Sheng Ning’an looked at her coldly, wondering where she got the nerve to accuse him.

"You’re right, I did notice it at the very beginning," she said. "I did it on purpose, deliberately chose not to remind you. Is there a problem with that?"

"How can you be so vicious?" Li ngtao glared at her through gritted teeth.

Sheng Ning’an: "Not reminding you makes vicious? So what about the person who pushed you into the water? Intentional homicide? Do you need to help you call the police?"

"Call the police?" Li ngtao was puzzled for a mont and didn’t react.

Sheng Ning’an: "I just saw with my own eyes you being pushed into the water. Since you think I’m vicious for not saving you, then the person who pushed you must be even more heinous. Shouldn’t it be reported to the police?"

"Are you crazy?" Li ngtao couldn’t help but curse, "The water is so shallow, it couldn’t possibly drown anyone."

"Oh, so you do know it couldn’t drown anyone."

Only then did Li ngtao realize she had fallen into her trap. She glared at her hatefully and ran off.

Sheng Ning’an found it quite amusing. Instead of blaming the person who pushed her into the water, she vented her anger on soone like her, who was just watching on the shore.

Such a person is not worthy of sympathy at all.

After enjoying the scene with Li ngtao, and taking another glance at the people gathered by the lake, Sheng Ning’an decisively turned around.

Back in front of the camping tent, she saw Tang Dou excitedly running towards her.

"What’s up?"

Tang Dou frantically blinked at her, and only then did Sheng Ning’an notice Zhou Xian behind her.

He ca so fast?

It takes over an hour to get here from the city, yet it hasn’t been half an hour. Did he speed all the way?

"I happened to be with my family nearby," Zhou Xian proactively explained.

"That’s quite a coincidence. Did we interrupt you?" Had she known he was with family, she wouldn’t have asked him to co over.

"Not at all." Zhou Xian glanced at a spot not far away. She had just said she was camping on the mountain with high school classmates, asking if he was interested. He thought there would be students from other classes, but upon arrival, he discovered it seed like only people from their class were here, and he barely knew anyone.

So why did she specifically invite him over?

Sheng Ning’an: "Actually, it’s my friend who wanted you to co join us."

Zhou Xian looked at her in confusion.

Tang Dou leaned over, grabbing Sheng Ning’an’s arm and waved her hand at him. "Hi, I’m Tang Dou, An’an’s desk mate and best friend. By the way, I’ve sent you sothing before, do you rember?"

Zhou Xian glanced at her and said, "Sorry!"

Hearing this, Tang Dou imdiately waved her hand, indicating she didn’t mind. "It’s okay! With so many people sending you letters and gifts every day, it’s normal if you don’t rember ."

Actually, Zhou Xian did know her because she was always around Sheng Ning’an.

As for her sending him stuff, he was aware of it but never responded.

Admitting that he received such things but chose not to respond would only embarrass both parties.

Zhou Xian looked at Sheng Ning’an, then at Tang Dou beside her, and finally understood.

"Um, I was the one who had An’an invite you. You don’t mind, do you?" Since she already called him over, Tang Dou decided to take the initiative.

Zhou Xian: "Not at all."

He had long known that Sheng Ning’an had a boyfriend, yet he still ca.

Because when asked out by soone he likes, he couldn’t refuse.

Even knowing there was no possibility between the two of them...

"That’s good!" Tang Dou sighed in relief, "The environnt here is nice. How about I show you around?"
