Chapter 136: Conflicted
"You lost an arm... and you say you did it for a friend?" Sumi said, staring at him with furious eyes. Hot anger burned through her as she glared at Shino like he had committed a cri. "That’s bullshit!" She hissed.
Shino turns to her puzzled, pondering like she was getting riled up by his decision. It was strange to see her like this. Almost like she had lost her cool.
Her looks darkened and her teeth clenched. "This world is fucked already, everything is chaos from the start to the beginning, we can’t even set foot outside without looking over our shoulders and worrying about being eaten alive"
She raised her gaze back to him, more angry than ever like she had been the one who lost an arm. "We don’t just give up things for a friend," she said emphasizing the word friend like it was foreign to her.
