Chapter 423: Useful Resources.
In no ti, the sect grounds were cleared out of people and buildings. With space now available, Loki was able to funnel more people into the sect grounds like a shepherd shepherding sheep into a pen.
As usual, many people didn’t like what he was doing. They tattled on him and called people over to help them stop Loki.

He did what he said and stopped killing people. He also recalled the vessels of Fenrir back into his body.
Clearly, he was being cooperative. Unfortunately, what he was doing still wasn’t enough to satisfy the rank 5 cultivator.

A few seconds later, a large tear in space appeared above the city. The golden divine being ca through the tear and imdiately locked their gaze onto Loki.
When they saw what he was doing, the eyes of the divine being narrowed at Loki, and they said to themselves, "It truly is a Divine tac. It seed I was right to co.’
Just like before, the divine being didn’t bother to say anything to Loki. He imdiately made his move to capture Loki.
Once Loki falls into his Cave Heaven, then he will be able to control everything. Loki won’t even be able to commit suicide or detonate his tacs, so he will be able to capture this new Divine tac that Loki is flaunting in his face.
This turn of events made Loki feel aggrieved. He truly felt cheated because he felt that he had already done his part, but they still refused to let him enjoy the fruits of his labor.
He couldn’t retrieve all of the vessels and had to commit suicide in order to escape. So this ti, when he grumbled, he had a lot more choice words to say.
However, this ti, he made sure to descend from the River of Ti much earlier than he did before. So when he got control of his body again, he found that he was on his way to the central market to gamble, make more money, and buy Branch tacs.
The feeling of tumbling and falling down an invisible staircase when he descended from the River of Ti into his body happened again this ti. But apart from a slight disorientation in his stomach where his Power Core is, his vision didn’t swoon, and he didn’t feel dizzy or nauseous.
He didn’t have to vomit at all, which made him excited. In order to find out why this had happened, he quickly used the Power Identification Ability.

With that said, he laughed with mirth as he resud his journey to the central market.
On the way to his destination, he passed a lot of people. This is normal as there are always people coming and going. What wasn’t normal was the gaze he used to look at them.
In the past, he wouldn’t have bothered to look at these people because they were weak and insignificant. Literally nothing about them could affect him, so there was no need to pay any attention to them.
If it were possible to rob them of their money, he might have paid so attention to them. But he couldn’t rob them because all of their money is usually in their accounts and tied to their lives, so he never bothered with them.
However, now that he has beco capable of eating them to gain power, these people have beco useful sources of resources to him. They are now sources of food, so they have beco important enough for him to pay attention to them.
