Josephine hurriedly reacted to that voice. She turned around while trying to release her energy, realizing that there was soone who had been hiding his power the whole ti.
She could sense a threat coming from this guy, but for so reason, the spiritual energy that was supposed to co out of her body dispersed.
"!!!" Josephine widened her eyes in shock. 'What? My energy?'
Josephine tried to release it again but to no avail. It was as if the spiritual energy had refused to obey her command.
There was only one person who had such a unique ability.
When she raised her vision, her doubt was answered. "Demon Banner Army's Commander, Oscar?"
That was right. Oscar had finally co.
"This is the end of you, Arbiter Josephine. You have done a lot of bad things, and it's ti for you to pay the price," stated Oscar.
Josephine gritted her teeth. How could such a thing happen?
Oscar didn't predict this outco either. The one who made this plan was none other than Noel.

Two weeks ago.
"I'm planning to start an expedition deep into the demon territory. We have to crush the supre devil and whatever demons are standing in our way." Noel visited Oscar secretly.
Oscar didn't expect that soone who had been exiled to his army a few years ago had beco a spirit king. And the kid was sitting in front of him.
"I am aware that if the demons attack, ancient demons will most likely co as well. And these ancient demons will pick up demons along the way. So, your plan is to destroy them so that they won't be able to pick up any demons along the way. And to do that, you need my Demon Banner Army."
"Actually not." Noel shook his head.
"Hmm? Have you grown so strong that you can disregard the Demon Banner Army? As soone who was a part of this army a few years ago, you should be aware that the Demon Banner Army's strength was sothing that shouldn't be underestimated."
"You are wrong about one thing. I have never underestimated the Demon Banner Army. However, I need to ask you, Commander. Who among the enemies is the most dangerous? Is it the demon king? Is it the supre devil?"
Oscar looked down, contemplating. The supre devil had wreaked havoc on this land for so long. He was annoying, but he managed just fine. The third prince or the demon king, was indeed extraordinary, but he had been beaten by Noel as well.
However, a na ca to his mind. There was soone among the enemy who had been much more annoying than the supre devil and had been standing in their way of accomplishing a complete victory.
"Space Arbiter, Josephine. I see. This expedition is not ant for the demon king or the supre devil. You are aiming for Josephine."
Noel smiled. "That's right. She is my target this ti. As long as Josephine is there, fighting the demons will beco very complicated. Her power can send demons to an unexpected place. She might even send it to the royal capital, which makes it vulnerable."
"That's why you want to target Josephine. However, Josephine might not be the strongest among the arbiters, but she is certainly undefeated."
"Correct. Josephine's abilities might not be suitable for combat, but even if she is besieged by all arbiters at once, she still can escape. That's why…"
"...You need ." Oscar realized the request this ti was for him, not for the Demon Banner Army. "But I still need a justification."

"!!!" Oscar definitely didn't think of this idea. If he sneaked them out one by one, he should be able to do it secretly.

Nevertheless, since Noel agreed, he shouldn't say anything that might change his mind. "Fine. I will work with you, Noel Ardagan."
Noel simply smiled.

After sealing her ability, ten figures appeared next to him. Josephine couldn't help but widen his eyes, recognizing each face. All of them were not naless mobs. Each individual was a captain in the Demon Banner Army.
In other words, Oscar brought two-thirds of his captains, basically rendering the defense useless. But the defense fortification he made was not an empty threat. It was a real fortification that, even without their captains present, they could hold off any threat.
"Shale, you are in charge of the Attack Squad. Kill all the demons in this place. Squart, you are in charge of the defense. Set up a periter and make sure no demons manage to escape. Clara, provide any support to them or all the armies fighting here. The rest of the squad captains will stand here and make sure this traitor doesn't escape.
"If there is any slight fluctuation of spiritual energy, you may execute her on the spot," stated Oscar in a stern voice. He looked up as if staring at the battle behind the hill. "I have to… play my role as the commander of the Demon Banner Army."
