Girls’ dormitory.
After ending the video call with Xu Weiran, Ning An got ready for bed when she heard Xue Xian say, "It’s almost lights out; why hasn’t Yueyue co back yet?"
Tian Yu glanced at the empty bed across and said, "Should we give her a call? I think I saw her with so people from the next dorm when I ca back."
Ever since the day they had a falling out, Ning An and Shi Yue hadn’t even maintained a superficial peace.
Moreover, Shi Yue felt that Tian Yu and Xue Xian were siding with Ning An, and her relationship with them had started to cool off. These past few days, she had been hanging out more with the next dorm.
Xue Xian said, "Then I’ll send her a ssage to ask?"
Just as she finished speaking, the dormitory door was pushed open, and Shi Yue walked in.
Xue Xian quickly put down her phone and said, "Yueyue, you’re back? We were just about to call you."
Shi Yue responded sarcastically, "Oh, so you do worry about . I thought you’d be happier without around!"
"Why would you think that?"
"Yeah, we’re all from the sa dorm; of course, we would worry about you!"
Xue Xian and Tian Yu hurriedly said.
They were all in the sa dorm, and they didn’t want to strain their relationship too much.
Shi Yue glanced at Ning An, snorted coldly, and went straight into the bathroom.
The atmosphere in the dorm beca sowhat awkward for a mont.
Ning An acted as if she hadn’t heard the others’ conversation and went straight to bed.
She wasn’t planning on nding her relationship with Shi Yue.
So people naturally didn’t sh well together, and she and Shi Yue were such a case.
If it hadn’t been for the freshman year rule requiring her to stay in the dorm, she would have moved out long ago.
Ti flew by, and soon it was the end of the year, with less than half a month left until the final exams.
During this period, Ning An and Xu Weiran were both very busy, their etings were scarce, and even their ssages were sparse, with one sending and the other responding much later.
Gradually, rumors that the two had broken up began to circulate in the school.
And the rumors eventually reached the ears of Tian Yu and Xue Xian.
"An’an, is everything okay between you and God Xu?" During alti, Tian Yu couldn’t help but ask Ning An.
"What could be wrong?" Ning An looked up, puzzled.
Both were busy, one with reviews and the other with experints; they barely had ti to think about anything else. What could be wrong?
Tian Yu said, "It seems like you two haven’t been in touch much recently? I was worried that you two might have had an argunt!"
Actually, she had inadvertently heard soone discussing it, and considering Ning An hadn’t been seen going out on dates or video-calling much recently, she couldn’t help but ask.
Ning An said, "No, he’s just been busy recently."
Having a researcher in the family, Ning An didn’t find anything unusual.
Her Young Uncle sotis conducted experints for ten days to half a month without returning ho.
Without distinguishing weekends or holidays.
Speaking of which, this was a normal state for researchers.
"It’s good that you two are fine," Tian Yu said, relieved, "I knew you two couldn’t possibly break up."
In their dorm, no one had ever heard them arguing.
After all, both were so attractive; they were ant to be together.
No one would want to miss out on such a good-looking boyfriend (or girlfriend).
However, Tian Yu’s words reminded Ning An that the weekend was coming up soon, and she thought of going to see him.
No matter how busy soone was, they would still need to go back and rest.
