After a few hours of venturing inside the forest, Rong Hua slowly reduced her moving pace. She turned back to look at Snowy and Feng Xue and said, "We're about to reach our destination. When we're crossing the spatial barrier, we will feel slightly dizzy and uncomfortable. It is a natural reaction from your body when you moved through space for the first ti, so rest assured, nothing bad will happen to you. Just be careful not to accidentally throw up at , okay~!"

Snowy scanned their surroundings when they arrive at a particular section of the forest. Whether it was the trees, the bushes, or the eerie atmosphere, nothing indicated there was anything special about the place. Even with her skill, Snowy still failed to spot the entrance to the old man location.

"You won't be able to peer through the spatial barrier without proper understanding of Spatial Dao. Quick, follow !" said Rong Hua urging them to continue walking. They quickly matched Rong Hua's pace and closely tailed her.

As they followed Rong Hua's lead, Snowy felt an unknown force rippled through her body, trying to prevent her from moving forward. She gritted her teeth and exerted her spiritual pressure to repel the unknown force.

The primordial Qi gushed out and ford an invisible barrier stabilizing the space around her. Snowy's breath finally back to normal, and her complexion regained her color.

Snowy looked at Feng Xue beside her with a worried look; Feng Xue's face turned pale, and her legs wobbled as she struggled in every step she took.

Snowy quickly grabbed Feng Xue's hand and sent her primordial Qi to stimulate Feng Xue's pure fire Qi.

An invisible barrier, similar to the one which enveloped Snowy's body, erged from Feng Xue's body, lessening the impact of the unknown power.

Feng Xue breathed a relieved sigh and looked at Snowy. Her lips mouthed "thank you" and then curved up, forming a charming smile.

Not long after, Snowy and Feng Xue sensed a sudden change in their surrounding. The dense forest was replaced by a vast plain and a small wooden shack sowhere in the middle, attracting their attention.

Snowy sifted through the house, and a frown appeared between her brow. The house's condition was horrible, as if it was abandoned long ago. The wall had turned yellowish and looked so brittle as if a slight touch could make it crumbled. The hut seed to be worn out by the vicissitudes of ti

As they were getting closer to the house, putrid and humid slls beca stronger and thicker. The sound of her footstep was always followed by the creaking sound of the wooden floor beneath her. She was afraid that she might break the floor and fall inside if she wasn't careful enough.

'Is this really where the old man lives? It seems he's quite a character,' thought Snowy.

"Heya, Old Fogey, I co with two guests!" Rong Hua shouted in front of the door.

"Co inside." a lazy voice echoed from inside the hut.

"Creak..." Rong Hua pushed the door and entered together with Feng Xue and Snowy.

As she stepped inside, Snowy blinked several tis to make sure her eyes didn't play a trick on her. Feng Xue shared the sa sentint with Snowy, rubbed her eyes in disbelief. They saw inside the shack completely the opposite of their expectation as if they were once again transferred into a different place.

The inside was neat and proper. A sweet and fresh fragrance filled the entire room. Unlike on the outside, the wall was sturdy and clean, as if the house was newly built. Although the room was relatively small, it didn't feel suffocating because there wasn't much stuff inside. There was only a bed, a cupboard, a table with a flower vase placed on top of it, and a rocking chair where the old man currently slumped on.

The old man looked very ordinary. His face was covered with wrinkles, an indelible effect of ti. His long white hair was styled in a bun and treated like a pillow as he leaned on the rocking chair.

He still didn't bother to open his eyes as if Snowy, Feng Xue, and Rong Hua weren't really there. He was too lazy to even care for heaven and earth with his supercilious deanor. Ordinary people might think the old man to be rude or arrogant despite his ordinary appearance, but Snowy found the old man had an indescribable temperant.

Snowy noticed that the old man didn't emit a terrifying aura, but earth-shattering power seed to be sleeping inside his thin and wrinkled body. His leisured pose as he rested with his eyes closed was as calm as the water in a well.

This old man before her seed to be sitting above the firmant as the lord of myriad worlds. Even gods and immortals would need to stand aside with their head hung low.

This old man, at first, seed to appear conceited, but a closer look would reveal that he had an unrivaled style that encompassed the universe.

At this mont, when he closed his eyes to rest, he gave off the feeling that the world would be dark when his eyes were closed, and the world would be bright when his eyes were open!

Snowy was slightly taken back by her own imagination, her curiosity piqued by the old man's peculiar charisma. She looked at the old man and examined his information.

Snowy aghast by the unrecognizable results. She tried to repeat several tis but still failed to acquire the old man's information. She beca more shocked when she heard a deep voice spoke to her.

"Soone who possesses divine eyes in the mortal plane? How rare," said the old man as she opened his eyes and looked at Snowy.

Snowy looked directly at his black eyes and felt like she was gazing into the abyss. The darkness of its pupil seed like it wanted to swallow her whole existence. At this ti, in so corner of her soul, the twin daggers were vibrating violently.

She staggered back, and sweat began to appear on her forehead. She asked him with a grave expression, "Who are you?"
