Just then, laboratory colleagues also ca out for lunch and noticed Li Jingjing and her roommate. Their gaze shifted to Xu Weiran, and they teased with a smile, “Ran, are these two beauties here for you? Could it be they’re your girlfriends?”
This kid has been glued to his phone whenever he’s had the ti recently; it’s clear he’s in love.
“No, you’ve got it all wrong.” Xu Weiran explained.
Following the misunderstanding that she was Xu Weiran’s girlfriend, Li Jingjing blushed and said, “I’m sorry, did I disturb you?”
“No, it’s okay. However, what happened is in the past. We are neighbors, and it’s only right to help out in a ti of need. There’s no need for you to go out of your way to thank !”
