Anna used her fastest speed to head to the Beast Kingdom. Obviously, she had to sneak inside because not many people knew about her. Their biggest connection was with the elders.

The person who had been waiting for him was none other than the ruler of the Beast Kingdom, the lion king.

From her mory, Gluttony might not be the healthiest-looking person, but she doubted that a simple illness could take his life away.
In other words, sothing must have happened to him.
