"So, this is the Golden Dawn City?!" Stella raised her head as the city ca into full view the mont she entered the gate.
A loud trumpet echoed from the side, startling her. When she turned around, she could actually see the rumored train had just taken off. It carried a lot of people and items to the point where it looked so ridiculous to a normal person.
"That's the rumored train?! Whoa?" She blinked a few tis.
"It does seem that Noel has built this city into such a splendid city." Ben smirked. "Everything looks new… like a fantasy land."
"I know, right?" Zion nodded. "Should we go straight to the mansion? No, wait. How about going to the mansion by using… What's the na again? The one that is said to be the public transport?"
"The bus? I know that. How about using it to go to the mansion? I heard it's free. That's the reason so many people are going around the city. No, it's even more bustling than other cities of the sa size. After all, they can go around the town without cost and it doesn't take too long." Ben nodded in agreent.
"I don't really want to use it." Jonathan sighed, still looking as gloomy as ever.
"You can't escape." Stella smirked. "Let's go to the mansion. We have to et Rose first. It's been a few years since we last saw her. I wonder if she is doing well… Nathan is not too harsh on her, right?
"No. Since he stole her from us, he should have given her a high position." Stella crossed her arms.
Paul was silent the whole ti. He was just srized after seeing this city. Whether it was the atmosphere or the technology, he was just mind blown, never expecting for such a city to be able to exist.
Clara, on the other hand, said, "If any of you are going to ntion the word 'retire' just because you want to have a good ti in this city, don't expect to show rcy."
"…" Paul and the others froze for a second. Her cold tone had beco scarier. They all nodded their heads furiously.
Clara was definitely not pleased when Rose was taken away from her. In addition, Nathan also quit, which caused the zero squad to experience so hardship.
In the end, all of them were asking around for the bus and eventually found it, taking the bus to reach the mansion of the Ardagan family.
"Mhmm?" Sandra noticed they had a visitor outside. Even though she hadn't awakened her spirit, she had absorbed a lot of demon crystals so that her spiritual energy wouldn't lose against a spirit wielder.
So, she sped up and reached the main entrance in just two seconds.
"What is going on?" Sandra asked the guards while approaching this group of people.
"Hello. We're from the Demon Relief Squad. We're the forr teammates of Marquis Ardagan and Rose…"
"Oh?!" Sandra hadn't heard anything about them visiting, so she asked, "Do you have an appointnt prior?"
"Do we need one? We were invited here, though." Paul explained.
"Well, the lord hasn't returned yet. May I know who invited you?"
"Rose."
Sandra nodded. "In that case, please allow to check it with the person in question."
"Sure." Paul waved his hand, watching Sandra move quickly.
Stella blinked a few tis as she couldn't help but feel impressed. "That girl is… a spirit wielder, isn't she?"
"Yeah. Her spiritual energy reserve doesn't lose to that of a spirit wielder. And she is still that young…" Paul nodded. "While she might not be able to utilize her power properly, she has good basics, especially that footwork. Don't you notice it?"
"Notice what?" Stella raised her eyebrows.
Jonathan sighed. "Her footsteps don't make noises. It's as if she is a ghost."

"What? Really?" Stella didn't expect that such a skilled person was actually a maid in this place.
Clara sighed as she was able to see through everything. "She must be Dimitri's disciple."
"Dimitri?"
"Ah! Our kingdom and our Demon Banner Army's best assassin."
It didn't take too long for Rose to co out running.
"Everyone! It's been a while." Rose waved her hand.
"Rose!" Stella waved back and hurriedly snuggled into her arms. "It's really been a while. Are you doing fine here? Has Noel mistreated you? What kind of work are you doing here? Does he not give you a high position when he literally stole you from us?"
Rose chuckled. "Everything is fine. Noel has never mistreated . I guess I should formally introduce myself again.
"I'm Rose, one of the Ardagan family's twelve pillars, in charge of inner managent. I'm also Marquis Ardagan's secretary." Rose politely bowed.
"Oh! But aren't you tired? That sounds like a lot of work." Stella looked impressed. She never expected that Rose would beco one of the main pillars of the family, even though she had been taking care of Noel as his secretary.
"Not really. Do you forget my ability?" Rose raised her hand, forming a docunt with her illusion.
"Ah!"
Rose chuckled. "Unlike you guys, I don't really have to write everything, especially ones that aren't confird yet. I can just use my illusion to forge them, which takes less ti and stamina. Once I get the confirmation, I can write everything down once. Besides, we have a team to handle the work, so I'm not really that busy. In fact, most of the ti, I'm working as the secretary."
"Is that so? Well, it looks like you're living well. That's all that matters." Stella chuckled.
"Right? It's good to see you doing well, Rose." Paul nodded.
While the others ward up to Rose, only Clara remained serious. In fact, Clara seed to have been on her mind the mont she entered the city.
"Rose…"
"Yes? Is there sothing wrong, Captain Clara?"
Clara looked around while asking, "I don't know. Your city is just giving a creepy vibe. It's as if we're being monitored, but I can't sense them completely. Is there soone strong protecting the city?"
"I don't know." Rose shook her head. "Well, how about coming inside? There are a lot of things to catch up on."
Before they could agree, Sandra interrupted them and whispered to Rose.
Rose's expression turned grim all of a sudden.
After all, Sandra said, "The Tower Association's elders have arrived."
