At the end of the day, it would be bad for Zayn to absorb and annex close to 150,000 soul particles and that was not because of his own well-being. He had to be a bit careful not to attract too much attention.
After creating the first Soulring it was much easier for Zayn to absorb and annex larger amounts of soul particles. It was not a problem for him to absorb 150,000 soul particles since every wave of Gluttony Termites rewarded him with only around 1000 soul particles, to begin with.
Annexing a thousand soul particles at once was not further difficult, no less when there was a soulfra that had to be stabilized and filled, but Zayn chose not to fill his soulfra.
The only thing he did was to stabilize the soulfra since it was a necessary safety asure. However, this safety asure was already enough to give him a considerable boost in strength. If Zayn were to end up using the remaining soul particles to fill his second Soulring it would attract too much unwanted attention and suspicion, even if the second Soulring wouldn't be filled by a re hundred thousand soul particles.
Zayn wanted to lay low for the ti being and he knew that he would attract too much attention and suspicion the mont Silas would see him again. Thus, Zayn decided to put his ti to good use and ended up completing the second written page, he weaved the third empty page and he even finished the third written page.
Avoiding suspicion by investing his soul particles into sothing as valuable as the Grimoire of the Ancient was certainly worth it. His Spirits were in dire need of an incrent in strength as well, but that was sothing Glutton could take care of rather easily.
Glutton devoured far over a hundred thousand Gluttony Termite eggs and the body of every single Gluttony Termite once their gel sac had been removed.
The gel sacs were safely stored inside his expanding pouches. Zayn was already feeling a tinge of greed and excitent whenever he thought about the fortune he could earn by selling the gel sacs.
Of course, he had to be careful while selling the gel sacs and approach rchants carefully. His newly acquired possessions couldn't be sold all at once, not at least without putting on a mask to hide his identity, otherwise, the news of a teenage Normie selling a hundred thousand gel sacs of Gluttony Termites would quickly spread through the entire city like wildfire.
Since he wanted to avoid attracting too much attention as an ordinary person, Zayn chose to return to the city only after Glutton had finished her work. Whenever she digested a bunch of Gluttony Termite bodies, Glutton would release a Soul Orb.
Zayn handed the Soul Orbs to his Spirits to nurture them slowly but steadily. He distributed the Soul Orbs evenly to make sure that no Spirit would be neglected.
Even the Sparrow Spirits received their fair share, though Zayn was not too sure how much more soul particles they could devour when he was done distributing the Soul Orbs.
Pyrat Sparrows were usually not capable of creating a Soulring because their racial talent restricted them. They were not even able to absorb more than a hundred soul particles under normal circumstances. Though their racial talent didn't restrict them anymore in the Spirit form, it was not as if they had suddenly gained trendous talent out of nowhere. The Inborn talent of their Soul was not great either but they could absorb enough soul particles to create their first Soulring.
Theoretically, they could create their first Soulring. That was a matter of fact as they were Spirits.
Unfortunately, being theoretically able to do sothing did not necessarily that it was possible in practice. The Sparrow Spirits were not able to control their soul particles precisely, let alone do sothing as difficult as creating a Soulring.
Even if one were to divide the elaborate process of Soulring creation into as many tiny steps as possible, the Sparrow Spirits wouldn't be able to do it.
That was also why Zayn was facing a small issue. He would have to find another ans to strengthen his Sparrow Spirits, or replace them with better aerial Spirits.
The latter was sothing he would have to consider in the future. For now, it was not that important. After all, none of his Spirits had yet to finish completing their Soulring, and Zayn was quite far from creating his second Soulring as well.
His need for more soul particles was trendous because he, his Spirits, and the Grimoire of the Ancient required them to progress in their own particular way.
Returning to the city was quite easy. He traveled on the Bear Spirit's back and entered the city by showing his Adventurer ID. The guards intended to make trouble at first but the Adventurer ID that had been injected with one of his annexed soul particles was enough to grant him entry without any further problems.
Annexed soul particles had a unique pattern. Every pattern was singular in its existence, which made it similar to a fingerprint. The Adventurer ID was injected with a single annexed soul particle of the person it belonged to and it was possible to compare Zayn's ID with the soul particles he exuded for a mont without the need to pull down his cowl or reveal himself in any other way.
The Guards were displeased by his attitude and the fact that Zayn didn't say a single word which made him appear snobbish, but that was not sothing he could be bothered about.
His interest was more in finding a proper rchant to buy the hundred thousand gel sacs for a good price.
That was not exactly difficult since every rchant in the city of Zerek knew about the special beauty products that seed to reinvigorate every cell in the face and turn back the appearance of a person by ten years.
The beauty products manufactured in the city of Zerek were popular across the entire human territory due to their rejuvenating effect. By now, almost everyone knew what ingredients were required to create these beauty products but nobody had been able to recreate the beauty product without the most important ingredient; the gel sac.
Thus, the monopoly of beauty products stayed in the walls of Zerek even though the ingredients to manufacture them were imported from all around the human territory.
"I would like to sell the gel sacs of Gluttony Termites in large quantities. How much are you willing to spend per gel sac?" Zayn thus asked the mont he entered the biggest rchant trading firm. They had the most money and were likely to be willing to spend the most. After all, they imported the ingredients for the beauty products and exported the finished product on a large scale.
They could save lots of money from the transportation and other fees that wouldn't have to be paid to soone like Zayn. Zayn wanted to push the price upward a little using his little knowledge to maximize his profit.
"How many gel sacs are we talking about?" The rchant asked, deliberately ignoring the black mask and robe of the man in front of him. The only thing of importance was the quality of the gel sacs, how many the robed man was willing to sell, and for what price.
In recent months, the demand for these beauty products had skyrocketed like never before, the price for the beauty products had also seen a steep incline and more rchants were willing to purchase the needed ingredients for a higher price. The rchant standing opposite Zayn knew that his position as the number one supplier of ingredients and beauty products was at stake.
As for the robed man, he looked like an angel to the rchant the mont he revealed how many gel sacs he was willing to sell.
"If the price is good, I am willing to sell a total of 100,000 Gluttony Termite gel sacs!"
