Lan Ming didn't advance this ti. He was hurt more than Qin. The wound made by Qin's sword was quite deep. But, Qin wasn't injured that much. This is a big disadvantage that Lan Ming has.

Lan Ming's eyes shrunk when he saw Qin. He forgot about his own injuries and condenses an extre amount of grey qi into his fist. He coats his fist with the fist intent. Suddenly, his hand releases the burning yellow flas.
When these flas appeared, surroundings started heating up. The temperature was wildly increasing and everything around him started burning, even the ground and the air.
"Four Directions Desolated Fire Fist!"
The flas compressed on his fist as he smashed it towards the upcoming sword. It was straight and had no fancy moves but if he takes this sword head-on, he will be seriously injured. Lan Ming is fully aware of that which is why he didn't hesitate to use Star Core Fla.
This fla is an Earth Rank Fla with the extre power to burn anything in its path. Flas are divided into four ranks starting from Profound, Spirit, Earth, and Heaven. Lan Ming almost died while conquering this Earth Rank fla.
If it wasn't for an overbearing devouring force of the Heaven Devouring Star Swallowing Technique, he wouldn't be able to conquer this fla.

His fist went straight against the sword and collided with it. When the sword touched the fla, instead of cutting it apart, the fla exploded on the collision.
But even so, the sword still made through the flas and struck Lan Ming's fist. And, it also made a powerful slash but the power of the explosion sent Qin flying before it could hurt him further.

Once again, Qin landed far away on the ground but this ti, his injuries were serious. The power of flas burned his skin and even the part of his clothes. On other hand, Lan Ming got a deep scar on his fist but the fla didn't even burn him.
After all, the fla had already surrendered to him, it couldn't hurt him now no matter how much he uses it. And, this is the best part of these flas. Even if his qi empties, he can still use the fla but he does need qi to strengthen the power of the fla.
'Damn! Even the power of Star Core Fla wasn't able to block his sword attack. He is not only using the sword energy and a bit of killing intent, but he is also using the physical strength to back it up. If I keep on doing this, I won't be able to stick till the end.'

'Three! The exact number that could possibly put that technique into the Domain Rank. I understand! I thought it was just a rumor but now it seems it wasn't. Eyes of Universe truly allows a person to copy any cultivation technique or martial art they see.'

This is getting ssier. I think I should stop thinking about this and rather focus on how to overco that domination intent?'

Lan Ming thought to himself and started healing. This ti Qin couldn't make a move because he was also hurt. But, Qin had a pretty good healing power which was good but when Qin saw Lan Ming's healing rate, he was stunned.
On other hand,
Lan Ming sighed a breath of relief and thought 'Heaven Devouring Star Swallowing Technique is truly aweso. Thanks to it, I was able to devour Tian Su's blood and enhance my regeneration ability. I need to get stronger and take it to a new level to completely enhance my regeneration ability to the level of the celestial bloodline.'
Soon, the wound on his chest got completely healed. He stared at Qin who was still healing his wound and smirked. Since he had already healed himself, he can take so asures.
'Should I use that? I haven't thought of using that in this battle but he is a worthy opponent. I guess that I should use it.'
The next mont, Star Core Flas appeared all around his body and started forming armor. It ford a helt on his head, a chest plate, arm and leg guards, a lance on his right hand, and a shield on his left.
"Valkyrie Fire Armor!"

Lan Ming scread in his heart and dashed towards Qin. He didn't make a huge leap rather kept running. He slightly moved his right arm back and gathered the montum on his right arm.
Qin clenched his fist. He didn't take out his sword this ti and used Ice King Spiritual Body Technique.
A thin layer of ice armor ford around his body, above his clothes. He also didn't hesitate to burst out brute qi inside his veins. He clenched his fist and throws a punch. Just in front of him, the tip of the lance was spinning at an extre speed while generating powerful heat.
Boom!
His fist collided against the lance but this ti, his foot didn't move even with the impact of the explosion. In an instant, both of them were in the middle of the explosion. The fire lance slowly started piercing the ice armor and lting it. But, suddenly, Qin raised his foot and kicks Lan Ming's head.
Bang!
But, Lan Ming saw it coming and raise his shield. The kick smashed the shield, creating a massive impact. Lan Ming's hand trembled for a mont but his lance was still piercing the ice armor. It didn't take long before the tip of the lance reached Qin's fist.
