After he positioned himself at the edge of the city, he created several large wolves to stand around the city to form a city wall. This arrangent was to make sure that the position of the golden divine being relative to him and the wolves would be constant, no matter where the divine being appears.

Just as he turned his head to look at the source of the crashing sound, he had already projected the power of devouring from his Cave Heaven towards the direction of the sound. All of the vessels of Fenrir down below were also doing the sa thing.

So the black blanket had reached the golden divine being and covered them just as his eyes fell on the golden body. As soon as his eyes fell on the golden divine being, he saw their Cave Heaven appear to resist the black blanket. He imdiately marked the Cave Heaven.

He was delighted when his mark actually landed on the Cave Heaven. But he didn’t let this distract him from doing what he planned. He didn’t waste any ti before he executed both of his solutions simultaneously.

On the other side, the golden divine being hadn’t even stepped out of the tear in space when he was attacked. He was only halfway out when he saw a black force surging towards him, so he didn’t hesitate to step back and escape.

Now that this force has bound him, if he is to escape, he has to fight his way out. But before he could make a move, his mind slowed down.

He had the Insight Stat, so he knew what was happening to himself. He could tell that a powerful ntal power had invaded his Cave Heaven, entered the core of the Cave Heaven, and was freezing his Life Fire.

He could resist this ntal power, of course. But it will cost him so lifespan to do so.

With how precarious his situation was, he didn’t think twice about resisting this ntal power. He didn’t hesitate at all to consu so lifespan to resist.

Unfortunately for him, just as he was resisting the ntal power, sothing latched onto his Life Fire and was extracting his lifespan. Whatever was extracting his lifespan was also doing so at the rate of 1 year of lifespan per second.

Thanks to his Insight Stat, he could tell exactly what was going on with him. But even with everything so clear, he was still stunned and confused.

However, despite this double combo, he was still able to resist the ntal power. He was also able to use his Divine tac to break away. But this was all he could do.
