Evan walks down the familiar, first part of the left path. He has Iva on his left shoulder, not because he wanted to carry it, but because Iva insisted to stay there or it would not co with him there.

Just like before, Evan walked through the long straight corridor before a left turn. After walking for a while, the end of the hallway to a bigger room could be seen.

Not long after, he found himself in front of the sa forked path.

"30 minutes." Iva says, bouncing a little on his shoulder.

Evan pats Iva the sli. "Thanks."

He made his way towards the left path again, knowing that it is the one that had the traps in it.

Rembering what he must do, Evan walks forward. Before he could press the pressure plate on the ground, he made a bigger stride to ignore it. The pattern was the sa as before, and because he rembered it, he didn’t have to use Simulation Zone for this one.

"I think you did better." Iva says, bouncing a little higher and lading on top of his head by now.

"It helps that there is a pattern." Evan replied. "I rembered how it went so I didn’t activate a single trap."

Reaching the end of the corridor, there is a big, open space in the shape of an almost perfect cube. The room is definitely taller upwards but from left to right, in relation with the door, the distance is pretty much the sa.

There doesn’t seem to be anything here other than a button on the wall that is within reach if Evan raised his hand and have his entire arm outstretched. There’s nothing around it. No instructions, nothing. It’s just a barren room with a button.

The only exit is the sa one he had ca in with. It seems like going here after the entire room full of traps is just a big waste of ti.

Evan sighs. "If I had known this is a dead end, I wouldn’t have co here in the first place." He approached the button on the wall.

If he pressed it, he wonders what would happen. The room behind him was full of traps. Did that an pressing the button is a trap by itself?

The only way to sate his curiosity is to press it.

Evan lifted his hand and pressed the button. There is a soft click sound. But other than that, nothing seems to have happened.

"Ow!" Iva says, out of nowhere.

Evan looks at where Iva’s voice ca from, which was above him...?

Evan looks down on where he is stepping on, and he is upside down. His ground was his ceiling a while ago.

He squats down, because he can’t find anything to hold on to if he does fall.

"What-" Evan found his voice to finally word out his confusion. "How could this happen?" He looks up to look at Iva.

"I dunno!" Iva replies, bouncing a little bit. "It just happened and I fell on the ground."

Evan slowly stood up again, careful but now assured that he won’t fall. This only happened when he pressed the button.

Did that an if he pressed it again he would flip back to the original?

"Iva, move a little and just watch okay?" Evan says, looking at Iva for a mont before he looks at the wall where the button is. "Tell what I look like, if I flip back or not."

"Sure." Iva says, bouncing a feet away.

Evan had to jump a little to reach the button this ti. It would’ve been an arm’s length away, before the change in gravity.

It took him two jumps before he was able to press the button. When he did, Evan felt his vision go blurry for a mont before he saw the button beco clear again.

He turns around to look at Iva, expecting it to be on the sa ground as he is. It is.

Iva the sli bounced to his shoulder when he is within its reach. "The flip thing looks disorienting. It looks like it’s a gravity flipping button."

Evan took a deep breath he didn’t know he was holding. "Okay, until I know I needed that, I’ll leave that alone. Wait, a what flipping button?"

"Gravity." Iva repeats. "In the simplest way I could explain, where you have your feet planted, that’s where it pulls you down and keeps you there."

Evan still looks confused but he shrugs. "We should go. I don’t have a use for it now."

Iva just sighs. "You don’t but either way, it seems like you can use that for later."

They made they way back, well, Evan did. There is the sa pattern that he used but flipped, which isn’t all that difficult because he’s just making his way back.

He isn’t sure if the traps would activate if he made so mistakes. Just to be sure, he walked the sa way he did when he entered.

Back at the forked hallway, Evan’s eyes looked at the smooth stone that he could read. He still has no idea if there is anything that the words an for.

Whatever it is, he still believe it has sothing to do with the hallways. He wonders what the traps room is in which number though?

While he thinks about it, Evan looks at the two other unexplored paths he can see before him. He can go from left to right, going to the middle for now and hoped it’s a dead end so his exploration is easier.

Either way, he can just return back if needed.

"Iva, stay vigilant, okay?" Evan says, moving closer to the middle path.

Iva hums. "Will do my best~"

Evan sighs. "Well, here’s goes nothing." He took a deep breath. Then, with the intention of surviving the hallway, he mutters. "Simulation Zone."
