In the end, Xu Weiran still bought the sapphire brooch and gifted it to Sheng Ning’an.
Sheng Ning’an looked in the direction where Miss Anna had left and said, "Aren’t you afraid of offending her? She might get her dad to make things difficult for you later."

Xu Weiran patted her head and said, "The work for establishing a branch company back ho is almost ready." If any director could easily manipulate him, he wouldn’t be able to continue his future endeavors.
Sheng Ning’an understood the aning behind his words and felt relieved.
Over the next few days, Xu Weiran was even busier, leaving early and returning late. He simply instructed Assistant Tang to accompany her and show her around the famous local sights and buildings.
That day, Sheng Ning’an was inspired and made a lot of food, saying to Assistant Tang, "Let’s go deliver the al to him! By the way, don’t tell him; let’s go secretly to surprise him."

Assistant Tang, naturally, wouldn’t speak out about the boss and his wife’s fun.
The two reached downstairs at the Company, and the receptionist recognized Assistant Tang, so they got in without registering.
Coming out of the elevator, many gazes fell on Sheng Ning’an.
The last ti, many people saw Xu Weiran holding her hand as they exited the office.
This ti, seeing Assistant Tang by her side, people started to speculate about her identity.
Having been there once, Sheng Ning’an rembered Xu Weiran’s office and didn’t need Assistant Tang to lead the way.
At the office door, Sheng Ning’an was about to push it open when she heard the sound of conversation inside.
Her movent to push the door paused, and she switched to knocking.
"Co in, please!" Xu Weiran’s voice sounded.
Only then did Sheng Ning’an push the door open and enter.
She saw a person standing next to Xu Weiran’s desk, seemingly discussing sothing.
It happened to be Anna.
No one had told her that Anna worked at the Company too.
"What brings you here?" Xu Weiran couldn’t help but show a gentle smile upon seeing her.
Although Sheng Ning’an was surprised by Anna’s presence at the Company, she didn’t show it.
"I ca to deliver food." Sheng Ning’an walked up with the lunchbox and placed the al on the nearby coffee table, smiling, "I asked Assistant Tang, and he said you probably haven’t eaten yet at this ti."
"Am I interrupting you? It’s okay, you can discuss your business first."
"We’re done." Xu Weiran stood up, smiled, and said, "You ca at the right ti; I’m just hungry."
"Then let’s eat first!" Sheng Ning’an proceeded to open the lunchbox one by one and didn’t forget to glance at the person standing angrily at the side of the desk, saying, "Miss Anna, would you like to eat sothing too?"
"No need!" The latter glanced at the food on the table, unhappily stepping out in her high heels.
After she left, Sheng Ning’an raised her eyes to look at Xu Weiran.
Though she said nothing, the aning was clear.
Why is she here?
Xu Weiran smiled and explained, "She’s interning at the Company."
Sheng Ning’an raised an eyebrow.
Could it be that she’s here for him?
