Yuki was seated on the bed watching Hiro, he was fast asleep no longer in pain, a drip connected to his hand.
Her lips pressed in a thin line before she laid beside him, cuddling up next to him, her eyes sad and shaky.
"Idiot Hiro," she said in a whisper.
"Always doing reckless things"

"The Queen Kaiju has to go down," he said sternly.
"We can’t let her have her way!"

She could still rember his words, her looks darken, she took his hand gripping on it tightly. ’You’re not the only one in this Hiro’ she thought.

Level 9: Special Training Hall
RAIDEN
Raiden fell on his butt, panting, beams of sweat against his features, the area he was had multiple holes the size of a bullet, on the walls and floor, steam coming out from it.
"This is not working," Raiden said with a sigh, his eyes landing on the untouched wall after all his attacks against it... nothing worked. It was getting really annoying, this wall made from all the samples of Alpha’s they have encountered... was really a tough one, harder than any wall he has ever seen.
"I’m out of ideas"
"What is it Raiden... giving up?" Anzai said smirking.
Raiden chuckled.
"It’s not like I have a choice to" he states forcing his body up, with the help of his sniper gun. It really was annoying.
"What will the others think of
if I give up... I don’t wanna be the dead weight, it can’t be helped... which is why..." he growled standing up fully.
"I will catch up to those dudes" he grinned.
"I see" Anzai closed his eyes.
"Then what will you do Raiden... your only good at long-range attacks, your blood weapon is special but it’s not as effective as the others"
"Yeah you’re right sir," he said staring at his gun.
"I can only assist my comrades from a long-range, I may have imrse strength but our blood weapon is the only thing that can bring the Kaiju’s down" his grip tightens on it.

General Anzai... why did the selection system choose soone like ?"
"Well, who knows..." Anzai said in amusent.
"I’m sure you know the answer" he adds with a shrug.
Raiden chuckled.
"I see... those with the capability of getting the job done..." he sighed, not the ideal answer but still it was enough.
"We’re about to face the biggest threat in history and I’m a part of them... sad
