Although he was secretly shocked, the Blood Swordsman Gu Cheng did not think Chu Ming could defeat him.

Clang!

Splurt!

A trace of blood splattered from the contact point of their sword blades. The Blood Swordsman Gu Cheng’s face froze slightly, and his body quickly retreated. As his white hair flew, he slashed the Blood Sword toward the sky with his right hand.

"Flying Tiger Dark Night Slash!"

Boom!

An illusion appeared in everyone’s eyes. It seed as though a fierce tiger, rather than a sword light, darted back and forth through the air, revealing its crazed claws and fangs.

Chu Ming’s white robe fluttered sharply, his eyes blazed intensely. The spiritual power within him surged like a continuous river, transforming into astonishing sword intent brewing inside him.

"Red Lotus Rain!"

Amidst the crashing waves, Chu Ming gently brushed the Star Trace Sword with his left hand. A domineering red light erupted from the Star Trace Sword, falling slowly like raindrops from the sky.

Splurt!

Sword lights collided and clashed mid-air. A trendous force traveled through Chu Ming’s arm, bringing a slight tremor to his body, yet his gaze remained unchanged. Gu Cheng’s Blood Sword was a true Sword of Slaughter; each strike and move seed aid at a life-or-death enemy, drawing blood with every strike and taking lives with every blow.

Splurt!

A wave of blood flashed in the air, Gu Cheng suddenly appeared beside Chu Ming. His right hand flashed with blood light, stabbing directly forward, surrounded by slaughter sword intent.

Clang!

Chu Ming’s right hand twisted, and the Star Trace Sword in his hand traced a tricky arc in the air, shattering the space and directly colliding with the tip of Gu Cheng’s Blood Sword, causing intense sparks to explode at their center.

Crack!

Chu Ming’s arm trembled slightly, and the Star Trace Sword quivered as it sliced past the tip of the Blood Sword, sending sparks flying and cutting down to the hilt of the Blood Sword.

Bang!

The Blood Swordsman Gu Cheng’s left hand suddenly blasted out, sending a blood-red palm seal hurtling towards Chu Ming, instantly changing the color of the sky with blood clouds churning.

Splurt!

Chu Ming’s gaze chilled, and the Star Trace Sword instantly knocked the Blood Sword aside, slicing the blood-colored palm seal in half mid-air, spiritual power spreading out.

"Thousand Light Luo Killing Sword!"

Blood-red light surged, enveloping Gu Cheng’s entire body in blood. The Blood Sword in his right hand glinted with a bloody glow, saturating the entire space with slaughter sword intent.

"Low Level Secret Technique Martial Arts?"

Chu Ming’s eyes were pitch black. The mont Gu Cheng unleashed his sword technique, he had already discerned the powerful might of this move.

Boom!

Chu Ming’s body shot forward, a terrifying sword light flickering on the Star Trace Sword. The spiritual power within him surged wildly, bursting from one hundred and eight acupoints. A dazzling ball of fire blazed above Chu Ming’s head.

"Void Wounding Sword!"

Splurt!

A faint green sword aura burst from the Star Trace Sword, unleashing void sword intent that enveloped Chu Ming.

The green sword aura shuttled through space, without a clear trace, causing Gu Cheng’s eyes to narrow.

Splurt splurt splurt...

The blood sword light of Gu Cheng, like the endless waves in the sea, madly struck the void. The standoff continued, those not far away held their breath, watching in shock and fear.

Above the City Lord’s Mansion, the figure of the Rainbow King stood tall, with great interest in the fight between Chu Ming and Gu Cheng.

Crack! Crack!

It seed to trigger a chain reaction, with the space fracturing inch by inch like a shattered mirror, spreading wildly in all directions.

Splurt!

A splash of blood blossod in the white waves, causing Gu Cheng’s pupils to contract. Without hesitation, he quickly retreated.

Whoosh whoosh whoosh!

The dust slowly settled, revealing a ground riddled with large cracks. A white and a red figure gradually appeared in everyone’s view.

Drip drip!

Blood dripped from Gu Cheng’s shoulder, and his eyes were terrifyingly dark, resembling a feral beast ready to devour humans.

"Blood Swordsman Gu Cheng is injured?!"

A gray-clad martial artist was dumbfounded, staring up at Gu Cheng hovering in mid-air, as if witnessing sothing unbelievable.

"To think, to think, coming to Rainbow City this ti is truly not in vain. I never expected to witness such an extraordinary fight."

An old Wind and Thunder Pavilion disciple with white hair laughed heartily in delight.

"This young man is truly terrifying. Even Gu Cheng, the Blood Swordsman, is no match for him. Could he be aiming for the six major powers?"

"Although Gu Cheng was defeated, in a true life-and-death fight, the outco remains uncertain. But defeat is defeat."

The hillside descended into chaos, with discussions erupting everywhere.

"He actually won?!"

Junior Sister Huang covered her red lips with her right hand, her eyes full of disbelief.

"The Ancient Battlefield might appear around Rainbow City. Junior Sister Ye i, you should get close to him. Perhaps we can join forces in the Ancient Battlefield."

An Ruosu cast a aningful glance at Ye i.

"I understand, Senior Sister."

Ye i felt complicated but understood the truth in An Ruosu’s words. The Ancient Battlefield was an enormous temptation for anyone, drawing people in droves.

In mid-air, Gu Cheng’s face was dark and intense as he coldly said, "We’ll fight again in the Ancient Battlefield!"

"No problem!"

Chu Ming’s face was calm, showing no fear, the Star Trace Sword in his hand still dripping with blood.

Whoosh!

The Blood Swordsman Gu Cheng snorted coldly, glanced at the distant hillside with his blood-red eyes, causing everyone there to fall silent.

The Blood Swordsman flew back to Rainbow City, while Chu Ming following his figure, looked up at the sky above Rainbow City’s City Lord’s Mansion, where a vague figure lood.

"Such a keen little guy."

The Rainbow King smiled faintly and then turned into mist, returning to the City Lord’s Mansion.

"Hmm?"

Chu Ming was about to fly away when his expression suddenly froze. Several streaks of light were rushing towards him; judging by their speed, they were clearly targeting him.

"It’s her!"

Recognizing the newcors, Chu Ming’s face showed a hint of surprise. He hadn’t expected to encounter an old acquaintance here in the Central Divine Domain.

In a flash, several streaks of light arrived before Chu Ming, from which stepped out Ye i and An Ruosu.

"Long ti no see!"

Ye i’s lips moved gently as she spoke, her voice slightly restrained. After all, the gap in their current strengths was sowhat significant.

"Won’t you introduce us?"

Chu Ming’s gaze swept past Ye i, falling on the people behind her. Just now, he had keenly felt a strand of spiritual sense scanning over him, making him slightly displeased.

"Oh, this is my senior sister, An Ruosu, also the core disciple of our Wind and Thunder Pavilion."

Ye i quickly introduced them to Chu Ming.

Chu Ming nodded slightly, acknowledging that the disciples of Wind and Thunder Pavilion were indeed strong.

His eyes once again fell on An Ruosu, and he calmly said.

"Spying on others in secret is very impolite."
