"Noel. Are you really going?" Rose looked worried. Elaine was worried, but she didn’t think anyone would be a threat to Noel. The strongest powers in this world were the spirit king and the demon king.
Even if Noel encountered a demon king, he should be able to escape just fine.
Noel nodded. "I apologize. This is a necessary trip for the sake of the incoming war. I have to get stronger as well if I want to erase the threat for good. Because of this trip, I might have to rely on you and Elaine to take care of the territory."
"That’s also a problem, but it is not as important as your life." For Rose, Noel could beco as strong as she wanted, but he was still the sa junior that she took care of during their ti in the Demon Banner Army.
She couldn’t help but worry about his well-being even though he had beco her master.

Noel thought for a mont. "That shouldn’t be a problem. However, because the new cities are still under construction, I can’t confirm completely."

"Fair enough." Noel nodded. "I will do that. What about the other two things?"

Noel turned to Elaine. "You may proceed as you see fit for the developnt of the territory. Right now, we have a deep enough foundation to withstand a strong wind."
"Understood. As much as I want to say this, I guess there’s no reason to raise soone’s rank..."
"Why do you think so?"
Elaine raised one finger. "If we raise their rank, they can form their own army, which will increase the overall number of our soldiers."
Noel shook his head. "While that is good, you forget about one thing. Our way of fighting is through the use of technology. The number of soldiers is good to make up the number, but the overwhelming power is what makes the difference."
"I understand. In that case, I should get even more demon crystals and distribute them. Maybe we should hide so in other places so that the enemy won’t expect it."
"That works as well. Just handle the alliance treaty to make it possible." Noel nodded.
"Yes, sir. I will get it done."
