Hearing these three system notifications, Lance couldn’t help but tap on the descriptions for the Power of Destruction and Divine Holy Light.

[Divine Holy Light]: Universal Grade Trait (Also known as God-King Class. Possessing this talent ans one could reach the God-King rank even in their sleep!) The first light born at the dawn of the universe. It is the first derivative of the Cosmic Divine Light, possessing the powerful ability to purify all evil in heaven and earth.

The description of the Divine Holy Light surprised Lance. A derivative of the universe’s first light? This was bordering on heaven-defying.

With growing anticipation, he opened the description for the Power of Destruction. After all, based on grade alone, the Power of Destruction completely crushed the Divine Holy Light!

[Power of Destruction]: One of the eight Supre Godly Powers that created the universe! The eight powers are: Ti, Space, Death, Destruction, Life, Fate, Reincarnation, and Yin-Yang.

Among them, Ti far surpasses the other seven. Space surpasses the remaining six. Of those final six, the Power of Destruction possesses the strongest lethality and greatest raw power, governing the annihilation of all things in the Pri Universe. If fully mastered, one can destroy the entire universe!

As the system laid out the full description, Lance’s pupils constricted violently.

One of the eight Supre Godly Powers that created the universe?

This pedigree was leagues beyond the Divine Holy Light. After all, that light was rely a creation of one of the eight powers!

"Good god, Immortal Class rewards are on a different level. A power that created the universe... and I can destroy the universe once I fully master it? I’m definitely not at 'full mastery' yet. At most, I’ve reached the stage of controlling the elent. I still have to upgrade the elent into Laws, condense Laws into a Domain, and evolve that Domain into a Small World. Even a Small World is only World Lord Class. I’ve got a long way to go before total mastery. Still, I wonder how much an Immortal Class power will boost my current strength!"

Lance was genuinely excited. He quickly pulled up his Status Panel.

Base Combat Power: Stellar Class (Rank 3)

Peak Combat Power: Stellar Class (Rank 10)

Lance stared at the Peak Combat Power entry, completely stunned.

Stellar Class (Rank 10)?!

Based on his current actual rank, that was a leap of two entire major realms! Fighting across two major realms... this was beyond ridiculous.

The standard for calculating his Base Combat Power had changed. It no longer factored in whether he used the Celestial Fiend Blood Escape; it was now based on whether he used the Power of Destruction.

In other words, his previous Peak Combat Power had beco his current Base Combat Power.

If he used the Blood Escape, he was at Stellar Class (Rank 3). But if he layered the Power of Destruction on top of that, his strength would hit a terrifying Stellar Class (Rank 10)!

The sheer scale of it felt surreal.

However, the system’s calculations were never wrong.

"I need to go out and find so of those four races to test this!"

Lance didn't hesitate. Ignoring everything else, he snapped his eyes open.

"Will he be okay? He just swallowed a Rank 11 Void Core."

Selina looked at Lance with concern.

"He’ll be fine. He isn't the type to do sothing that would actually hurt him," Sovereign Glacia replied, though her expression was grave. Just a mont ago, Lance’s entire presence had vanished. Even though he was sitting right in front of her, she couldn't sense him at all.

It was obvious Lance was using so terrifying secret technique. She didn't realize it was the Power of Destruction simply erasing his aura, making him undetectable even to her.

"Whew!"

Lance let out a long breath of turbid air and slowly opened his eyes.

For a split second, a flicker of destruction flashed deep within his pupils.

In that instant, Sovereign Glacia and Blake—both Domain Lord Peak powerhouses—felt their souls shudder violently. An infinite, primal dread sprouted from the depths of their hearts.

"What is this? I’m a Rank 11 Peak digital lifeform, and I felt fear the mont I looked at him?"

Blake stared at Lance in disbelief, instinctively taking a few steps back. It was a biological terror, a feeling he hadn't experienced since becoming a digital lifeform.

Fortunately, the sensation vanished as quickly as it had appeared.

Once he realized it wasn't an illusion, Blake began to tremble with excitent.

"Master, I found him. I’ve finally found a descendant who can avenge you!"

Blake looked at Lance, his heart racing. With talent this terrifying, it was likely that few in the entire universe could match Lance among his peers. Becoming a World Lord would be easy. When that ti ca, they could find his old master’s enemies and wipe them out of existence.

The joy he felt was beyond words.

"What exactly did you do? Your whole vibe is completely different!"

Sovereign Glacia hid behind Selina, looking genuinely spooked, as if afraid Lance might suddenly decide to erase her.

"? I didn't do much. But if you want to do sothing, I certainly can," Lance said, blinking before breaking into a grin.

His smile sent Sovereign Glacia scurrying even further into Selina’s spiritual space. This kid was capable of anything; he’d nearly imprisoned her permanently before.

"Are you actually afraid of him?"

Selina finally realized what was happening. Her ntor had been avoiding Lance lately, but seeing her hide like this confird it—she was terrified of him.

"What? No way! How could I be afraid of a brat? I just... I’m not feeling well. Don’t call out for a while!"

Glacia’s voice was stubborn, but her actions told a completely different story.

anwhile, Blake walked forward and knelt respectfully before Lance.

"I offer my greetings!"

It was clear that Blake had now fully accepted Lance’s identity as the successor to his forr master.

“Stand up. There’s no need for these formalities. And thanks for the Void Core,” Lance said, offering a faint smile as he spoke to Blake.

“You’re joking. Everything the master owned belongs to you,” Blake replied respectfully as he rose to his feet.

Lance suddenly rembered sothing and turned back to Blake. “By the way, I’m planning to test exactly how strong I’ve beco. Send out.”

Blake hesitated, his expression shifting to one of concern. “Do you require protection? There is a Stellar Class (Rank 8) enemy waiting outside. Your current strength...”

Lance rely smiled at the warning. “Who do you think I’m planning to test my strength on?”

A few minutes earlier.

Inside the secret realm, The Stairway Dinsion.

On the celestial bodies more than seven thousand steps up, Ignis was trembling violently. She forced herself upward, one agonizing step at a ti, drawing a ragged, heavy breath with every movent.

Under the crushing weight of the Soul pressure, her head throbbed with a pain so intense it felt as if her skull were about to split open.

“Is this... where it ends?”

Ignis looked up at the remaining two thousand steps and felt a wave of sheer desperation. She felt as though her Soul would literally detonate if she tried to climb even a single step further, let alone two thousand.

She glanced back over her shoulder and managed a grim smile.

Aside from her, not a single powerhouse from the other four races had even managed to reach the five-thousandth step.

“Even if I die here, none of the geniuses from the other four races were my match. That’s enough for . Their talent might be decent, but their willpower is pathetic.”

Ignis let out a disdainful scoff. Her raw talent was arguably weaker than so, but her willpower utterly eclipsed everyone else’s. If talent were asured by ntal fortitude alone, she would easily be SS-Rank.

Unfortunately, even with that resolve, she had reached her limit. A Star Sea Realm inheritance was nearly impossible to claim without SSS-Rank talent.

[System Alert]

The inheritance has been claid by a human genius. All humans will now be expelled from the secret realm. All remaining individuals will be purged.

The icy announcent echoed through the entirety of The Stairway Dinsion. In that instant, every genius from the five races still struggling to climb the stairs froze in bewildernt.

A second later, their faces twisted in horror.

The humans got the inheritance?

How was that possible? No one had reached the ten-thousandth step! How could the humans have claid it?

Could it be that while they were still struggling with the first trial, a human genius had already moved on to the second? Had they cleared the entire thing before the others even realized what was happening?

In that mont, a single figure flashed through all their minds: Lance, the SS-Rank genius.

“That’s it! It has to be Lance. He actually did it!”

Ignis was swept with a surge of adrenaline. If Lance had passed the trial and claid the powerhouse’s inheritance, it ant the humans trapped here wouldn't have to die.

Suddenly, a massive ripple of energy surged through the surrounding space.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

In the blink of an eye, every powerhouse from the other four races still on the stairway exploded. They were reduced to clouds of blood mist that drifted through the air, painting the entire Stairway Dinsion a grueso crimson.

Another ripple followed, and every human genius, including Ignis, was instantly warped away.

Outside, in the void of space.

The powerhouses of the five major races were staring at the entrance of the secret realm, their expressions grave. This was the first ti they had encountered an unopened realm like this, and a sense of dread hung over them. No one knew if those who entered would ever co back alive.

“It’s been so long. Why hasn't there been any word?”

“Is an untapped inheritance site really this dangerous?”

“If everyone who went in is dead, our four races won't recover for tens of thousands of years.”

The four Emperors discussed the situation with heavy hearts. Ten hours had passed without a single survivor erging. The outlook was grim.

Aurelius and the other High Guardians were equally tense. One mont they had discovered that Lance might be an SSS-Rank genius, and the next, they were facing the possibility of his death. It would be a catastrophic loss for the human race. Not just Lance, but Ignis and so many other young talents were at risk.

For a mont, they felt a pang of regret. A Star Sea Realm inheritance was never going to be easy to obtain.

Hum!

Just as the anxiety reached its peak, a ripple of spatial energy distorted the air in front of the secret realm.

Several hundred human powerhouses suddenly materialized as the space stabilized.

“Humans? Why are only the humans coming out? What’s going on?”

“It really is just the humans. Where are our people? Why haven't they erged?”

“Ignis? She made it back alive? Did she get the inheritance?”

The powerhouses of the four races grew frantic the mont the humans appeared. Everyone had entered together, but only the humans were walking out. Sothing was very wrong.

“Ignis, get over here! Now!” Aurelius shouted, fearing that the other races might lash out in their desperation.

Ignis didn't hesitate. She led the surviving human geniuses toward Aurelius, Guardian Aether, and the rest of the human delegation.

“Stop!” Emperor Skrull stepped forward, his voice a thunderous roar. “What happened in that secret realm?”

“I have nothing to say to you,” Ignis countered, her voice cold as she glared back at him. “The human race is under no obligation to explain anything. If you're so curious, go in and see for yourself.”

Emperor Skrull’s face turned a sickly shade of green. Go in? If he had the courage to enter, he would have done so hours ago.

“Listen,” Emperor Xis said, flying forward with a somber expression. “Now that you’ve erged, surely telling us what happened isn't too much to ask. We only want to know if our people are still alive.”

If it weren't for their fear of The Martial Paragon, the four major races would have already wiped out a "minor" race like the humans for such insolence.

Ignis looked at Emperor Xis and spoke with chilling finality. “There’s no point in waiting. Everyone from your four races is dead. Not a single one left. we barely escaped with our lives. That’s all I’m going to say. You can all leave now.”

The faces of every powerhouse from the four races went pale.

Dead? Every genius they sent in was dead?

Fury began to boil beneath the shock.
