A violent shudder racked the Phantom Emperor’s colossal fra. The shattering of his Great Hand Seal hadn't just dealt a devastating blow to his soul; it had shaken his very core. He couldn't wrap his mind around the terrifying display of power Lance had just unleashed. A re fifteen-year-old human boy had pulverized his full-strength strike. It was a bad joke—a nightmare.
"Divine Light Impact!" Lance roared.
He thrust his right palm toward the void with savage force.
"ROAR!"
Simultaneously, the manifestation of The Berserk God towering behind him mirrored the movent, driving a massive fist into the empty air. A pillar of light, so blinding it seed to pierce the very fabric of reality, erupted from the phantom’s knuckles. In a heartbeat, the brilliance ignited the starry expanse, drowning the surrounding space in a searing, white radiance.
Sizzle!
The black mist cloaking the Phantom Emperor began to dissolve at an agonizing rate. The creature’s massive body trembled in a fit of pure, unadulterated terror.
"This light... it isn't Holy Light Power! This is sothing else! This isn't Holy Light Power!"
He scread in panic, desperately churning his shadow energy in a futile attempt to flee. But even as a Galactic Realm powerhouse, he was no match for the speed of light.
BOOM!
An instant later, the cataclysmic beam slamd directly into the Phantom Emperor’s chest. The sacred radiance completely vaporized his massive form, erasing him from existence until nothing but scorched vacuum remained.
Watching from a distance, Blake felt his understanding of Lance’s strength shatter and reform once again. He knew the victory was skewed—Lance’s light-type abilities dealt a lethal, absolute suppression to The Void-kin. The elental advantage was simply too overwhelming.
However, attribute suppression only went so far. If Lance didn't possess the raw power to back it up, no amount of elental advantage would have allowed him to slay a Phantom Emperor so effortlessly. During their initial clash, Lance had been slightly pushed back, but he hadn't lost. That alone proved his combat prowess had fully ascended to the Galactic Realm.
Master’s cultivation is only at the Great Grandmaster (Rank 10) level, yet he wields such terrifying power. What is this light? And more importantly... what was that ability he used to nullify Emperor Skrull’s attack before? That felt even more localized, more frightening than this light.
Blake’s mind raced with questions, but as a servant, he knew his place. Unless Lance chose to share his secrets, Blake had no right to pry.
...
"Is he dead? The Phantom Emperor’s strength was suppressed so heavily by the Divine Light that I didn't even need to use Destruction Power. Almost a pity."
Lance sighed, shaking his head. Before this, his strength had already reached Stellar Class (Rank 10). Now, having cultivated the Great Destruction Spear Technique and The Berserk God Body, and having pushed his realm to the peak of Great Grandmaster (Rank 10), his maximum combat potential was roughly equivalent to the third tier of the Galactic Realm.
Compared to when he had fought Emperor Skrull without any high-level techniques, he was at least eight tis stronger.
The Phantom Emperor was no ordinary third-tier Galactic Realm combatant; his raw power was comparable to those at the fourth or fifth tier. Without the elental advantage, Lance’s Divine Light wouldn't have been enough to secure such an easy win. But thanks to that suppression, the Emperor’s effective strength had plumted tenfold in Lance’s presence.
"It seems my choice to pursue a path of all-around developnt was the right one. I'll never find myself in the Phantom Emperor’s shoes—helpless because of a single weakness. Plus, suppressing others at every turn feels much better than a simple kill."
Lance permitted himself a small smirk.
[Ding... Congratulations, Host. A new day has dawned. Your Reconstruction Quotas have been refreshed. You now possess six available uses.]
The system notification rang out in his mind.
"I told Blake to gather everyone in The Phantom Sector before I started my cultivation. By the ti I finished and waited those four or five hours for them to assemble here, a full day had already passed."
Lance marveled at the passage of ti. His cultivation sessions were growing longer, but it didn't bother him. As long as his strength continued to skyrocket, ti was a secondary concern. Compared to any other cultivator in the universe, his rate of growth was nothing short of miraculous.
"The refresh is perfectly tid. I can use the Limit Break function to push The Primordial Law Body past its current boundaries. Once I break the limit, my talent should surge, significantly boosting my cultivation speed."
Lance glanced at his status window, his lips curling upward. Every one of his combat techniques had reached the Concept level, most of them at the second tier. His spear techniques had already hit the third tier. At this rate, it wouldn't be long before his other skills caught up, leading to a massive spike in overall power.
"System, break the limit of my The Primordial Law Body imdiately!"
[Ding... Command accepted. Comncing Limit Break for Constitution: The Primordial Law Body. Integrating six Reconstruction Quotas...]
BOOM!
A flood of violent, golden energy surged into Lance’s body like a breaking dam. Within seconds, he was completely enveloped in a shimring golden cocoon. He didn't bother hiding this from Blake; he knew the system’s activities were shielded from outside observation. Even if he stood right in front of soone, they wouldn't perceive anything out of the ordinary during the upgrade.
As the golden power saturated his cells, Lance felt his vision shift. The world around him transford.
Countless threads of Law began to flicker into existence across the void. These threads were always there, the fundantal building blocks of the universe, but they were usually invisible to the naked eye. Now, as The Primordial Law Body evolved, Lance could see them clearly.
He recognized them instantly because his Holographic Simulation Space was filled with such threads. However, the simulation was his own creation, designed for training, so the laws there were naturally more exposed. To see the threads of the real world ant his Innate Law Body had leveled up at least twice over. To perceive the Laws of reality with such clarity was a feat reserved for the highest echelons of existence.
Anticipation bubbled in his chest as the golden light intensified.
[Ding! Congratulations, Host! Your The Primordial Law Body has surpassed its limits. Grade evolved to: The Primordial Sovereign Physique (Cosmic Grade).]
The system’s notification chid in Lance’s mind just as the breakthrough concluded. His eyes flickered with a sharp, discerning light as he processed the ssage.
The Primordial Sovereign Physique? The na alone sounded imposing. Moreover, it had reached the Cosmic Grade, which corresponded to the God-King realm—effectively the highest tier possible beneath the Immortal Realm.
Lance imdiately pulled up the description for this new Cosmic Grade physique.
The Primordial Sovereign Physique: A derivative of the Human Sovereign Physique. It grants an unparalleled comprehension of heaven and earth, allowing the user to innately sense the power of Universal Laws. With this physique, reaching the Immortal Class is trivial.
Effects:
Affinity: Increased by 100 billion tis.
Cultivation Speed: Increased by 100 billion tis.
Sovereign Deterrence: Exerts an absolute suppression over the Human Race. This effect ignores level differences and scales solely based on the target's bloodline purity.
Lance’s eyes lit up as he scanned the details. Setting aside the "Sovereign Deterrence" for a mont, the re fact that his Affinity and Cultivation Speed had been boosted by a hundred billion tis was utterly insane. The sheer power of the The Primordial Sovereign Physique was staggering.
"A derivative of the Human Sovereign Physique..." Lance mused. "That ans if I can upgrade this further, I’ll eventually reach the Human Sovereign level. Just the title 'Human Sovereign' sounds like it carries the weight of the world."
He looked at the description with mounting anticipation. A Sovereign-level physique was undoubtedly a cornerstone of absolute power.
He recalled what Blake had ntioned regarding the heritage of the Human Race. The pinnacle of their kind was represented by The Desolates. If branches like the Galactic Terrans connected to the Virtual Universe, they could undergo testing to see how closely their bloodlines mirrored those of The Desolates.
If the bloodline purity t the standard, it would prove that the ancestors of the Mother Planet were actually mbers of The Desolates.
Perhaps through so twist of fate or unknown catastrophe, they had been stranded in a remote corner of the galaxy like the Milky Way, losing contact with their prival kin. Over eons, they had simply put down roots and evolved into the current branch of Galactic Terrans.
Of course, to confirm any of this, he would eventually have to see for himself within the Virtual Universe.
Even if there was no blood relation, Lance was confident that with his current talent, he would soon join the ranks of the universe’s apex powerhouses. When that day ca, he wouldn't need to rely on any other race. He would make the Galactic Terrans the most powerful force in existence.
[Ding! Congratulations, Host! All your weapon techniques have reached the Triple Intent stage. rging into: Weapon Grandmaster (Triple Intent, 19x Multiplier, EXP: 0/500,000).]
Weapon Grandmaster: Due to your mastery over more than ten different weapon types, they have been unified into a single skill. This skill standardizes the level of all weapon techniques. Once acquired, you receive the sa enhancent effects regardless of what object you use as a weapon.
Current Level: Triple Intent.
Power Multiplier: 19x.
Next Upgrade: 500,000 Proficiency.
The sudden notification caught Lance off guard. He froze for a mont, absorbing the implications.
"Weapon Grandmaster? I get the sa buffs regardless of the weapon?" Lance’s excitent grew. "Does this an even if I pick up a weapon I’ve never trained with, I still get the full multiplier?"
This was a massive boon. It ant he didn't need to waste ti training in every obscure weapon type he might encounter. In the vastness of the Great Galactic Era, strange and exotic weapons were everywhere.
Lance had originally planned to use his partitioned consciousness to systematically master every weapon style eventually, but that no longer seed necessary.
"And best of all, my Status Panel won't be such a cluttered ss anymore."
Lance smiled. Previously, his screen was bogged down by a massive list of individual data points for every single weapon skill. Now that they were unified, the interface was clean and streamlined.
"Wait, if weapon techniques can be unified, can sub-occupations be rged too?" Lance asked the system, his curiosity piqued. He currently practiced ten different professions, but in reality, the universe held far more than that.
Unified professions would be a ga-changer.
[Ding! If the Host raises all sub-occupations to the sa level and practices them simultaneously, they can be rged into the 'Ten Great Professions.']
[The benefit of rging is that the Host will no longer need to repair Exploits for each individual profession. All professions will share Legendary Grade quality effects. However, the Ten Great Professions remain distinct; if any single profession level surpasses the others, the rger will break. Should that happen, any profession that has not had its Exploits repaired will revert to its original base level.]
The system’s explanation clarified everything for Lance.
"I see. Weapon techniques share similar chanics—how to exert force, timing, and rhythm. Theoretically, once you've mastered ten types, you've mastered the 'concept' of weaponry itself. It makes sense that I could use a sword at a Master level even if I was primarily a spearman."
"Professions are different, but the system rger still provides a massive shortcut. It essentially saves nine Reconstruction Quotas."
Lance checked his current professional levels. He noted that while his Array Formation skill had reached the Upper-tier of Tier 6, all his other professions were still at the Lower-tier of Tier 6.
"My talent has reached a new peak. It won't take long to bring the others up to the Upper-tier. I should pause Array Formation for now."
Without hesitation, Lance commanded one of his conscious partitions to cease Array cultivation. His remaining partitions then threw themselves into a frenzy of training across the other fields.
