In the Yun ng Swamp, a silhouette moved through the mist, revealing a seemingly endless expanse of vibrant green.

The Old Blind Man, though he could not see, sensed everything clearly. His Divine Sense extended outward as he tilted his head ever so slightly upward, as if gazing at the blue sky above.

"Yun ng Swamp," the Old Blind Man murmured, "It’s sowhat different from what I imagined."

"Indeed, it’s quite different."

Behind the Old Blind Man, a hint of surprise also flashed through Qu Qingfeng’s eyes.

Only Aunt i, standing beside them, felt a sense of familiarity. Centuries had passed, yet she found herself back on this land once again.

Though she belonged to the Demons of Yun ng Swamp, it wouldn’t have been possible for her to return alone.

But with her guidance, and in the company of two top cultivators, the trio finally stepped through the outer boundaries to enter the true Yun ng Swamp.

They had encountered each other outside and decided to travel together.

The Old Blind Man slightly tilted his head and asked, "Where do we go next?"

"The Demon Kings were sent into the human world to capture soone; this must have been Lord Demon Saint’s order. If Li Fan is unhard, he should be at the Demon Saint Palace," Aunt i said with a tinge of worry in her voice.

The Demon Saint’s strength was formidable even many years ago. How powerful he might be after all these years was unknown to her.

Yet, she did rember that back then, Lord Demon Saint had worked tirelessly to make the demons of Yun ng Swamp learn from human thods.

"Lead the way," the Old Blind Man said to Aunt i.

"Mm," Aunt i nodded slightly, taking the lead ahead.

The Old Blind Man and Qu Qingfeng followed behind her.

"Senior Zuo, when Bailong went to Bai Lu Academy to take soone, he bore no intent to kill. Li Fan should be safe," Qu Qingfeng said softly. He already knew the Old Man’s identity and understood that the Old Blind Man was Li Fan’s master.

"Mm," the Old Blind Man nodded slightly. "This ti, I owe you, Mr. Qu, for risking this trip to save my disciple."

"Li Fan, as a student of Bai Lu Academy, falls under my purview as a teacher there. It is only right for to co," Qu Qingfeng replied. "However, Yun ng Swamp has been recuperating for hundreds of years. Lord Demon Saint, said to possess extraordinary ambition, may very well have strength we cannot underestimate."

"For centuries, humanity has been riddled with endless conflicts—sects, clans, and families warring amongst themselves, the Court suppressing cultivators. anwhile, the demons of Yun ng Swamp have quietly recuperated and grown. It’s ironic, isn’t it?" the Old Blind Man remarked.

If the Court could unite with the major sects of the world to slay the demons and eradicate them completely, how could there be such calamities?

*But due to human nature, such complete unity is an impossibility.*

In this respect, *they might even be inferior to the demons of Yun ng Swamp.*

As the two conversed, their figures moved swiftly forward, traversing the Swamp at incredible speed.

They observed the surroundings of Yun ng Swamp, marveling at what they saw.

This demon world had evolved far beyond their expectations, a realization that made them feel a creeping sense of danger.

For many years, Yun ng Swamp had rarely launched large-scale attacks on humans, instead portraying weakness while secretly amassing strength. This misled humanity into underestimating them.

Humans knew little about Yun ng Swamp, but Yun ng Swamp likely had a deep understanding of the Da Li Dynasty’s affairs.

For that reason, they had always been cautious.

Only this ti, because of Li Fan’s situation, did they send Bailong and the Demon Kings beyond Yun ng Swamp.

The trio glided through the air, their speed so swift it resembled streaks of radiant light.

"Hmm?"

At that mont, the Old Blind Man suddenly halted and raised his head slightly, facing forward.

Qu Qingfeng, having sensed it as well, stopped moving.

"The Demon Army," Qu Qingfeng murmured. "It must be the demon forces heading to support Yun ng Swamp."

"Boom..."

An overwhelmingly violent aura descended. Among the Demon Army were top-tier demons who had already detected their presence.

"Humans."

A domineering voice echoed from afar. Demon Energy surged sky-high, and the vast Demon Army moved forward like an unstoppable tide, their terrifying aura blotting out the heavens.

In the blink of an eye, Qu Qingfeng could already see them.

The Demon Army ca to a halt but continued to stare intensely at the incoming three figures. Within their ranks, demons let out feral, brutal cries, seemingly riled up.

Humans? Infiltrating Yun ng Swamp?

Bailong was among the Demon Army. When he saw Qu Qingfeng’s arrival, he seed surprised, his gaze soon landing on Aunt i.

Still, even with her leading the way, it should have been impossible for Qu Qingfeng, given his cultivation, to make it here.

Bailong’s eyes fell upon the Old Blind Man. Though the old man appeared frail, his hair white and his body aged, resembling an elder in his twilight years, there was an unmistakable dangerous aura emanating from him.

"Mr. Qu," Bailong addressed Qu Qingfeng. "That day at Bai Lu Academy, we crossed swords. You should be well aware that you cannot defeat . And now, in Yun ng Swamp, it’s like using a mantis to block a chariot. Why co here just to die?"

*Entering Yun ng Swamp, even with a faint kindness in one’s heart, won’t cause the other demons to spare you,* Bailong thought.

"So things simply must be done," Qu Qingfeng replied.

Bailong nodded solemnly. "I respect you as a person, but this ti, I will show no rcy."

Having stepped foot into Yun ng Swamp, one who knows of its inner workings...

...must die.

"Were you the one who took my disciple?" the Old Blind Man asked, raising his head ever so slightly toward Bailong. Though sightless, Bailong felt as if the old man’s gaze pierced through him.

Bailong’s expression turned grave as he faced the Old Blind Man.

Li Fan, his disciple?

A Li Mountain Sword Cultivator.

Bailong’s expression tightened further. He dared not underestimate him.

"Yes," Bailong replied.

"Where is he?" the Old Blind Man asked.

Bailong remained silent.

Suddenly, that seemingly ordinary, frail figure erupted with a dreadful Sword Intent. Behind him, the Demon Army grew restless; so demons even emitted deep snarls of unease.

The Sword Intent spread wildly, encompassing the boundless stretch of land and enveloping the entire Demon Army. Many among the demons instinctively felt retreat was their only option—their very lives seed to teeter on the brink of annihilation.

Yet, for others, the Sword Intent provoked primal savagery. Their ferocious energies flared up, clashing with the oppressive Sword Aura barreling toward them.

"Boom..." From behind Bailong, an enormous, radiating figure sat atop a grand throne, mounted on a towering Bull Demon.

This was the Kui Niu Demon King, a Seventh Realm Middle Stage guardian of the Bull Demon clan, with lightning crackling in domineering purple flashes around his form.

The Kui Niu Demon King rose and stared down at the Old Blind Man. "A blind man and a re scholar dare to trespass into my Yun ng Swamp?"

His voice rumbled with accompanying thunder, echoing violently in the air.

A vast oppressive force emanated from him, descending upon Qu Qingfeng and the Old Blind Man like an unshakable mountain. Qu Qingfeng felt as though he bore a crushing weight of tens of thousands of pounds.

This Kui Niu Demon King surpassed even Bailong in strength.

His cultivation was on another level.

At the sound of the Kui Niu Demon King’s voice, the Demon Army roared collectively, surging forward with unstoppable montum. Their energy blasted toward Qu Qingfeng and his group like tidal waves crashing violently upon a shore.

Aunt i, her Seventh Realm cultivation suddenly felt shaken, seed on the verge of losing her footing. Only through Qu Qingfeng’s release of Mana was the oppressive force neutralized.

The aura of the Demon Army overwheld them like the relentless blows of an unforgiving ocean.

Yet the Old Blind Man’s seemingly frail figure remained steady and unshaken, like a weathered tree on the brink of collapse but refusing to fall.

But then, he took a single step forward.

With that one step, he cut through the figurative waves like a sharp sword, splitting them apart.

The Old Blind Man tilted his head slightly backward, the Sword Intent upon him growing stronger and sharper. That silhouetted figure, aged and feeble just monts ago, suddenly exuded towering sharpness in an instant, as if he had returned to his pri.

The Kui Niu Demon King frowned. Bailong’s expression, too, turned rigid.

*This blistering Sword Intent was unlike anything Bailong had felt before. It was unprecedented.*

Stepping forward again, the Old Blind Man unleashed a deafening storm of Sword Aura. Colliding with the advancing Demon Army’s power, it pierced through everything like a divine blade.

The Sword Aura storm surged forward, dealing a severe blow to the Demon Army. Those of weaker cultivation groaned audibly as their bodies were forced backward against their will.

Even Bailong, a top-tier Great Demon, felt the omnipresent Sword Intent burrowing relentlessly into his being.

The Old Blind Man lifted his foot once more, taking his third step forward.

The mont his foot landed, anguished screams erupted among the demons. Blood sprayed into the air as so were ripped apart by the uncontrollable Sword Intent, their bodies shattered, flesh scattered.

"It has been far too long since I have descended to the human realm to slay demons. It seems the demons no longer recognize who I am."

As his foot descended, it was as though an enormous blade pierced through the Demon Army. In an instant, blood and gore sprayed everywhere—the once-imposing Demon Army crumbled like rotten wood before an unyielding storm.

"In this world, demons that encounter must bow their heads."

The Old Blind Man murmured softly as he looked upward. In the boundless Sky above, an imnse sword materialized, suspended high above, casting a shadow over all the vast land below it.
