to leave but her answer unfortunately didn’t sit well with Anna who stopped the girl right on her tracks. "Hey hey hey hold it right there Cynthia. You have always done everything for no matter how busy you are. What changed?"
Cythia was now getting pissed with the girl’s ranting as they were in public and everyone who was passing by could tell that Anna was telling her, a celebrity off. "Quit telling what to do! Let be Anna Lu!" The girl couldn’t take it anymore and shouted attracting more attention.
Anna was taken aback since this beca the first ti Cynthia was actually shouting at her! "Did you just shout at ? The girl asked to confirm whether she was really dreaming or did Cynthia just shout at her. "Yes Anna I shouted at you, just stay away from with your many stupid orders!" Cynthia did not waste any second and proceeded to leave without waiting for Anna’s response when they both heard screams and praises prompting everyone to follow the direction of the screams.
Heading towards their direction were both Lisa and Rose and from the sides, so fans had been camping to get so autographs, sothing both Lisa and Rose couldn’t deny their fans. On seeing Lisa, Cynthia’s eyes glowed greedily as she rushed towards their direction.
"Miss Lisa! I am so glad you are back and maybe I can get to learn a few tips on how to beco a great actress! Just like you!" Her statent made the fans get quiet as they all stared at her and back to their idol waiting to hear her response.
Cynthia did not know that deep down Lisa wore a disgusted look but didn’t want to show it to her fans and instead chose to be polite. "What is your na young girl?" She asked surprising Cynthia who thought everyone knew her but she responded regardless.
"Cynthia miss." She replied but was burning deep down when she heard giggles from Anna. "Well Cynthia, I am glad you want to learn more, keep up with the good spirit." Lisa said as she patted her head lightly surprising everyone except Rose who knew exactly what she was up to.
Cynthia couldn’t believe her luck that her eyes were shining with ambition and greed. ’I never thought it would be this easy!’ She inwardly said as both Lisa and Rose went past her.
Anna couldn’t just believe what was happening but she was afraid to approach them because of Lisa and she therefore had to leave but not without giving Cynthia alot of glares.
The girl was unaware that her little action had been spotted by fans who had imdiately started a rumour that she was jealous of Cynthia being recognized by both Rose and Lisa. So even started uploading the video from earlier and together with their words, within minutes, many people on the internet actually started believing that Anna was indeed jealous of Cynthia.
"You know that girl is approaching you with reasons right?" Rose asked Lisa the mont the two settled in the car and the girl only replied back with a smirk, an evil one to be exact prompting Rose to give her that ’Spill it’ look. "You see Rose, I know those two are not in good terms right now but I am too busy to fight Anna right now and that is where this girl cos in." Lisa completed her statent earning a laughter from Rose.
"If by busy you an flirting and spending ti with Mark Mu, then I understand.. hehe." Rose finished her statent only to see the girl’s cheeks turning pink but before she could speak further, Lisa shouted at her making her surrender. "Hold it right there Rose Lu, one more word and I will make your relationship the talk of the elders until you two get babies!"
Rose imdiately shut up and focused on the road as Lisa laughed at her because she knew she got her.
